Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Villa mit privaten Pool, die wunderschön war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind sehr viele Restaurants die alle sehr gut waren.

Bonne localisation, notamment à proximité du port pour prendre le bateau vers Sanur. Le massage était également très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et chaleureux.

Malheureusement, plusieurs points nous ont déçus lors de notre séjour. Les serviettes n’étaient pas très propres et la chambre manquait également de propreté, avec de nombreuses taches visibles. Les toilettes étaient sales et dégageaient une odeur très désagréable. Certains équipements sont également assez vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés ou mieux entretenus. Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, principalement pour visiter l’île, mais malgré la courte durée du séjour, ces problèmes de propreté et d’entretien nous ont malheureusement assez marqués. Une amélioration de la propreté, de l’entretien des chambres et des équipements serait vraiment nécessaire pour rendre l’expérience plus agréable.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working very well and nor was our television, faulty remote control.

TOUT ! C’était MERVEILLEUX 🫶🏻 Nous avions une chambre qui donnait directement sur la piscine depuis notre terrasse, avec en plus un rooftop avec hamac. La chambre était spacieuse, on avait tous les jours droit à 4 bouteilles d’eau et des sodas, si on voulait aller à la plage, il suffisait de traverser, on voyait la mer depuis la chambre, vraiment c’était fou, je recommande 1000 fois. Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins. Pour l’instant le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour !

Piscine commune sympathique même si manque de transats à certains moments. Photos trompeuses car pas d’accès direct piscine pour toutes les chambres. Les nuits sont extrêmement bruyantes ! Circulation , chien , poules et autres tapage nocturne…

Petite déjeuner et restaurant de bonne qualité. Le personnel très dévoué.

Professional and courteous staff. Cleanliness and food options. Very functional and thoughtful room design and amenities. A lot of beachfront restaurants just in front of the property. Scooter rental available in front of the property. Beach in front of the property. It’s not good for swimming though. Main market area only 10 mins drive from scooter.

Stray dogs were roaming inside the property freely. The bean bags outside had stains. Nusa penida roads in general are bad. The toad leading the property is also bad. The property had done exclusive deals with closeby tours and travels. They said they can’t pick from the property, if caught they will be suspended for a month. And the closeby operators were only quoting prices slightly lower than hotel prices knowing the lack of other options. Rent a scooty and book from city centre to book tours at 50% price than booking from property and closeby operators. They all are operating together to keep prices high.

Mega Hotel, vorallem der Pool direkt vorm Zimmer. Wirklich top Hotel, versteh die Bewertungen nicht, sind wahrscheinlich wieder verwöhnte deutsche, die 5sterne Deutsches Niveau erwarten.

Mooie kamer , rustige omgeving

Das Personal war überaus herzlich und liebenswert. Wunderschöne Hotelanlage und sehr schöne Zimmer. Der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer war herrlich.Das Frühstück war super lecker mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Würden jederzeit wieder in dieses schöne Hotel kommen.

Beautiful and peaceful resort with a lovely tropical atmosphere. The surroundings are stunning, the pool is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Nusa Penida. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Baumhaus! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und geräumig, die ganze Anlage des Hotels ist atemberaubend. Das Restaurant hat super leckeres Essen und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett. Sie können sogar im Hotels selbst Scooter mieten.

Charges 200k for a 5min transport to the harbour

The resort it self was the reason we wanted to stay in Nusa Penida longer. The breakfast was also some of the best we had on our whole trip.

- Personal sehr freundlich - sehr stilvolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang - wunderschöne Anlage, die sehr gepflegt wirkte - sauberer und wunderschöner Pool - kostenlose Nutzung der Minibar - einige Restaurants fußläufig - wunderschönes Riff zum Schnorcheln am Strand (am besten bei Flut gehen, sodass man nach außen kommt)

Es waren alles nur Kleinigkeiten, insgesamt hat es uns sehr sehr gut gefallen: - Preise für Transfer und Wäsche sehr sehr teuer (außerhalb vom Hotel nur ein Bruchteil der Kosten) - Restaurant war durchschnittlich - das Hotel bezeichnet sich als "Beach Resort", liegt aber in zweiter Reihe - Zimmer mit Meerblick haben nur von der Dachterasse einen teilweiser zugebauten Blick aufs Meer - Badezimmer an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt

The hotel is beautiful, we had the room with the veranda at the second flow but there is no ocean view as advertised...you can only see it from far..the bathroom is amazing with a skyview where you can see the stars while showering

It's in front of the road..when you are eating in the restaurant you hear cars and a strong smell of gas

On a eu une très mauvaise expérience, on avait pris deux nest rooms et elles étaient plutôt jolies et de bon goût, mais le bruit des animaux qui rangeait la cabane tout la nuit empêchait de dormir et les toilettes sentait vraiment très mauvais, les photos de l’hôtel sont beaucoup mieux que la réalité. Et il est très loin du centre.

