Exceptional stay, especially considering the price! The staff was very friendly, giving us recommendations on what to do in Hoi An. The room was clean and well equipped. they offer free bikes and umbrellas to use as well as airport transfer which is cheaper than grab.

Me gustó todo. Habitacion comodísima y super espaciosa, ubicación perfecta en el old town pero sin estar en el follón,los dueños y el personal de 10, desayuno super completo. Si vas con idea de hacerte algún traje, tienen.si propio taller de confección y en 24 h tenlo entregan en la habitación.

L'accueil est excellent. Les chambres sont très agréables et confortables. Le petit plus est la piscine dans un environnement très beau. Encore merci pour l'accueil qui est franchement exceptionnel.

The location is perfect, close enough to city centre and yet very quite Rooms are clean and spacious. There are free cycles available. Breakfast spread is great. Staff will go an extra mile to make you comfortable!!

The hotel staff was very nice, the room very spacious, the breakfast was very good and it was located about 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town, I recommend it!

To say something, that it doesn't have an elevator, although it only has three floors, and that if you pay by card they charge you 4% and they didn't tell me well in advance.

Very lovely accomodation. Location is spot on. 10 minute walk from the center of old town. Staff were exceptional also as they kept our luggages all day after check out and let us use the communal shower since we had a late night bus.

Ho adorato tutto! La struttura è in posizione ottimale: 5 min a piedi dal centro e 10 min in macchina dalle spiagge. È possibile, inoltre, noleggiare gratuitamente le bici per una passeggiata verso il mare in 20 min. La stanza è molto ampia e dotata di un grande balcone, la vista sulla piscina un incanto, le piante meravigliose. Ho trovato questo hotel una piccola oasi, estremamente curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La colazione è stata ottima, ricca di frutta fresca e piatti espressi. Lo staff è molto disponibile e professionale. Ringrazio davvero di cuore tutto per aver reso questo soggiorno indimenticabile.

Mooie ruime kamers, kleinschalig en mooi zwembad. Ontbijt was heerlijk en medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Goede loopafstand naar oude centrum. Wij vonden het veel charme hebben dat het niet zo’n groot hotel is. Fijn dat je fietsen kan pakken om naar stad of strand te gaan!

The hotel is really cute, with a lovely pool at its center, surrounded by bonsais and rampant plants. The breakfast has a limited but satisfying choice. The banana pancakes are delicious. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Overall cleanlines is OK. The lady at the reception must be the nicest receptionist all over Vietnam. The old city center is a short and easy (shadow) walk from the hotel.

Our room was very damp. Dampness is expected what with the climate and the swimming pool so close, but you had to keep the air-conditioning, the fan and the dehumidifier on all the time so it did not feel like being in a cellar.

Lo que nos gustó: el personal fue amable y la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Se agradece especialmente que haya un deshumidificador, dada la humedad que hay en la zona. La piscina es preciosa, parece sacada de un cuento. El desayuno aunque humilde estuvo fenomenal y variado (mejorable el té que ya está hecho y que no haya leche vegetal pero pudimos desayunar bien)

Nos cobraron un recargo del 4% por pagar con tarjeta, algo que, según la normativa local, no está permitido. Cuando se lo indiqué a la recepcionista, su única respuesta fue que ya me había dicho que pagara en efectivo. Me pareció una respuesta poco profesional y, aun habiéndoles advertido de que ese recargo era ilegal, decidieron cobrármelo igualmente. No tuve tiempo de llevar el asunto más allá en ese momento, pero considero importante mencionarlo para que otros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta. Es una pena, porque por lo demás la estancia y las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho.

Super well located and nice hotel. Very close to the old center of Hoi An. The swiming pool is a small oasis. The rooms are big, cool and confortable. The staff is as well very kind.

El hotel es pequeño, acogedor y muy familiar. La habitación está muy bien, amplia, limpia, con el baño separado y muy cómodo. Tiene una piscina muy agradable que viene muy bien después de una tarde de compras y visitas turísticas. Muy bien situado. Pero lo que es flipante es el desayuno que te preparan al instante los huevos como tú quieras y tortitas. La fruta es de muy buena calidad. Nos dejaron usar la piscina después del check out.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement géographique de l’hôtel ainsi que sa taille, qui offre une atmosphère agréable. La piscine est particulièrement plaisante, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le personnel, très disponible, nous a permis de profiter d’un excellent massage dans un spa partenaire de l’établissement et nous a également proposé un service de blanchisserie à un tarif raisonnable, ce qui a été très pratique durant notre séjour.

