Great family holiday park, good value for the money, lovely little chalet and was pet friendly

Beds was not comfortable the springs was poking through, the chalet is okay but prefer to stay in a caravan, and the bouncers was not nice people very rude and abrupt and the swimming pool does not open everyday

Facilities didn’t match size of site. Social club was small Pool was small Play parks etc far too small and uninspiring. Our room was dirty and could do with updating.

It suited exactly what we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Te toilet was not very clean and we had to buy and put bleach down it. Still had a ring around the water level even after that. But smelled better.

The floors in the property aren't the cleanest they need a good mop every time we walked around our feet would get very dirty or even to have a mop at hand would be great but thats just a personal ick we had

Think a site minibus or taxi service to various locations at a charge would be handy for people with the walking struggles.

Nothing at all, the chalet was in a disgusting state, sink blocked, toilet wouldn’t flush. Settee was ripped mould in bathroom and a vile smell throughout. Tv didn’t work and leg on chair gave way when I sat on it.

The swimming pool is so dirty that my kids cannot swim.

The beds are so small .

Staff were lovely, location was great - beach was beautiful, kids loved theme park up the road and easy to get to lots of lovely places

Caravans were squeezed in and booking swimming was a nightmare as places went for the next day in minutes and only allowed one hour session a day

Chalet was close to the main amenities, shop & take away

The chalet floors were dirty,the bathroom floor was dirty, which I cleaned. Dirty dishes still in the dishwasher the oven door was dirty which got cleaned as i complained to the office. The sofa had stains on , the material on the arms of the sofa & chair was split. I asked for another dinning room chair as only 3 there which did not match was never delivered, Was told a ramp would be put by the door to help my mum in & out never got delivered .

No Internet i paid but didn't work, granddaughter disappointed couldn't swim no spaces only 40 at a time had to book day before couldn't get in she was so upset,no restaurant just a cafe shop no good

The sofa stunk of urine, raised this with front desk who sent someone round. I asked for new sofa base cushions and all I received was spray. Came Home a day early. Cleaners need re training as well as van was not clean at all.

The staff are friendly

Our lock didn't work properly, we got locked out the first night because of this, when we reported, they came to check it and it took them over 5 mins to open the door, rather then being moved to accommodattion that had a proper working lock, we was told to just wiggle it until it opened, so spent the weekend having to spend 5-10 mins every time we went in or out having to mess around with the lock. It hasn't been cleaned properly, we even had to clean the dinning table before we could use it as it had dried food and sauce on it from the previous people. The hot water had been turned off and there was no instructions on how to turn it back on, so we had no hot water for the first two days untill we noticed the random fuse switch. The shower bath was disgusting and really badly stained and when you stood in it, it felt like it was going to collapse (I'm 8.4 stone, so really not that heavy)

We booked 2 caravans 1 gold caravan wich cost 600 pound for 4 days very tiny couldnt watch the tv because you had to pay for internet not enough room exoacted alot more for a gold caravan totally disgusted we also had a bronze caravan 3 bedroom it absoulutely stunk was filthy loose taps black hairs hanging off rusty mirrors ripped floors ruined our family holiday i am in the stages of getting a refund or i will be taking it further

Of the 5 days, could only get space for one session. Fully booked within 5min. Need more slots. The shower in the accommodation is unbelievably small. Has to be a new record.

We had our disabled grandson with us the staff were very helpful especially the amusement arcade staff, reception and security. Close to nice sandy beech. The takeaway and the site shop were well stocked and reasonably priced.

The location was quiet

Worst property we have ever stayed in. There is big glass doors at the front of the chalet, Sliding glass doors were filthy with seals broken so condensation inside of panels. Had to was every plate and cup before using them. Only one ring on the gas hob worked out of the 4. Shower had mould around the silicone and the bathroom tap did not run properly just dropped. The bed sheets had marks on them.

Upgrade to 2 bedroom Platinum lodge How helpful and friendly all the staff were, the site was not to big

The caravan way too small.,long distance from reception to caravan Door was broken. Bed was broken, electric keeps going off., stained sofa. I paid for WiFi which I didn't get. Overall not happy

We love the location of the park, and the friendly accommodating staff.

We didn't like the fact that when we entered our accommodation, it hadn't been cleaned. The staff were very apologetic, and got on to it straight away, whilst we popped to the bar for a drink.

