The staff were always smiling and eager to help, very friendly. The view was absolutely phenomenal! Forest cascading into the ocean. The food was fantastic, especially the dinner. They have personal experiences and added guest interactions like Karaoke night. This is the place to be for equipment divers, from amateur to professional.

The rooms were a bit unmaintained, not dirty. With requirements that were needed for the stay, a bath would have been nice to have in the room. Very much focused on divers and them taking the diving offerings.

Amazing time in one of the best resorts of our trip! From the first day on we felt warmly welcomed and very well tanken care of. Richard and the whole team even organised a birthday party for me and decorated our room - thank you so much! :) The rooms themselves were also amazing. We saw a gorgeous sunrise from our bed in the morning and beautiful sunsets from the pool every night. Thank you very much for the great time on Nusa Penida!!

The rooms overall were grubby. The towels and bathroom area were not very clean. The water from the shower ran all over the floor and was flooded all around the toilet. The food was basic standard. Not very well cooked.

Так як готель знаходиться на горі, то потрібно йти пішки вверх з села, чи ресторанів, що внизу біля моря. Номера в готелі маленькі та не зручні.

We had a great room with a truly stunning sea view! The resort is on a hill, but the staff offers a free shuttle service within a 2 km radius, which was very convenient. We really appreciated the water coolers on each floor and the shared refrigerator. On our last day, we had a very early checkout, and the staff prepared a breakfast-to-go for us (it just needs to be ordered in advance at the restaurant). The dive center was fantastic – they helped us choose our equipment and booked our trip in advance. Everything was perfectly organized, and we even saw manta rays that day! Thank you!

There was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom shower :( But we had brought our own, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

Хотелът се намира близо до центъра, но не на пешеходно разстояние. Удобното е, че от хотела предлагат да ви повикат превоз срещу заплащане или да си наемете скутер от тях, който беше на добра цена. Закуската е добра. Снимките в букинг са точно това което хотела предлага. Персонала е мил и винаги готов да помогне. Но най-уникалното нещо в хотела е изумителната гледка! Има страхотен басейн от който да се наслаждаваш на тишината наоколо.

Не ми хареса това, че когато поисках от рецепционистката телефонен номер на който да пиша ако искам да попитам за нещо тя не ми даде такъв, а ми каза да отида до рецепцията. А пътя от стаите до рецепция не е на съвсем близко разстояние, а и защо трябва да ходя до там като мога просто да изпратя съобщение? А телефона който е сложен в букинг отговаря много рядко на съобщенията си.

Situé en hauteur, l’hôtel offre une superbe vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et se montre très attentionné en tout temps, certains guides de plongée vivant d’ailleurs sur les lieux même. Les excursions de plongée certifiées PADI sont très bien organisées et encadrées (1 guide par binôme).

La salle de bain pourrait bénéficier d’un rafraîchissement des équipements (calcaire sur la robinetterie).

We came to Nusa Penida for our engagement and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and helped with taxis, scooters, food, and diving excursions. Iwan and Richard were amazing and made sure our trip was unforgettable. The people staying there were all very friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to explore Nusa Penida.

The only thing I can think of is the shower doesn't have a wall so if you do shower most of the floor and toilet will be wet. It's an inconvenience but easily overcome.

L’hôtel est silencieux, les vues des chambres, de la piscine et du restaurant sont époustouflantes. Avoir la possibilité de voir le lever et le coucher du soleil était une expérience unique pour notre part. Nous avions une chambre Familliale, un lit double dans une chambre, reliée par une porte intérieure à une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Les chambres sont propres et climatisées. Le restaurant était bon à des prix corrects. Le vrai joyaux de cet hôtel est le personnel ! Toujours disponible, accueillant et attentif à vos moindres besoins. L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre cependant ce n’est pas gênant car l’hôtel propose de vous amener/ramener sur simple demande WhatsApp. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits, nous y serions restés un peu plus si nous n’avions pas réservé le bateau.

