Service and daily hygiene is poor. Water flow is very slow. Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. It is centrally located. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Food in the restaurant is ok. It is value for money.

Most suitable location, Higly professional warm welcoming staffs providing unparallel best service around the clock. Very supportive and soft talking. Words are short to describe the features and properties. Specially Mr. Zahid and Mr. Taufiq takes spevial care of each guest from welcoming drink to comfort

There is nothing to be dislike. Everythinh loveable and beautiful.

Everything was soo perfect. We shared them that this is our honeymoon trip, they gifted us with a complimentary room upgrade from deluxe to suite We had a memorable stay in the olives, would highly recommend. Also food was soo yummy

Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht, 2 Wochen davor 8 Nächte. Zu aller erst muss man das gesamte Personal hervorheben, freundlich und zuvorkommend, und jederzeit um den Gast bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot ausreichend Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Das Bett war überaus komfortabel, separate Sitzgelegenheit und ein richtiger Schreibtisch waren vorhanden. Durch die perfekte Isolierung der Fenster war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Super war auch der 55" große Smart TV, über den ich auf meinen YouTube Account zugreifen, und Videos schauen konnte. Mein Motorrad konnte ich auf dem gesicherten Parkplatz abstellen.

Trotz des geräumigen Badezimmers war keine getrennte Dusche vorhanden, weshalb nach einer Dusche alles nass war. Es wäre problemlos möglich eine Duschwand zu erreichten. Die Geschwindigkeit des WLAN ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß, reicht aber für normales Surfen aus.

The bath/shower areas in bathrooms should have a partition so that water doesn't spill everywhere. The elevator should not be turned off at night. A night gatekeeper for late-night arrivals. Breakfast must have been buffet. Even when there are few guests, it shows the hotel's dedication and consistency towards their service.

Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff at reception were incredible and made me feel welcome.

For tourism the location isn't the best.

The Service was exceptional. The Staff was the most courteous i have ever come across. i think the service is the key element of Olive. Gr88 Job done by the Management and the entire team. Keep it up.

Molto gentili, camera sopra le aspettative e possibilità di cenare (bene!) fino alle 22.30. Colazione cara rispetto agli altri servizi e sotto gli standard continentali. Ottimo per gli spostamenti aeroportuali che ci hanno gestito dalla reception. Consigliato

In Dinner, we ate chicken dish and day after that we all suffered stomach ache and indigestion probably due to low footfall of tourists. However staff were super helpful but kitchen might not have followed proper quality standards.

Everything was sorted …. The hotel was neat and clean kept very well … the staff was very good and helpful and sweet… overall very good experience…

Breakfast was very ordinary, no taste in the menu.Menu was just the same every day, very oily stuff ,poha and puris.

Bathroom hot water was not upro the mark, pressure in the shower was not there.

From a whole day of travelling around it was good to come back to a very clean and comfortable room! The staff were all really friendly and always made sure everything was okay. Kashmir was really cold and the heater in the room was excellent! Also very spacious and well maintained rooms!

The location isn’t the best. It’s quite far out from downtown so you have to always travel with a taxi. There isn’t much to do in the area and even restaurants aren’t easily accessible. There is a restaurant in the hotel though. (I’m saying this, it is closer to the airport)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Olive Hotel in Kashmir, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and tranquility. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was a cozy haven, with a super comfy bed and a stunning view of the mountains. I loved how the room was decorated with traditional Kashmiri touches, giving it a real local feel. The bathroom was spotless, and the fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant was a real highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of local and international dishes. I especially loved the Kashmiri Wazwan – it was a feast for the senses! The dining area itself was beautiful, with big windows overlooking the stunning scenery. One thing I really appreciated about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the main attractions, but still felt secluded and peaceful. It was the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Kashmir. Overall, my stay at the Olive Hotel was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with great staff, delicious food, and a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Kashmir.

It was very clean and the facilities were very nice. Compared to other stays we have stayed at in India, it was much better. And in Kashmir, I will tell you that it is nearly impossible to find anyplace that has adequate heating in winter time. This place has good heating. We were relieved. That staff was also very caring. We will definably book this hotel again when/ if we come back to Kashmir. Great quality hotel.

I wish the rooms had nice rug to make it more cultured to Kashmir way of living. Almost everywhere else we stayed has beautifully designed carpeting or rugs. Also, breakfast seemed a little disorganized/ confusion in the morning.
