مكان هاديء جدا موظفي الاستقبال جيدين ولطيفين
Convenient location
Limited bfast options Light was going and coming, but that is more of a city problem than the hotel's fault
Clean and spacious
It was value for money so won’t complain about it.TV wasn’t working
The setting and the hospitality made this a perfect spot to park for a while -- I felt at home, I felt safe, and I loved that the entire surroundings were green and welcoming. There were plenty of places to get some quiet time, recharge, and also work uninterrupted
I was asked to pay an advance only after I called them to confirm my booking -- something I was happy to do. If there was an email through booking.com I missed it. I'm glad I called, I would have hated to reach and find my booking didn't stand.
They cancelled the stay without even informing us Staff was so rude As per the policy we need to pay at the property But the staff said on call that you didn’t pay earlier that’s why we cancelled your stay

Clean rooms, helpful staff & owner, excellent gym... overall good stay for the price
Breakfast can be better. Quality and options are limited. That said the restaurant's a-la carte options are decent and the staff is kind enough to customize.
Great location, spacious rooms and good breakfast
The hotel has a good location, not very far from Jhelum banks and the main city attractions. The hotel is not directly on a main wide road but just some 40-50 metres away through a narrow-ish connecting road (a big car may need a bit of back-and-forth to take the right turn leading into the property). The property is nestled in a quite, clean and green man-made vegetation with lots of rose and other flower creepers which add some extra points to the credit of the property. Don't expect five-star level maintenance to the buildings, but the upkeep is reasonably good and offers good bang for the buck. The rooms are very spacious although the switches, furnishings and the general upkeep are not top-notch. The breakfast spread was not mind blowing but whatever was on the table was quite tasty. Expect Indian style breakfast (paranthas, poha, upma, desi style omlette, some 1-2 fruits, tea/coffee and some biscuits and bakery items). Overall, a decent experience but excellent value for money.
The bathroom in my room was smelly, wet and underwhelming. This definitely needs an upgrade.
Location was excellent! Pretty close to central area. Breakfast was carefully planned and executed, having touch of the lady who is owner of the hotel. Food was nice. Cookies were good enough to spoil anyone! Excellent place to be. Would definitely go there again.
The oil used for omlettes . Rest all was excellent!
Excellent hospitality and location
Food prices were high
Good rooms and clean. Spacious. Good outdoor area too
Sound insulation could be better
Taille de la chambre Confort Calme car un peu en retrait de la route Repas correct Navette aéroport très appréciable
Value for money or super value for money , a good place for any tourist visiting Sri nagar
Nothing .. all were ok
Location, staff and the room were all excellent!
All excellent!
Breakfast options were good. It would be better if options are widened. If done so, it will be like icing on the cake. The choices of different communities and nationalities if the guests in the Hotel to be considered, for selection of breakfast varieties.
It's nothing, which was disliked. In fact staying in this hotel was giving a feeling as if youvare dwelling in a botanical garden, during Spring time.
Very good property, good comfortable rooms with all amenities. Good courteous staff. Overall it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.
The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.
Great room and great location
Nothing like that.
I asked for a taxi for a short-term drive they brought a driver for the full day, at double the cost I have paid the previous day. I spent half an hour trying to pay with my credit card, their system wasn't operational.
Friendly staff, clean breakfast
The International Bank card does not work in Kashmir, so payment must be made in cash
We had a lovely 3 night stay at Mirage. Mr Zulfi and all the staff were just the best.. courteous polite ready with a smile to help. It’s a beautiful property with greenery all around. Located in the posh colony of Raj Bagh.
Nothing not to like.
The hotel is situated at a very good location in the city. It's personal home converted into a small hotel; so it's very nice and cozy and has a personal touch. The rooms are quite big and beautifully decorated. The food is very good. The room rent is reasonable for the quality what you get. Overall very good experience.
It's a three storied property. If you've senior citizens with walking issues, then higher floors can be problematic.
Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.
Food spread was with less variety but tasty food.
It is a lovely quaint hotel. Room had a small living space with the necessary amenities separated from the sleeping area. Excellent staff. Clean room and bedding were super comfortable. Hot water was always easily available throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast choices were good.
Due to the cold season and surge of electricity usage, we experienced frequent power cuts. But the bathroom was always heated, and the emergency lights were available. When there was a big group of guests, it could be very noisy at night. Breakfast starts just before 9 am, a little late for early risers.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Hotel Mirage, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This luxurious establishment truly lives up to its name, offering a magical and captivating stay in the heart of the city.
From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the attentive staff. Check-in was swift and effortless, and I was immediately struck by the hotel's elegant and modern design. The lobby exudes an air of sophistication with its tasteful decor and cozy seating areas, making it a perfect spot to unwind or meet with friends.