Everything is perfect. This place is chill. Pool view is gorgeous. Staff is impressive, super helpful and passionate, caring about customers. Price is reasonable. Food is delicious. room is clean. Tour is fun.

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in diesem Hotel verbracht, um zu tauchen. Unser Sohn hat dabei seinen ersten Tauchschein gemacht – was wunderbar geklappt hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Gérald, der den Kurs mit viel Kompetenz und Engagement durchgeführt hat. Das Hotel selbst ist eher schlicht gehalten und wirkt stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Stellen wäre eine kleine Auffrischung sicher sinnvoll. Das Personal und das Management waren – mit wenigen Ausnahmen – durchwegs freundlich und gästeorientiert und haben sich bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück bietet verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, die man am Vorabend bereits bestellen muss. Diese Optionen sind zwar vielfältig, dennoch ist das Frühstück insgesamt eher einfach gehalten. Das Restaurant fanden wir durchschnittlich – geschmacklich und vom Angebot her nicht ganz überzeugend. Positiv war jedoch der kostenlose Shuttle-Service innerhalb eines Radius von 5 km, wodurch man am Abend problemlos umliegende Restaurants ausprobieren konnte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gelungen – vor allem wegen der schönen Taucherlebnisse und der ruhigen Lage abseits des Trubels. Wer keinen grossen Komfort erwartet, aber Wert auf gute Tauchmöglichkeiten legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Das Management agierte nicht immer im Sinne einer serviceorientierten Gästeerfahrung, was besonders auffiel, da die übrigen Mitarbeitenden grösstenteils engagiert und freundlich waren und sichtlich bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Une vue exceptionnelle a 180 degrés qui permet de voir le levé et le couché du soleil. Une terrasse surplombant la mer et une piscine à débordement pour un petit déjeuné unique. Un accueil super et du personnel très gentil.

The most scenic place I have been is an amazing hotel located up the hill with a breathtaking view of the sea and pool. Quite and calm and peaceful location. Decent-sized rooms, no mosquitoes. The best part is they do have diving facilities so that no need to book outside. They will also assist you with transportation from Nusa Penida port which is very helpful. Also, they have an in-house rent-a-scooter provision. The owner and the staff are amazing.

Breakfast has limited options and no toiletries in the rooms.

Lo que me gustó del lugar es la vista. Desde el restaurant, la piscina y la habitación habían vistas espectaculares al mar y naturaleza. Sin duda ese es el plus de este lugar. El restaurant también es muy bonito. Todo lo demás me decepcionó lamentablemente.

La ubicación. Si bien al mirar el mapa no parece estar lejos, para llegar hay que caminar por una subida y una calle muy oscura, lo que no me hizo sentir segura siendo una persona viajando sola. El lugar en sí es muy bonito y tiene potencial, sin embargo me llamó la atención lo descuidada de las habitaciones para ser un lugar que es bastante nuevo. Había humedad en algunas paredes y la puerta no cerraba bien. Además tuve una muy mala experiencia al llegar ya que al entrar al baño vi que este no estaba limpio (literalmente habían gotas amarillas en el wc). Al pedir ayuda al staff (que no dudaron en ayudar) limpiaron simplemente con un paño. El restaurant (una de las razones por las que elegí el lugar) no lo pude probar, ya que me dijeron que ese día no estaba el chef. Me dieron la opción de pedir algo a un lugar que ellos conocían y así lo hice. Lo sorprendente fue que me cobraron hasta el servicio de delivery. En definitiva, es un lugar muy bonito que tiene mucho potencial, pero no volvería dada mi experiencia.

Todo ha sido increíble tanto el staff que nos ayudaron con todo y fueron super amables como las vistas desde la piscina y la habitacion! La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba rico, unos de los días cenamos en el hotel y geniall!!! Tour de snorkel y de las playas 10/10💕

La comida es bastante buena y el personal muy amable. La piscina también es muy linda y la vista es muy burna también.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación. Está en una subida muy empinada, por lo que si quieres salir debes pedir un auto. No hay playas ni tiendas que sean accesibles a pie.

