Es war alles einfach nur perfekt.. Gute Lage. Öffis vor der Türe. Mein Freund und ich waren Sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder Kommen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Lg.Andrea

Superb location

Location was great, quiet street with nearby acces to public transportation (tram, bus and subway). City centre is reachable in 10-15 minutes with subway, Prater in 20 with the bus and the main train station in 15-20 by tram. We collected keys on the arrival from the keybox. We recieved instructions on time so there wasn't any problems.

Apartment is really basicly equiped, with some major lackings. There was no shower curtain, knife was really smal so cutting bread was even a struggle, fridge dor couldn't close until we removed plastic door shelves from it. There is also no TV, if someone needs it. There were also some suspicious white stains on one pillow.

We arrived at this property 8.30pm on 23 December. No instructions, no calls, whatsapp, email or texts, explaining key safe etc. We didnt know what to do. Another few residents in the property tried your phone number ending 7987. We were all cut off immediately. We were homeless, exhausted, frightened and freezing. We had to find a bar and book emergency accommodation at an extra cost of nearly £700. The place in Keperplatz was horrendous, like a prison cell. Our holiday was completely ruined.

No communication. No help, despite us trying for days to contact you by phone, messenger text and email. A scam.

I like the location & the transportation was fantastic

Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
