La chica de recepción fue super amable al recibirme. El hotel muy limpio y me gusta que este lejos del caos de la quinta. Pero cerca como para llegar caminando.

Todo en realidad está muy bien solo le pongo 9 porque es sencillo en comparación de otros hoteles más lujosos

Rendben volt a szállás, könnyen lehetett parkolni az utcán. Csendes környék, sok kis üzlettel, minden elérhető a közelben, a Quinta Avenida sétatávolságra. Kedves volt a személyzet, az épület és szobák tiszták voltak. Nincs lift. Tetőterasz nagyon hangulatos volt. Ár-érték arányban kiváló szállás.

Az apartman kicsit gyengén volt felszerelve, de átutazáshoz teljesen elegendő volt. Víznyomás gyenge, de ez Mexikóban gyakran előfordul.

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación tan céntrica, tan cerca de todo, no hay necesidad de utilizar el auto para ir a restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, playa.

No me gustó que no hubiera jabón corporal para la ducha. Fui al lobby y la chica me indicó que no tenían, por lo que tuve que ir a una tienda a comprar.

El colchón era horrible. La habitación estaba sucia al llegar. Estuve 2 noches y no hicieron la habitación. La piscina mal cuidada y sucia. La ubicación muy alejada. Recomiendo mirar otras opciones mejores. Te cobran fianza hasta por la llave de la habitación.

Siendo la cuarta vez que me hospedo en el lugar, siempre regreso porque es realmente lindo y práctico y a muy buen precio, alejado del ruido de la ciudad

Well, I got the offere ti upgrade my room so for 24 USD oer night I got so called "Deluxe" room :-), which was in fact a normal standard double bed room with a little (and basic) kitchinette.

There were stains on the floor. The floor was not super clean.

Excelente lugar, limpio , seguro y cómodo. Me gustó mucho su cocina y sus dos albercas , lo recomiendo mucho !

This hotel is manned 24hours. From the maintenance man and the cleaners to the helpful friendly and professional reception staff this hotel is in a prime location with shops bars bistros coffee shops 5th and 10th and 30th Avenues all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is large and well maintained with stunning panoramic views of downtown Playa del Carmen. A stunning surprise and very happy to have stayed here and will be returning next month!!

The only negative about Coco Live Suites is that the rooftop doesn't open until 9am which is such a shame as the sunrises in Playa are stunning and as i'm an early riser, i enjoy waking up with a coffee and enjoy watching the sun rise over Cozumel but you can still enjoy the sunsets in the later evening

He visitado por varias ocasiones este lugar para mis escapadas a playa, ya que siempre me pareció un lugar limpio y comodo , la alberca tambien Rente una habitación mas sencilla en esta ocasion

La habitación tenía algunos animales por la humedad hasta ahi no había problema pero en la cama encontre 2 pequeñas cucarachas , le recomiendo verificar las cama y la cabecera ya que ahi habían varios animalitos. En el protector vi pequeños animalitos como ácaros. Me voy muy decepcionada del lugar :( la calidad bajo mucho.

- They charge you for water bottles. They don’t have anywhere you can fill up on water and they use this as a strategy to get more money out of you. - They also provide a room key that is easy to lose by design (imo). It’s a chip and a tiny ribbon that easily slips out of your swim trunks. They charge 100 mxn for a replacement.

The front desk staff. They were all amazing and kind and even before I arrived, they were very responsive and accommodating. I wanted to make a special shoutout to one of the girls but I forgot her name sorry! I believe it starts with letter K… you’re an angel! Thank you so much! Anyway, building is secure and there’s someone 24/7. Room is super spacious, bed was comfy and for the most part room was clean. The shower was very strong, I was worried about this from some reviews but I had no issues with mine. Housekeeping is not daily but you can request whenever you need room refresh. A/C and ceiling fan worked perfectly and I like that they have a full size mirror! Oh and blackout blinds!