Location.
Transaction problem on Jammu & Kashmir ICICI Bank side. My credit card declined every time I tried to pay them. Finally, I had to pay the hotel by bank. Wire transfer remittance to their local account at ICICI Bank J&K India. My advice is that you should take payment in advance, especially in Kasmir, because the communication link is very poor there. Thanks & Regards Mohammed Shoeb
Location, lights, staff
Over priced and not clean
Location was ok
Electricity kept going off and the food quality was fair. Also we were not given proper bills at the time of check out . Even after requesting for the same. Only hand written bills.
The hotel is peaceful and nested in a garden. It gives a personal feeling. The rooms are large. The staffs are friendly.
With some light music on the lobby and a few paintings on the wall of the rooms, the stay could get even better!
This hotel is located in a posh area surrounded by a beautiful lawn and big bungalows. The room has a separate sit out/ TV area and sleeping area. Room is very spacious. Bathroom is really big. Property is new. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is important to note that the hotel doesn't have a Lift. Owner Mr.Zufli was very helpful. He himself drove us to the Sankaracharya Hills for early morning darshan. And also dropped us at the airport.

The location was quite nice...centrally located
The AC in our room wasn't working...and we had to spend an entire night without air-conditioning....
I like the location...But at night Dog barking sound disturb you.....Staff is good specially Shokat...really great..
good spacious rooms
Cleanliness could be better…damp towels and bed linen…
Extremely spacious rooms. Superb cozy interiors. Rooms with ample seating. Luxurious bathroom. Adequate breakfast spread
Rooms, Parking, Peaceful, Positive Vibes, Friendly Staff, Excellent Management, Breakfast, They have given us hot dinner at 11 PM in night, I am really thankful for that. best place to be at if you are in Srinagar, highly recommended.
Meals were too spicy but they served it with so much of love that we have enjoyed spicy meals too.
Amazing stay.. I Had a wonderful saty with delicious breakfast clean and hygienic room great Hospitality.. thanks
Breakfast was fine.. Everything else was way too expensive for a mediocre hotel
Food was very expensive for a ordinary hotel
Amazing & Comfortable stay, hospitality was amazing, clean and hygienic room, breakfast was delicious.
small and green
food was not good, it is not value for money
staff
plugs
The staff is extremely cordial and make the whole stay worthwhile
power plugs might need a fix
if you are visiting Srinagar this is one the best property to stay. The staff are really helpful and well mannered good service.
Not worth the money… very average
Wonderfully cosy suite and personalised services. The food quality needs to improve, specially for the price that you pay.
It is a memorable experience in Srinagar to have stayed in Hotel Mirage. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. People are extremely friendly. In spite of the devastating flood we had to face, we were always comfortable.
We had family members. Great hotel for big family. Room was clean. Service was awesome. Little far from main attractions. But I knew it b4 I booked it. I had a car rented for all the time.
I saw a very good review about the hotel and decided to stay during my visit to Srinagar. The rooms are definitely very much overpriced. The food is very expensive. The complementary breakfast provided is pathetic . All the time during daytime , there is noise of drilling work and masonry work happening close to your room and the hotel management is not apologetic or did not even have the courtesy to inform about the maintenance work happening . There was no one in the reception area the day I had to check out at 6 AM. No receptionist , no manager was in sight. I had informed the manager that I would be leaving the next day early morning. I thought I would miss my flight . With great difficulty and waiting for 35 minutes , had to make multiple phone calls and search all over the hotel area, could find someone who could check me out. Not at all recommended. Stay away.
I stayed at this hotel with my wife from 17th April till 20th April in a deluxe room with breakfast . The deluxe room actually comes with 2 rooms with ambient lighting which are very spacious, neat n clean and above all warm. Hospitality here is Five star. Our caretaker Mr.Bilal is a perfect gentleman who ensured we had everything we needed and apparently, did not expect tips. Food is excellent especially the Kashmiri delicacies. There were instances when we got caught in the rain outside and the manager, Zulfi came out with an umbrella to escort us to our rooms. Not to mention the warm welcome they gave us as soon as we entered the hotel. The hotel also arranged our sight-seeing trips. Dal Lake gate no 1 is around 5 kms from this place. The area is very calm and peaceful away from the tourist hustle -bustle of Boulevard road. This hotel is highly recommended for people who prefer peaceful surroundings.
Not really a hotel as such as it is a huge house with many rooms. The rooms are well designed and warm. We were there in the middle of a huge snow storm. Gopal, the service man was excellent.
We stayed at the Mirage as a stop over in Srinagar before flying back home. The hotel is adequately equipped and in a very quiet locality. The Vegetarian Buffet breakfast was very good. However, do not expect any exotic views. It is a very functional hotel with a nice garden and cosy rooms.