The Entertainment hall ,was a good nightly show,and the onsite cafe was good and swimming pool there were some good facilities

I would definitely not rate the silver caravans as a silver standard,and as one of the most popular ones they probably only deserve a 2 star

just over the road from berrow beach - literally 5 minute walking distance. The shallet was large, comfy and fully equipped. The pool are was lovely a clean. Bar area's were lovely a clean. would 100% recommend

Smell was horrendous. Think it was a musty damp smell. Went home and my wife even commented on the smell of my gear. I was in chalet 4 and have stayed in chalet 1 previously. Did request a change but park was full.

It was close to the entrance and all amenities on site

We arrived with 2 dogs that booked in on booking .com/ they said we were in a dog free chalet and then charged us £135 for a deep clean and for the dogs to stay, scandalous rip off

The park was very clean. Take away food, shop and bar on site. All within 2 mins walk, from one another. Very comfy beds. Quiet site, which was a suprise.

Our van sofa, and cushions were very stained.

It was well maintained .

The fact that you can take your pet but you have to sit outside to drink .

Chalet was clean and tidy, with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to have picnic table outside. Staff friendly and helpful. We were really impressed by the prices in the bar and shop, particularly chefs corner, so reasonable and the food was very tasty.

Clean, comfy & exactly what you need. Micheal and Julie was fantastic cleaners, we left a plug went back and was super helpful to get it back for us. They get 10/10 from us!! The facilities was all super & the location was fantastic will be booking again.

We liked the site and location (just before unity , there is a little path over the road which leads straight to the beach) the staff were really nice, friendly and happy to help, id like to mention harry a security staff member had a smile and polite jokey friendly manner, and id also like to mention james (he has curly hair young and was behind the bar) he was fantastic with my autistic son, he also has very good customer service skills, and the way he interacts with people makes him a very good addition to their staffing. facilities on site were fab! a swimming pool that wasn't deep, and so simple to book onto. a few lovely play parks and various ball game patches. Which my children really enjoyed. Food was so reasonably priced at the chefs corner £5a For pizza & chips (I would add 50p and give the kids a carton of pop too make it a meal) The shop had literally everyrhing we needed whilst there and wasn't extortionate. Overall we will definatley be returning and would recommend to families.

It was dirty, sold as silver, yet the oldest dirtiest rickety unsafe stairs up to the caravan a false nail was left behind along with a frying pan with food baked into it hairbands pens and other rubbish under the sofa bed cushions mattresses that were more springs than mattresses. So if that’s silver I would hate to see bronze! Was SOLD internet for the caravan which didn’t work

The low life’s that were staying opposite our chalet swearing drinking cider at 9-30 in the morning not a sight when we had our grandson with us a man throwing water filled balloons in the air thinking it was clever looked like an imbecile not the best

The staff are so polite & are happy to help. We had an issue in our chalet and the receptionist upgraded us to a better chalet at no extra cost.

Bathroom was totally inadequate. The shower never kept even warm water for more than a min and it was covered all over with black mould. The flush to toilet barely worked. Kitchen area too cramped to cook in properly

Close to the beach for walks

It was a little tired but ok for the money paid, we didn't use the facilities, swimming pool, entertainment or restaurant so the rating isn't including these The location was excellent for us as we didn't want night life or pubs, we wanted a quiet relaxing break which we got The chalet does need a tidy up and painting to make it a bit fresher and more inviting but over all was ok for a 3 night break

Good to be back on familiar ground. Entertainment good and the staff very pleasant.

Unfortunately we were inundated with ants! Staff were very quick to help resolve the problem though.

We have been there for a long time and always had a great time and staff could not do enough to make our stay great thank you

Having an anxious rescue dog the location was very good as as much being very close to the beach for dog walks

Having an anxious rescue dog the chalet i was in was on the main road into the park, which I had to keep the curtain closed even during the day as other dogs, people, cars and lorry would pass on the other side of the glass doorsdue to this She was very anxious all the time and could only relax which she was on the beach. In addition as there was no outside space, as we were mid terrace she had to pass through the selection of dogs on the road and at their windows barking at her as well as on the street and the traffic to get to a place where she was calm enough to do her toilet business. All that aside although, I paid the same price as a non pet person /family there was only one place we could sit outside. This was outside the club house. Yet the outside bar didn't open whilst I was on site so getting refreshments was awkward.