We had an Ocean Pool Suite with pool Access. Quite honestly one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. The reason I don’t book a villa for the 2 of us is I like to have a view and with villas you are quite often looking at a wall. This room had the best of both worlds with a pool (shared) at your balcony, a large and very comfortable room. The staff, as everywhere in Bali, were so friendly. There are many local restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely loved our stay here :)

Merci à Okta et Birra pour les bons moments partagés. L'hôtel en général était top que ce soit la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le repas du soir et la piscine.

Le service spa de l'hôtel pourrait s'améliorer concernant les massages car un peu trop sportif a notre goût ayant des problèmes de dos, ( prendre les infos au début concernant des douleurs ou des allergies ou autres) .

The breakfast is simply amazing. The spread is great, The property doesn't have unlimited breakfast which I found a bit unusual considering the rooms are priced high. The quality of items cooked is amazing.

Nothing at all, the quality of cooked items is amazing. Like I said there is a limit on how much you can order. Having a limited availability is not a great deal.

Cet hôtel est parfait, les chambres sont très confortables et fonctionnelles, la salle de bain avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours présent pour aider y compris pour les excursions et les transferts de l'aéroport. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est aussi très agréable et très bon que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou les dîners. La piscine en forme de raie est un beau rappel à la beauté des animaux de cette île

The restaurant's culinary offerings are commendable, and the villa was meticulously maintained with timely housekeeping services. All requests directed to reception were handled promptly and efficiently. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

I don't recommend booking trips and activities through the hotel, it's way better and cheaper to go with locals, plus you get to know them.

Ubicación (Cuenta con una muy buena localización en la isla) y en general el hotel es bonito y agradable.

Zona de descanso: La zona de hamacas y césped está descuidada y es muy escasa. Ruido: Nos tocó una habitación cerca de la zona de los trabajadores, lo que provocó mucho ruido desde primeras horas de la mañana Olores: Había un desagradable olor a cañerías en el baño.

Dreckiges Zimmer, überall Kakerlaken - im Zimmer in unserem eigenen privaten Pool einfach überall Kakerlaken. Der Pool wurde nicht mal gereinigt. Reinste Katastrophe! Nie wieder werde ich dort hingehen

Loved the size of the room the access to pool directly out the door of our room and the creative adventure feel of the resort. Was my favourite resort hands down.

Le concept est sympa avec la vue (plus ou moins) sur l océan depuis le rooftop équipé d un hamac. Les boissons du minibar et l eau sont offertes c est chouette.

De nombreuses minuscules bestioles se promenaient dans la chambre dans laquelle l odeur était parfaitement désagréable. Cela m a beaucoup déçue.

Tolle Anlage, allerdings direkt an der Strasse. Infrastruktur auf Nusa Penida stark verbesserungswürdig (Strassen, Fortbewegung, überfüllte Sehenswürdigkeiten). Zentraler Pool nett hergerichtet, Zimmer groß und geräumig.

Das Personal grüßt sehr kontinuierlich, aber es sind zuviele Mitarbeiter beschäftigt und die Zuständigkeiten sind nicht klar verteilt. Kundenservice gibt es nicht, alle Zusatzleistungen sind um 40% überteuert (Essen - daher ist das Restaurant Abends fast immer leer, Taxifahrten - keine Service, um zur Fähre zu kommen, sondern gleich stark überhöhte Preise, bei Ausflügen ähnlich). Toiletten ohne Abtrennung im Zimmer - nicht jeder mag es. Kommunikation erfolgt über Walkie-Talkie, die zu laut gestellt sind und dadurch rückkoppeln. Wenn man auf seinem Balkon sitzt, ist das schon nervig. Beim Reinemachen haben wir beobachtet, das Handtücher runtergefallen sind und diese einfach wieder auf den Stapel gelegt werden.

The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were a group of seven and stayed for two nights. Throughout our visit, the staff were always happy to help, offering great suggestions, sharing in our jokes, and making us feel like part of the family. To the management team at Sebali, you have built an exceptional team, and it truly shows. A special mention goes to Okta, who was an absolute shining star. Their professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to everyone for such an incredible experience—we can't wait to return.