It was generally clean but I kept noticing sheets were always stained and white towels provided were almost yellow. I never used them but I think those should no longer be provided for guests. Then I started noticing bites on my leg then hips.. so I had a feeling there might be bed bugs because this is only the second time I’ve experienced this. Front desk was very alert and checked it right away. I was about to leave in a few days so I didn’t want to change rooms though I was worried about my clothes so I had to wash all of them before packing and I moved my luggage away from the bed. Then housekeeping came to check and change sheets but she kept removing whatever she was finding on the sheets and mattress to the floor and kept telling me there’s nothing. She couldn’t have been more dismissive lol! There was only one housekeeper who was nice but the other lady who cleaned my room the very few times I asked and checked the bed made me feel uncomfortable, like I was bothering her. Another thing I didn’t like is they were very very loud outside and you could hear everything, woke me up almost every day. And they also knock like the police, too loud lol! I got woken up one time so someone from the internet/cable company can check the modem in my room. I literally just woke up and a stranger was in my room looking at the modem for about 25mins. I don’t think that should’ve happened? Lol. Anyway, no elevators but I didn’t mind this plus I requested to be on ground level anyway. It also says here there’s a gym but there is none so just be aware of that too.

I booked through bookings. com and the price was exactly what I was looking for and Coco Live Suites was exactly what I needed.. clean and comfortable and a great place to relax at the end of the night after visiting family and sites all day. Perfect location, only a couple of walking blocks near all the people and places ( 5th Ave, Oxxo, Mega Supermarket+ restaurants..) that I needed to be... I come to Playa del Carmen for a week once a year to visit family...I will be back

The room had no window. The plunge pool the water was on all night so you heard it. The stairs were metal so when people came back from there nights out you couldnt sleep as they loud in the stairs. The door locks were not properly fitted and looked llike someone had previously brokenn in. A couple were having a fight outside my room and loud and ws scared as had no exit point as no window for escape. Horrible experience. Woke early and left

Aus Bequemlichkeitsgründen habe ich nochmals um drei Tage verlängert, jedoch missfällt einem schon eine "Servicegebühr", von der bei Buchung keine Rede ist, ganz abgesehen davon, wofür diese Gebühr überhaupt erhoben wird. Es gab ja kein besonderes Service und üblicherweise sind alle Kosten im Buchungspreis inkludiert - das wurde mir von booking.com auch bestätigt. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass man diese statt der bei Buchung behaupteten rückzahlbaren Kaution einheben wollte. Wie auch immer, es ist eine Abzocke, die - auch wenn die Gebühr nicht hoch war - ein schlechtes Bild auf dieses Haus wirft. Die Sauberkeit ist auch nicht so gegeben wie man es erwartet, immerhin fanden sich auf einem Kopfpolster lange Haare, kaum ein Handtuch hatte keine Flecken (offenbar Lippenstift etc.), die ersten beiden Tage hatte das Zimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch, der nur durch ständiges Lüften beseitigt werden konnte. Die Klospülung funktionierte mehrfach über Stunden nicht (kein Wasser). Es ist sehr laut vor allem durch andere Hotelgäste in den frühen Morgenstunden.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Sie Angestellten geben sich Mühe und es ist 24/7 jemand an der Rezeption, was praktisch ist. Es liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell auf der fünften. Die Duschen sind heiß und sonst ist das Zimmer wie abgebildet.

Leider wohnen in diesem Gebäude einige Dauergäste, welche permanent die Dachterrasse blockieren. Von Erholung kann man da nicht wirklich sprechen, wenn man immer zugequatscht wird, sobald an den Pool geht. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts aber hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich vermutlich nicht gebucht. Außerdem fallen noch Reinigungsgebühren von 2 Dollar pro Tag an, auch wenn man die Reinigung nicht in Anspruch nimmt.. Zudem empfinde ich den Preis für mexikanischen Verhältnisse etwas zu teuer. Wir hatten ein ganzes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern für weniger selben Preis, aber etwas weniger zentral. Bei der Kochausstattung fehlen scharfe Messer.

Nous avons eu une inondation dans notre chambre : nos affaires personnelles ont donc été endommagés (affaires trempées : valises, chaussures, chargeurs, lettres). L’hôtel n’a absolument rien fait pour nous dédommager et la directrice pas conciliante du tout. Personne ne répond d’ailleurs à nos messages concernant un quelconque dédommagement. Très mécontente malgré que le lieu était bien placé, correct (sauf la piscine du bas assez sale) et une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas (au 1er étage).

The location is pretty good and it's close to the main avenue but on a quiet area If you enjoy a busy/loud hostel vibe but you get to have your private room, this is for you. If you enjoy quietness then choose another place.

