Prima apprt met alles aanwezig. Goede airco, keuken, comfy bed, en als je wilt ook een wasmachine. Erg ruim 15-20 min wandelen naar hartje Bologna Net buiten ZTL

Erg kaal, de ziel en liefde mist. Parkingkosten komen erbij. €15 voor de garage onder apprt gebouw. Wel goed geregeld

Die Wohnung liegt günstig am Rand der Innenstadt und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Der Check-in wurde ausführlich erklärt, und auch der digitale Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich vollständig ausgestattet, insgesamt aber etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Leider wirkt die Unterkunft stellenweise etwas abgewohnt. Besonders störend waren die durchgelegene Matratze, die starke Hellhörigkeit und der Straßenlärm. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Lage und Größe dennoch gut geeignet

The property is close to the train station (Bologna Centrale) with easy access to the city center. The property is big enough for 3 adults, clean with appliances.

Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad, Staub und abgebrochene Metallteile, sodass sich die Kinder sehr schnell verletzten können.

La tranquilidad de la ubicación, a 15 minutos del centro de bolognia, una caminata tranquila y fácil, los espacios son buenos, piezas amplias y dos baños, la terraza es amplia, puedes compartir y tomar algo al fin de un día de caminata, cerca de la estación de tren, punto a favor por que nos trasladamos a Venecia en tren.

Los Aires Acondicionados deben ser revisados, básicamente no enfría una pieza.

Appartamento spazioso, ma con alcuni problemi di manutenzione. Il vetro della porta-finestra è rigato, le tapparelle non si riescono ad alzare completamente ed entra pochissima luce naturale di giorno, mentre l’aria condizionata è molto rumorosa. Ci sono inoltre diversi elementi un po’ rovinati o imbarcati. La cucina è poco fornita: ci sono poche pentole e mancano persino alcune cose basilari come sale, olio e spezie. Anche la dotazione di asciugamani è piuttosto risicata. Nella zona letto non ci sono comodini e le prese sono nascoste sotto il letto, attaccate alla parete, rendendo piuttosto scomodo caricare il telefono o collegare qualsiasi dispositivo. Infine, al mio arrivo ho trovato la camera non completamente pulita, e c'erano ancora cialde del caffè utilizzate nella macchinetta.

Das Appartment hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage zur Altstadt war super. Sehr praktisch war auch, dass man mit dem Aufzug von der Tiefgarage zum Appartment fahren konnte.

Obwohl alles gut beschrieben war, musste ganz schön viel Bürokratie vom Gast erledigt werden. Hat aber im Endeffekt alles gut geklappt.

Appartamento grande e comodo, con terrazzo e cucina attrezzata. Con 30 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Staff sempre disponibile al telefono per risolvere le diverse problematiche.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non era ancora pulito ma abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e l’impegno dello staff per riparare all’inconveniente. Il gas non funzionava in quanto chiuso per una perdita.

Despite it being a “no smoking” property someone had smoked inside and no amount of airing would shift it. Not very strong but every time we returned you could smell it.

De airco werkt heel matig, het is nog steeds vrij warm in het appartement. Ook vonden wij het bed in de slaapkamer niet fijn, je ligt in een kuil wat bepaalt niet comfortabel is.

Apartman je prostran, blizu centra i željezničkog kolodvora. Sve je bilo super, pješice smo obilazili grad.

Nedostajala mi je jedino kuhinjska krpa, sve ostalo je bilo u apartmanu.

Une mauvaise expérience, très difficile d’accès de nombreux codes pour rentrer

Accès extrêmement compliqué, nous avons été très mal accueilli par le concierge de l’immeuble, qui nous a insulté, très agressif (je ne m’occupe pas des clients booking). Un accès payant au garage sans autonomie. Nous sommes obligés d’appeler pour rentrer et sortir. Une climatisation défaillante et bruyante, une chasse d’eau qui fuit en permanence. Des photos trompeuses car pas de balcon. En résumé, je déconseille fortement ce logement.

El apartamento está bien situado muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y la de trenes. Andando al centro son 10 minutos. Lo mejor es la atención inmediata de 4 Star, están muy pendientes. El contacto por aplicación de mensajería instantánea es fluido y en castellano. Lo mejor del apartamento es que es amplio y funcional. Está ubicado en una urbanización. También un detalle que tenga dos baños. Está dotada de electrodomésticos principales (lavavajillas, nevera, lavadora, microondas...). Faltaba una tostadora y la pedimos y nos la trajeron nueva. Un gran detalle.