Localização excelente, isolada, com vista para o mar. Pudemos apreciar tanto o nascer quanto o pôr do sol da piscina do hotel, que é maravilhosa com borda infinita. Café da manhã bom, com comidas típicas asiáticas, se for sua opção ou internacional usual.

Las vistas son espectaculares, el desayuno no es buffet pero está muy bueno y es abundante. El personal es muy simpático y nos dejaron usar la piscina después del checking.

We spent two amazing days at Jukung Dive Resort. The property's location is on top of a hill surrounded by forests and with amazing views of the sea. They have an infinity pool which is quite big and well maintained. This resort is primarily a dive resort where they train you for scuba and they conduct excursions to the best dive spots in Penida. The team took us to Manta Bay where we spotted 4 Mantas and Crystal Bay which was a fabulous experience. Overall hospitality is top notch and Richard and team go out of the way to make it memorable. They also arranged a taxi for us to visit the East Coast as well as the West Coast. If you are planning to hire cabs, I would recommend them as their rates are competitive and provide good cars. Overall a very good stay and I would recommend.

I had given the feedback on the following to Jukung team which they mentioned would be worked upon: 1. Some parts of the property need maintenance - Fans not working in the dining area and rooms need some better maintenance. 2. Food was average. This is something they should definitely work upon as Nusa Penida has limited restaurants and the property being far from eateries, guests expect good quality food in-house.

The view from the room is breathtaking and the property itself is simply beautiful. The staff is so-so kind and cooperative! In short notice they let us check in earlier and also let us take a shower after checking out before returning to Bali. Breakfast was delicious, also the possibility to rent a motorbike is so useful! Thanks to the staff for helping us organising transfers to and from the harbour and also the snorkeling trip to Manta Point. Also the infinity pool and restaurant is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen during our visit in Bali.

The facility itself needs some retouch, as for example the divider on the terrace is broken so 3 apartments share one terrace and the divider paravans are just… laying there. At arrival we didn’t have hot water, after informing staff initially the response we received was a simple “noted”.🙂 Well it’s such an appreciated initiative to use water economically however it’s not so ”green” or whatsoever to have to run the water for minutes right before it gets heated! During early morning hours we heard several times loud rumour from upstairs such as banging doors and moving furniture so I believe there’s some renovation work going on, which disturbed our sleep. There must be some leaking since the ceiling in the bathroom is mouldy and wet. Also cleaning should be more precise as at arrival we’ve found chunks of hair in the bathroom…

Die Hotelanlage scheint immer noch im Aufbau zu sein und gleicht einer halben Baustelle, obwohl es an anderen Ecken wie den Gästezimmern bereits heruntergewirtschaftet ist. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer ohne Safe, wobei wir das explizit gebucht hatten und unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Erst nach Ansprache diesbezüglich wurde dies unverzüglich behoben. Der Pool, der Balkon und der Aufenthaltsraum laden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen, da es weder liebevoll zubereitet noch lecker war.

Het uitzicht en de infinity pool waren prachtig. Prima kamers, met connecting doors. Waren zeer tevreden over mogelijkheid om duik/snorkel tour te regelen. Personeel was vriendelijk en deden hun best om alles voor ons te regelen.

Personeel was niet altijd aanwezig bij de bar. Veel op de menukaart was ‘sold out’. Misschien kan het van tevoren aangegeven worden. Locatie is afgelegen en op een berg, geen restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt, maar je kan bij het hotel wel lekker eten met een prachtig uitzicht en sunset.

Spectacular location above Nusa Penida, the view is what made me want to stay here but overall everything was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, the restaurant offers a stunning view, also there is absolutely no one around, from the balcony of my room I simply could not see any other settlement. The host was most kind and we had a really nice chat on arrival. I felt really good here.