This is advertised as a 4 hotel hotel, which is absolutely NOT the case! This is a "fact hostel" at best! A lot of the amenities which are supposed to be included in the room are not. Rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask for it. The guests are allowed to just chill in the hallway having extremely loud music and having the most disgusting loud sexual talks. The staff won't do anything until you actually get properly pissed at them. Also, get ready to hear just randomly during the day/night, hear the neighbouring hotel/houses to just start having a howling competition with the hotel guests/staff. And I'm talking about the people, not their dogs. I say staff/guests because it got to a point where I didn't know who was who/what. When I asked for something to the reception I would have it delivered by random people, which were the same random people/guests having parties in the hallways late at night. Ah and the doors to the Hallway have haps on then, so it won't stop any sound whatsoever from the outside.

Les moustiques dans la chambre, le bruit des voisins, leurs portes qui claquent, la porte fenêtre sans visibilité donnant sur un mur à 50 cm, pas de luminosité dans l' appartement. Le prix promotionnel avec la chambre surclassée et payée sur booking n'était pas au rendez-vous.Trés décevant.

En general el lugar esta comodo bonito y en un lugar seguro. Tiene todo lo basico para unas vacaciones cortas.

Fiyat fayda dengesi iyiydi, temizdi. Mini bir mutfak vardı.

Girdiğimde banyo kapalıydı ve açınca yoğun ve kötü bir koku doluydu, uzun süre havalandırdım. Camımda tel olduğu için havalandırdım, ama arkadaşımın odasında tel yokmuş Odalar küçüktü, bagaj açmak için yeterli alan yok. Havuz dahil çok gürültü vardı, yankı olduğu için binanım altında yapılan tüm tadilat sesleri odanın içinde gibi, çok peaceful değil ama bir gece gibi short stay için idare eder.

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was clean and had everything I needed. The two pools were clean and very pretty. I felt safe here as a solo female traveller. All the staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful.

Not to do with the property but I found that the main gate was slammed very loudly throughout the night - this is the fault of other guests not the property.

Que no tienen utensilios y lo básico . Los argentinos tomamos mate y no teníamos para calentar agua , le falta un horno, y teníamos que pedir y comprar ejemplo tasa para tomar te . Yo fui a un lugar así ya que me quería cocinar mi comida por salud, después todo muy bien ... Lo recomiendo y algún día volveré ... Gracias 🫂.

The first 2 nights, there were very noisy guests at the pool area late at night. The second night it was around 1/2am and no staff spoke to them about it another guest had to. When we asked the staff about it the next day they said the reception is 24 hour and that they didn’t say anything to the loud guests as they’d come in from a trip despite waking up the whole hotel. There are also no lifts.

In 5 min war man in der 5th avenue, ansonsten war es im Hotel eher ruhig! Oben auf dem rooftop konnte man aber mit anderen Hotelgästen zusammensitzen und auch grillen! Der Pool war ok um kurz abzukühlen! Im Zimmer hatte ich ein eignes WIFI was sehr gutes Internet bescherte.

Mein Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen, aber zum schlafen war es ausreichend! Die Betten waren für mich etwas zu hart und etwas kurz.

Tal vez que no estuvieran los platos, sartenes y cubiertos disponibles para poder cocinar aunque si había cocina pero como solo estuve 2 noches no fue un gran problema si estuviera más noches si hubiera necesitado todo para cocinar.

Comme beaucoup de logement au Mexique pas d'isolation ce qui fait qu'on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue mais la rue n'est pas trop bruyante. L'eau de la douche est un peu dure a régler mais très chaude et il manquerait peut être quelque équipements dans la cuisine comme une passoire ou 2 3 couverts en plus.

wow what a difference from the previous place I was staying at. I had my eye on this Frida Khalo inspired hotel for a few years. It lived up to my expectations and more. I had so much light in my place it was wonderful. The size of the room is big enough you could have a living room space beside the bed, and as there is a comfy chair provided thats what I did. complete with AC great hot showers. Micro wave . I know but you'd be surprised how many places leave you with a toaster oven to reheat your coffee. Not working. And right across the street from best market in Playa.

My door was a little worse for wear. I would creat a bit more ambiance on the ground floor. Landscaping. There's lots of plants and it's nice. But I would go more. That's all the nitpicking I have. Enjoy.