Falta mantenimiento, menaje y consumibles. Una de las duchas tenía algunos chorros averiados y con un mal olor considerable aunque fueron a arreglarlo. La presión de los grifos también regular. Las paredes con manchas y alguna puerta con desconchones. El menaje es mínimo (por ejemplo, solo cuatro vasos de cristal para una familia de 5). En cuanto a consumibles solo te ponen lo básico de bienvenida pero para una estancia media de 4 o 5 días no debe obligarse a los huéspedes a proveerse de bolsas de basura, papel higiénico, pastillas de lavavajillas, etcétera. Los colchones de las camas están ya para cambiarse, muy vencidos.

Die Lage zur Altstadt war hervorragend und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben eine Parkplatz gebucht und man könnte von der Tiefgarage bis zur Etage wo die Wohnung war durchfahren

Die Klimaanlage wurde zentral gesteuert und konnte nicht reguliert werden. Das ist bei einem Apartment mit mehreren Betten absolut ungünstig. Die angegebene 21 Grad waren das auch niemals. Und einen Parkplatz, der eh frei ist, noch mal für 15 € zu vermieten, finde ich auch nicht so toll. Das wäre auch so ein negativer Punkt. Dias eine der beiden Badezimmer hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Für eine Nacht kann man das machen. Darüber hinaus waren die Rollos zur Bahnhof Seite nicht komplett zu schließen.

There was nothing there to cool down the appartement, no airco and no ventilators. This assured that none of our group had any proper sleep or any sleep. It’s crazy warm and calling it a penthouse without any basic facikites like this doesn’t make much sense. The location was gated of in the evening, that’s likely for a reason. In general the penthouse felt outdated and the pictures on booking sent a different vibe. That said if you can’t sleep then it’s no value for money and we wished we would have chosen another place to stay the night.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were outstanding. They sorted car parking and kept us informed via WhatsApp and phone calls when we got a bit lost. It’s a great place to stay, very secure a gated area. A great find.

Close to the train station, spacious, big terrace and quiet. When we needed support with the A/C, we called the emergency number they provided and, although it was close to midnight, the gentleman who answered was very kind and helpful.

The air conditioner installation was old, dirty and not working properly, hence it was quite hot in the apartment.

Lähellä rautatieasemaa ja keskustaa. Selkeät ohjeet huoneiston löytämiseen, oli kuvien kera. Maps kyllä ohjasi rakennuksen taakse, mutta kun seurasi kuvallisia ohjeita niin onnistui löytymään. Ruokakauppa lähellä tien toisella puolella kirkon takana.

Vain yksi veitsi ja sekin ihan toimimaton. Uunivuoka olisi tarpeellinen jos valmistaa uuniruokaa. Myös paistinlasta ja pihdit puuttuivat. Parveke tylsä, ei tarvinnut viettää aikaa siellä.

L'aspetto dell'appartamento, per lo meno quello per 2 persone, non era paragonabile a quello in foto. Tuttavia pulito e attrezzato, climatizzazione presente.

El suelo estaba muy viejo, la puerta de entrada a la urbanización no funcionaba bien con el código facilitado, el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar y el menaje de cocina era muy pobre por decirlo de manera elegante.

It was large and easy to access with our car but still close to the sights.

The air conditioners are old and struggled in the heat. The full size ironing board was broken and wasn’t usable. The lounge room TV didn’t work properly and didn’t connect to any channels.

El apartamento bastante bien. Algún pero hay, sobre todo en el menaje de la cocina, bastante escaso. El personal está pendiente durante tu estancia y si necesitas algo y pueden solucionarlo lo hacen. El aire acondicionado muy bien y que tuviera terraza fue muy útil. Dependiendo de los horarios no siempre es posible dejar maletas antes o después de llegar o dejar el apartamento. En general bastante bien con algún pequeño pero...

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione che per me era importante, appartamento pulito, comunicazione con lo staff eccellente (istruzioni sia per mail che su WhatsApp inviate) , tutto organizzato molto bene chiaro.

