Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Lovely building, clean and modern room. Very close to termini station. Walkable to all attractions but also taxi rank close by if needed. Clear instructions from the host for arrival and key card waiting for us at reception. Lovely complimentary snacks including cake and coffee everyday at reception. Very quiet.
Stairwell quite dark during to day. Could do with a light in the main stairwell but not a big deal!

We had coffee and tea available in the room, and at the reception there were always complimentary biscuits and pastries that could be enjoyed with a morning coffee. The water provided in the fridge was a welcome touch upon arrival. The location is close to the main tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Another great advantage is that luggage can be stored during the day if needed.
The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a little noisy.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heerlijk verblijf bij Dany Guest House! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Dany Guest House in Rome. Alles was gewoon goed geregeld! De kamer was lekker schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en de airco was tijdens de warme dagen echt ideaal. ❄️❤️ Ook het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie vonden wij helemaal top: midden in de gezellige wijk Monti, dichtbij het centrum en op korte afstand van veel mooie bezienswaardigheden. 🏛️✨ Voor ons was het de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Rome te ontdekken. We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad en zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen! 🇮🇹❤️ Een echte aanrader! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Трохи б більше на 2 м2 для такій ціни Та на 1м2 санвузол. Немає другого стільця. Дуже гучний кондиціонер. Зламався дверний замок, добре що хочь не в день виїзду. Чекали довго мастера.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. Except for the heat in Rome in August.

Şehir merkezine uzaktı. Uzun süre yürümeniz ya da toplu taşıma kullanmanız gerekiyor. Ki biz de öyle yaptık. Bize verilen 2 numaralı oda çok küçüktü, iki kişi aynı anda odanın içinde hareket etmekte zorlandık. Prizler elektronik eşyalarımızla uyumlu değildi, sadece bir tane dönüştürücü vardı odada ve yeterli değildi. Bu yüzden telefonlarımızı ve elektronik eşyalarımızı kullanırken çok zorlandık. Asansör de çalışmıyordu.

We didn't like the smell coming from the bathroom/drainage. The first two nights stay the AC did work and the room felt cooler but on our last night (returned for our stay before catching our flight home) we found the AC wasn't as powerful and felt the room very stuffy and we didn't get a good night sleep as it was so warm.

Location was also super, just opposite Santa Maria Maggiore, it can't go wrong. Close to Termini but a nice long walk to the centre. We love it here, whenever we return to Rome, Dany's the way to go!

You could hear when people talked in the lobby, but it was momentarily. Not consistently loud.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (even though there are restaurants just outside the building). Localisation is perfect, close all the major sights and the Monti Quarter is an ideal place to stay, lots of cafes and restaurants everywhere. Moreover we were able to leave our luggage in the building after check out, while we were waiting for our flight.

Dejamos las maletas en la mañana, nos quedamos una noche . Al llegar a la habitación, aprox 20 hrs, el baño tenía caca, llamamos al número del alojamiento y no pudieron ayudarnos simplemente dijeron que sólo nosotros utilizamos la habitación, lo cual no había ocurrido. La respuesta fue, que no utilizarámos el baño . La ducha era incómoda.