La chambre mériterait une rénovation afin d’être davantage en cohérence avec le reste de l’établissement. Son emplacement au rez‑de‑chaussée, très proche des toilettes, de la piscine et de l’espace petit déjeuner, manque d’intimité : nous avons dû garder les rideaux fermés en permanence pour préserver notre tranquillité. Pour un séjour plus confortable, il est préférable de demander une chambre située à l’étage.

Bardzo miłe ciche miejsce z uroczym basenem . Wygodne łóżka, czysto i przestronnie. Dobre urozmaicone śniadanie . Spacerem do centrum i atrakcji ok 10min ale można bezpłatnie wypożyczyć rower co jest bardzo dużym udogodnieniem na zwiedzanie zarówno starego miasta jak i okolicznych pól ryżowych. Nam się bardzo podobało. Pomimo wielu gości w hotelu było cicho i kameralnie.

Es un hotel muy bonito, con una piscina muy chula que si vas en verano, muy recomendable, hace un calor de infarto. Alrededor de la piscina, tienen muchos bonsáis y figuras que le da un aspecto muy cuidado y familiar. El desayuno está muy bien. Te ofrecen bicis gratis para moverte, aunque andando llegas a todo fácil y rápido. La dueña de Hotel es la misma que la sastrería de al lado, cosen bien y de buena calidad. Camas súper cómodas.

La limpieza podría mejorarse; nuestra zona de ducha, estaba algo descuidada, al grifo le faltaba una pieza, la ventana y cortina le faltaría tuna buena limpieza, y no sabemos si es por estar en el tercer piso, pero muy poca presión de agua, y te go el pelo muy largo, imaginaros. Por lo demás, de 10.

Heel mooie kamers, goede locatie en zeer gastvrij personeel. Wij hebben in totaal 4 nachten bij Little Town Villa verbleven. Na de eerste nacht vertrokken we naar Cham Island, waar we een nachtje bleven. Wij vonden moeilijk informatie terug over het boeken van een speedboat heen en terug. Toen we vroegen hoe we dat konden doen, hebben ze voor ons de speedboat geregeld inclusief vervoer van het hotel naar de haven (H/T). De prijs was zeer schappelijk (750.000 VND per persoon). Ook mochten we onze grote rugzakken bij hun achterlaten, terwijl wij een nachtje naar het eiland konden zonder sleuren. Daarnaast was het ontbijt heel lekker! Het bestond uit een variatie van westerse en Vietnamese gerechten. Tot slot hadden ze gratis fietsen ter beschikking, wat heel fijn was om naar de vegetable village/pottery village of het strand te fietsen. Wij raden dit hotel dus heel erg aan!

Lo que más nos gustó fué la atención del servicio, muy amables en todo momento. Nos recibieron con una bebida de frutas refescante, nos dieron una muy buena atención durante la estancia y a nuestra salida nos habian preparado un buen desayuno, antes de la hora a la que suelen servirlo. El alojamiento contaba con una bonita habitación, con una cama muy grande y comoda y un gran baño. La piscina también nos gustó mucho.

Great location along a quieter stretch of road, walking distance from the heart of Hoi An. Staff were very friendly and chatty throughout our stay. Nice pool and good breakfast included.

Our room had quite a strong smell of damp, which has clearly been a problem as there was a dehumidifier in the room when we arrived. The bathroom had a very high-up window, which was open and we were unable to close it, which meant the air-con was less effective and we got quite a few insects in the room during the night.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend this place. The bed was genuinely big and super comfortable, so we slept really well. The pool was great too, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and really well. Breakfast was good, the whole place felt cozy, and we loved all the greenery around the hotel. The location was convenient as well. Overall, the value for money was excellent. We got even more than we expected. A lovely place to stay in Hoi An, especially for a couple.

Amazing staff, that's the first thing you note about this place, the staff. They are all very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are all really clean, large and comfortable. Excellent location, especially to come back midday and get out of the heat before going back out later. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

El alojamiento es maravilloso y encantador. Además de estar muy bien ubicado, es un lugar ideal para descansar, ya que apenas se percibe ruido. El personal es muy amable y atento, y el desayuno es delicioso. Totalmente recomendable.

ホイアン中心街まで徒歩圏内でありながら、落ち着いたロケーションで子連れでもゆっくりとできた点。プールは衛生的で、暑い時期にはホテルでも楽しく過ごすことができた。

朝食時、テーブル据え置きのチョコレートソースが賞味期限を過ぎていて、気づいたので口に入れなかったが少し衛生管理面が良くも悪くも緩いと感じた。

We found this hotel quiet and conveniently located. Friendly staff. Nice sized pool. Excellent breakfast.