Bisogna specificare che la entrata principale nel complesso si trova dal viale perché altrimenti il navigatore porta nella via dietro dove veramente si trova il numero civico e da li non si entra quanto pare o almeno io non sono riuscito.

この場所は何の後なのだろうか？ 四棟ほど同じ建物があるのですが、 ほとんどシャッターが降りていて、人気がないのに違和感を感じました。 建物の階段とかも暗くて壁にはヒビが入っていたので、少し廃墟感を感じました。 洗濯機の扉の開け閉めがしにくく、潰れているのでは？ 乾燥もとちゅうでとまっていたようで、朝乾いていませんでした。 洗面所やシャワーブースのゴムのところにカビがありました。 前もってオンラインチェックインするのですが、それがサクサク動かなくて、結局できませんでした。そして事務所を探したりと大変でした。 ここへ泊まるならオンラインチェックインはしてください。

Lokal ma zdewastowaną podłogę, oraz uszkodzone drobne elementy wyposażenia. Szuflady w zamrażarce zawierają stary lód. A w dodatku straszno mnie pozbawieniem wolności do lat trzech oraz karami finansowymi. Niestety z tych powodów nie mogę polecić tego lokalu.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hervorragend gelegen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die gute Ausstattung und der unkomplizierte Check-in.

Es gab nur kleinere Punkte, wie etwas Strassenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster.

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia dell'appartamento, la vicinanza al centro della città e l'assistenza del personale all'accoglienza e in occasione dei problemi che si sono verificati e che hanno comportato la sostituzione dell'appartamento.

Lo stato di conservazione dell'appartamento prenotato che avrebbe richiesto una manutenzione preventiva.

Walking distance to the city center and secure parking garage. Two bathrooms are convenient.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning did not cool the room to a comfortable level and we had to leave after the first night. We talked to the support staff and she said it had to be on for 24 hours to cool the apartment. After 24 hours it did not cool the apartment. She then said that the central air system does not cool enough in the summer months. They later tried to refute this when I put in a refund claim for the remaining nights. The AC simply does not push enough cool air in any of the rooms despite the temp setting. You can tell this by putting your hand over any of the vents. We are from Texas, so we know about hot weather and AC. Let this be a warning to those looking to book this apartment in the summer months.

Close to train station

The apartment had the following issues: - Toilet Flush not working - Stove not working (all 4 stove cannot start and with leaking gas smell) - After the sofa is setup for the 3rd guest, there is no other comfort chair to use in the whole apartment - The apartment is like semi furnished with lot of empty spaces but not enough chairs and desks to work. - We ended up spending lot of time for the management to fix issues and ended up had to wait for them to arrange a new room. - Even in the new room, we had to wait another period of time to put together the sofa beddings. - We spent altogether close to 5 hours to settle in. We asked the management for compensation but got declined and not even small gesture was offered.

Great location in easy walking distance from the train station. Modern, clean, studio with nice terrace, good bathroom/shower, and well-functioning wash-machine. The 4-Star staff - either online or in person - were always very friendly and quickly responsive in trying to help us.

My main issue (and it's a HUGE one) is that Four Star needs to be more clear and honest in their information that the "Large Double Bed" is not just a LOFT bed, but one that is VERY difficult to get in and out of safely if you are not tall! I am only 5'2". If there had been a good ladder to the loft and a ledge around the bed, I would have been quite able and happy to climb up and down, even in the middle of the night. But there was no ledge around the bed whatsoever, and the only way up to the loft were three big "blocks" pushed next to each other that you climbed up on. If I stood on the top one, the mattress was still up at my shoulder level, with nothing I could grab on to help me get in or out of it. I am convinced that Four Star is already well aware of this shortcoming because the couch in the studio area was ALREADY folded out and made ready to sleep in. But that is NOT what we signed up for when we booked for a three-night stay! We expected a large double bed AND a nice seating area. But no. The fold-out couch was not even nice. It was very old, narrow and creaky - it still had box-springs! There was no way my 6'2" Dutch husband and I could have comfortably slept on it together! Thankfully, he WAS able to climb up onto the loft while I slept on the ugly couch. It was not ideal. The terrace WAS nice. But you seriously need to change your description about the beds.
