The breakfast buffet was not huge but it was excellent. Leo on reception was a standout. He helped me with a special request and was always smiling and attentive.

The view for rice terrace is super nice . And you can just take bicycles for free and wonder around. Very good value for money.

This hotel is great value and in a great location away from the crazy centre. I got a decoration welcoming package for my sister for her birthday! Flowers, cake and room were fabulous. I didn't like my room originally on the 2nd floor so I changed to one on the 6th floor and paid a bit extra and it was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Room cleaned each day with fresh water. Hotel is in a great location with many spas, shops and food nearby without going all the way into town each night. Courtesy bus is great into town. Walk is about 15 min. I recommend if you are staying here go for rooms on the 5th and 6th floor.

Pool was a bit warm and appeared dirty but unsure if this was the tile colour. It is cold first thing in the morning then heated up, which is common for pools in August. Some common areas of the hotel could have been a bit cleaner (lifts etc).

Le monsieur qui fait les omelettes le matin ( je pense que son nom c est Hien) est adorable et souriant - les femmes de ménage vous disent bonjour et le concierge aussi. Le spa top.

Le personnel à la réception ne sont pas souriante ni avenante - ils ne vous saluent pas- le personnel de l accueil et les serveurs ne vous adressent pas la parole. Nous avons passé 3 semaines au Vietnam et cet hôtel est de loin le pire et le seul que nous n’avons pas aimé. La piscine était salubre il y avait une couche de dépôt qui flottait et l eau était rempli de particules. Je me suis tournée vers la réception- là ils m ont offert des massages gratuits pour me calmer. J ai du insister que c’est dangereux de maintenir la piscine ouverte dans un tel état pour qu ils la nettoie ! Je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit aussi bien noté. L ambiance est lourde le petit déjeuner n est pas bon!

We really loved the swimming pool, which is incredibly relaxing and quiet (especially during adults-only times!). Breakfast was good, and as vegans, we were happy to find a few suitable options—not a huge variety, but enough for us. The complimentary bicycles were a highlight; we had a lovely morning ride around the area. Our room was excellent—both spacious and cosy—and we slept very well. We also enjoyed a couples massage that was absolutely relaxing. Overall, this stay offered really good value for money.

Set a bit outside the center in a lovely, quiet area, with a stunning pool that lives up to the photos and a spacious, well-equipped room. Staff were extremely attentive to any request, and breakfast was excellent and very complete. A huge storm kept us in one evening, so we had dinner at the restaurant instead, and everything was delicious. We also treated ourselves to a spa package with a scrub treatment and massage, which was fantastic. They also offer free bikes to ride to the beach and around the city.

The pool was fabulous and rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus to beach and old town was also a good facility to have.

Had a comfortable stay here with my family of 2 adults and 3 kids/teens. The hotel was clean, charming decor, and the staff pleasant and accommodating. The free daily breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious with a variety of western and Asian dishes and fresh fruits and breads. The rooftop infinity pool was just as pictured, with a view over the rice fields - go at happy hour for the specials and a lovely view of the sunset. Reliable shuttle to the old town but you can also walk (about 20 mins) or take an inexpensive taxi.

Could have used more than 1 towel per person. Do not expect much from the gym. Didn't try the treadmills but the spin bike and elliptical were not really functional. It's fine for a workout wirh a basic set of weights.

מלון מצויין. הרכב משפחתי, 2 חדרים מרווחים מאוד. החדר היה נקי, מצעים ומגבות נקיים ונעימים. מיטה נוחה, מזגן טוב, זרם מים באמבטיה מהטובים שהיו לנו בטיול. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. הבריכה עם הנוף לשדות האורז הייתה מושלמת והיוותה מפלט יומי מהחום והלחות של הויאן. יש אופניים לשימוש אורחי המלון, רכבנו בשדות האורז הסמוכים. יש שירות שאטל לחוף ולעיר העתיקה אך לא השתמשנו בו. הזמנו גראב בכל פעם שרצינו להגיע לעיר העתיקה וזה היה נוח עבורנו. הצוות במלון היה שירותי ואדיב. הייתה לנו חוויה מצויינת והיינו שמחים להישאר שם יותר.

Fantastisch zwembad met mooi uitzicht over rijstvelden. Net buiten centrum van Hoi An. Je kunt er met Grab, fiets, wandelend zelf heen of met de gratis shuttle van het hotel. In dit hotel hadden we het lekkerste ontbijt van de hele rondreis door Vietnam. Grote, mooie en ruime kamer.

Kan niets bedenken.

We stayed in Lasenta for 3 days and it’s safe to say it was nothing short of amazinggg! Lovely location, beautiful rooms/views and the kindest staff!! Special mention to alex who worked in the lobby - he was so kind, very helpful and so friendly!! Would definitely stay here again and again!

