It was hot and the street outside was noisy. Would have been fine if we did not need to open windows.

I loved absolutely everything about this property. It was a gorgeous apartment in an outstanding location. Public transportation was right outside of our door. There were loads of restaurants, shops, coffee shops and grocery stores within a stone’s throw. The flat also had everything we needed, tons of towels, sheets, beauty products, washcloths, toiletries and more. There was so much to love about this flat, including how responsive, communicative, helpful and caring the host was. I would stay here every single time .

Home was in a great location and well stocked to meet our needs. The host was accommodating to our travel schedule and quickly responded to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

Great location and lovely sized apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. After reading one of the reviews I did not what to expect of the area but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a perfect match with my family needs. The area is lively with students everywhere, and it was an easy walk to the Innere Stadt (15 minutes). You only need to walk a few steps to find several bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, in sum, everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment has definitely an upscale feel with beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings and updated bath, a nice blend of classic architecture and modern comfort. We felt we were experiencing living like the locals, in a less touristy area but still very close to main sites.

Seh gute Lage, sehr schöne, liebevolle Einrichtung. Zwei ruhige Schlafzimmer. Bus direkt vor der Tür. Sehenswürdigkeiten können in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.

The apt was spacious and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The location was the best for a first visit to Vienna! Public transit at our door or a short walk away. Plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. And the host gave clear instructions for check-in and friendly & available throughout our stay. It was great!

Great to have a washing machine. Local part of town, so few/no tourists. Mia supplied a good list of restaurants, but most were fully booked.

Access instructions could have been better (lockbox was on an adjacent door). Linen was not luxury, not even sure we had a bedsheet. Main bedroom is very narrow -no space for side tables. Towels were not luxury, and came with Disney characters. There was no toaster supplied, even after asking. Entrance foyer shabby. Unit number was not clear - small number written in pen above doorbell. So, a number of small issues, which add up to non-luxury, but it did the job.

Sehr gemütlich, hochwertig und liebevoll gestaltetes Appartement. Wir waren mit unserem einjährigen Kind da, welches sehr herzlich mit allem, was unser Herz begehrt, empfangen wurde. Bisher unser angenehmster Aufenthalt in Wien mit Baby.

We absolutely loved staying in this stunning apartment. It was super spacious and stylish and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location in Neubaugasse was super central with lots of great restaurants and coffee nearby.

Geweldige locatie en prachtig appartement

Redelijk schoon appartement op 20 minuten lopen van Centrum. Ligt in winkelstraat dus winkels, supermarkt en restaurants om de hoek. Veel voorzieningen aanwezig (Nespresso met cups, wasmachine, vaatwasser)

Het ligt niet in de mooiste wijk, meer een studentenwijk. Weinig groen. Dat is helemaal een nadeel omdat het ook warm was tijdens ons verblijf. Er staat wel een airco, maar voor de afvoer moet het raam open waardoor dat niet goed werkt. Appartement was dan niet comfortabel.

Unterkunft genau wie auf den Bilder. Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit tollen Bildern und Skulpturen. Super weiche Betten. Sehr gute Lage, viele Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Not close to "U" but can connect with tram. A cloth rack for dry clothes is appreciated.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous , and the most comfortable felt like home. Love high ceilings, and the location can not be better.

This place is beyond perfect, and located in our favourite Vienna neighbourhood which is delightfully full of artisanal shops, delicious food options of all types, and centrally situated without being in the tourist zone. The place is so clean you could eat off of any surface, and the interior design elements incredibly simple and tasteful. The master bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in years. We will be staying again!

We loved everything!!!!!

We really enjoyed this apartment. It has a great location — right by a bus stop that is part of the amazing Vienna transit system. We also appreciated the overall space and layout, and the many small things that improved our stay, including the coat rack by the front door, coffee and tea and related supplies already there, and the super strong hair dryer, not just a low-powered hotel style hair dryer. It is better than my one at home! The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were plenty warm during our week-long stay to visit Christmas markets. The washing machine worked well, as did the drying rack for our needs. The neighbors were quiet and the street mostly quiet, too.

We could have used an extra key for the apartment door, separate from the others. If one of us left early, planning to meet up with the others later, we didn’t have a good way to lock the apartment door without pulling it closed with a loud bang.

Excellent location, very close to the old centre. Beatiful and very cosy flat. The host was there to answer any questions we may have. Absolutly loved the flat. If we go back to Vienna we will stay in the same flat!

The apartment is is situated in my absolute favorite part of Vienna with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself is cute, the bed is comfortable, the sofa is comfortable, one can actually prepare food in the kitchen (which is something we did several times), and the owner is extremely nice and responsive.

Very minor issues like the toilet didn't refill its tank quickly after flushing. It took forever and that created some inconvenience. And due to the very modern design of the toilet system, one doesn't have direct access to the tank. I told the owner so hopefully it will be repaired for the next guests.

The apartment is very well located, walking distance from many tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. The host is very kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

The flat is stylish bright and comfortable and very clean- you can enjoy the neighbourhood and the eclectic bars and restaurants whilst you stay here - a supermarket is very close by Transport links are good and it feels safe to walk around the area at night Did not want to leave- thank you

The host was responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late. She personally came to the property when we had some issues with the internet. She fixed the problems quickly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. There is also an air conditioner in the unit. Location, location, location. Convenient to all tourist attractions with many fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also many local designer shops with beautiful clothes and jewellery at reasonable prices in the neighborhood.

Everything was great!

I stayed here with my friends for my Vienna marathon. Location was perfect, since it was ±1km from the finish line. Our flight was ±24h delayed, but the host showed extra effort making sure we get keys with no extra hassle. Rooms spacious and tidy. Kitchen well equipped for carb-high diet. Host even let us stay few hours outside the check-out time, which suited us well for our altered flight schedule. Top!

What a beautiful place to stay on our New Year visit to Vienna! The apartment is stunning and every bit as spacious as the photos suggest. It has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and the owner provides everything to help to ease your stay. It is also located close to the centre with many must see attractions only 20 minutes stroll away. Communication from the owner on the day of arrival was top class, including some excellent recommendations which we received. We would most definitely recommend this classy, high end apartment to anybody planning to visit Vienna.

super location and very nice appartement ! There was even a Christmas tree in the living room and a very comfy sofa. And there was koffie, thee and a cake when we arrived !

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. The landlords were kind and always available to answer our questions. They also accepted our request for a late checkout :) If I go back to Vienna, I will definitely book this apartment again.

The single bed in the second bedroom was comfortable but a bit small. Maybe they could replace it with a bigger one.

The apartment is very good located (supermarkets, bars, cafes, UBahn Station are near by). The apartment is perfect! The kitchen is big and great, bed is comfortable. It has all what you need. The communication was super friendly and on point. Will be coming back for Sure!

The Apartment was stylish and comfortable. It was convenient for the sights, lots of nearby cafes and the owner was very helpful.

The location was incredible, Neubau is a lovely neighbourhood full of little shops and great restaurants. The accomodation is on a nice street, right next to a few bus stops and walking distance to the metro. Also, we had great communication with the host, she was very friendly and would respond quickly. When our train back home got cancelled and we asked to spend an extra night at the appartement, it was no issue at all which we really appreciated!

I think the only thing I missed would be a pair of scissors, haha! Or maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough...