Not so much space in the room.

Nice quiet stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, even giving me aloe Vera for my sunburn! We rented a scooter which was great and they also provided transport to and from the harbours. The pool is a great place to chill and take in sunset.

Could be some more variety / availability of the food and drinks menu.

Le personnel était attentionné, disponible et tellement gentil. Le site est très bien situé et la vue de partout est à couper le souffle. Nous avons fait de la plongée et autant le personnel que le bateau, que les sites vues étaient exceptionnels pour nous.

Il y avait parfois des odeurs désagréable dans la salle de bain, mais rien pour nuire à notre bien être.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view. Diving and snorkeling expeditions are available and leave from the hotel. All in all a great place to stay

항구서 10분안에 도착하고 많이 언덕으로 올라갑니다 그렇지만 레스토랑겸 카페 수영장이 옆에 있는데 뷰 너무좋고 넓고 깔끔하고 직원들 친절합니다 조식도 괜찮고 무엇보다도 음식값이 비싸지 않아요 그냥 움직이지않고 호텔서 먹어도 진짜 합리적인가격입니다 저희는 후식 과일까지 시켜 먹었어요 룸건물은 새로 지은것같은데 비수기라 뭔가 조금 어수선했는데 모든룸이 바다뷰라 뷰맛집입니다 다만 룸은 그렇게 고급지지는 않아요 하지만 여러조건중 하나이고 조용하니 좋습니다 꼭 추천드려요 페니다에가면 저는 꼭 다시갈꺼예요 저희 한국사람이라고 노래도 한국노래 틀어주시니 기분도 업되고 노래부르라고 해주시고 근데 저희는 수다떠는게 더좋아서 안불렀어요 가성비 갑입니다 저같이 걱정많으신 분들 위해서 후기적어봤습니다 참고하세요

The location of the resort with the stunning view of the sea and the mountains is amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly, food was delicious. Overall stay was comfortable and enjoyed the pool.

We stayed for three nights. My husband and I both certified divers and that’s why we chose Jukung. All staff were very friendly and we felt like we re home. Food was delicious. View was amazing, we took lots of drone videos. Thank you for everything we will come back.

The only thing I did not like was there was no toothpaste toothbrush and new towels for next day but I think thats because they are eco-friendly. Luckyly we had all of them and when we asked for new towel they gave us. So nothing at all !!

Ce Dive Resort offre probablement la meilleure vue de Bali depuis Nusa Penida. Un rapport qualité prix incroyable. Il est situé sur les hauteurs. La paisibilite de l'endroit est sans aucune mesure. Cet endroit est aussi très propre ce qui est difficile à trouver ici dans la région. Le côté plongées esr super avec un dive center très moderne, avec camion pour mener directement au bâteau. Tout le staff est adorable, professionnel et très serviable. Un grand remerciement aussi à Ivan qui est un super boss super gentil. Avant de venir, vous n'oubliez pas la mayonnaise, il est super fan. Le restaurant est très bien, les plats sont variés et bons marchés. A renouveler sans hésitation !!!!

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Man braucht einen Scooter, um mobil zu sein (kein Problem von dort günstig zu mieten), ist aber in einer ruhigen Ecke abseits vom Trubel. Iwan, der Manager (sowie alle Angestellten auch), ist super nett und beantwortet alle Fragen. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, die Betten bequem. Alles in allem ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Der organisierte Transport von / zum Hotel ist etwas teuer. Dafür wurde uns aber auch das Gepäck getragen. Die Essensportionen könnten etwas größer ausfallen, aber man kann mit Iwan über alles reden und kleine Extrawünsche werden erhört (also jammern auf hohem Niveau)

Заехали на 1 сутки. Красивый, презентабельный отель . Вид шикарный на океан. Входит завтрак. Народу очень мало, в бассейне одни мы купались. Отдыхали в конце октября. Все прекрасно за такую стоимость .