After spending three splendid days at Lasenta hotel and spa, it’s safe to say this is my new favourite hotel in Hoi an. Its convenient location made for a short walk into the city centre, where we were about to immerse ourselves in the local lifestyle. The pool was to die for with exceptional views of the rice fields; where we often found ourselves bike riding. The deluxe room on the top floor was worth every cent, with an amazing view, ensuite and ammenities. If you need a sign to book this hotel, here it is.

EL hotel es maravilloso, la habitación muy amplia, las camas comodísimas, el baño enorme. La zona de la piscina tiene una vista increíble. Utilizamos el spa para hacernos masajes varios días y les doy un 10. Recomiendo este hotel sin dudas.

La vue n'est pas si chouette que ça, il a une route qui sépare l'hôtel et les rizières. Dommage qu'il n'est qu'un mini golf assez cher qui est vide, ça aurait été mieux une table de billard ou autre.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Perfect location across from the ricefilds and close to old town. Bikes available to ride around. Nice pool and large, bright, clean, rooms. The staff remember your name and are professional. Breakfast was bland and boring- not a lot to choose from...i did eat only the first day ans ordered grab breakfast after. Nice overall...woyld stay again.

Lasenta Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Hoi An. The view from our room and the pool overlooks the rice fields which is a stunning piece of greenery. Room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Though is a distance from the Ancient town, it’s a short taxi ride away and the hotel also offer free scheduled shuttle bus rides. Overall, the place offers great value for a quiet environment and therefore making it a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very clean. The staff is nice and very responsive. I had such a good experience there. I'd definitely go back and recommend it to my friends.

A spacious, clean and elegant hotel located overlooking the rice fields with an infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and come with toiletries, a safe, decent hairdryer, complimentary tea/coffee/water in each room, a sensible amount of storage and balcony. Laundry is offered for 120k VND per kg but we used the laundry around the corner from the hotel giving employment to a local guy. A Bang Beach is accessible through the rice fields using the free push bikes (although these could do with updating) or hiring a scooter for 150k a day. There are some nice restaurants to cycle to in the rice fields too and see water buffalo. Town can be reached within 15 min on foot going out the back of the hotel or dialling a Grab for less than £1. The breakfast offered breads/banh mi rolls, fresh spring rolls (which were fab), eggs, fruits, pastries, pho, cooked items, salads, juices etc as well as omelettes. Only filter coffee or tea is offered at breakfast - no cappuccino / lattes etc. The Pool Bar offered 30% off between 4-6pm each day, although the prices were reasonable. We also had lunch here one day which, again, was decent food at a good price. The Spa is a must at around 600 VND for a body massage so we had massages and I had my nails painted. The hotel can also arrange trips for you and have a Travel Desk in Reception. Overall, the hotel is tranquil, never appeared to be super busy despite having a sensible level of guests and attracts clientele from around the World. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay rooms nice and big and comfortable beds. Pool was great with a nice view. Breakfast was lots of choices. Will return anytime back to this hotel. Free shuttle was very handy.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Once the chef found out that the 5 of us were vegan and 1 of us couldn't eat gluten, he made sure to prepare a special meal for us separately for breakfast. The rooms had this scent that lingered on throughout our stay.

Lovely relaxed environment, exceptional staff

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning was turned on before our arrival, so the room felt pleasantly cool as soon as we entered. The bathroom was also large and well-designed. The view from the swimming pool was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

An absolute gem in Hoi An! The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, and the staff's hospitality truly stands out. On the comfort side, the bed was incredibly cozy, the AC kept the room perfectly cool, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. We also loved the swimming pool and the excellent variety at the international breakfast buffet. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Hoi An!

Our room was clean and well maintained and had a great view of the rice fields. The hotel is close to just about every thing you would need but far enough away to be nice and quite. The pool had a great view of the rice fields and the sunset. There was good selection of food on offer at breakfast.

It would be good to have a coffee machine or a free western style coffee service at breakfast as there was in the previous two hotels I stayed at before this. The fruit juice at breakfast would be nice if it was real fruit juice.

Great stay! Love the architecture and paddy field view

Very clean and spacious rooms. I had the best massage at the spa. The lady even braided my hair. Breakfast was very fresh and everything was tasty. Our room was on the side of the hotel which had a both city view and rice fields view. Loved it. It is good location giving you a bit of both worlds; away from the busy old town in the rice fields, but too far away at the same time. I would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool closes a bit too early at 8pm. Being at a holiday destination, I wish it was open a bit longer. Also water was warm being under the sun all day. Which could be the case for other hotels in the region due to peak of summer. Hotel should consider changing the taps in the bathroom sinks. Taps are very small and it is very difficult to wash hands.

Since the hotel was arranged by Iconic Holidays Tour, we didn't quite know what to expect, but upon arrival, everyone was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional colonial architecture and the stunning rural view! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and worth every penny. Highly recommended!
