Location to water front restaurants.

Bit noisy at pool front room, oa place outdated, mattress could be better.

The hotel was nice, the pool was great for the kids and the location was great

Die Lage vom Flughafen DPS und zum Hafen Sanur ist perfekt. Das Frühstück wurde für uns so schnell es geht gemacht da wir sehr früh vom Hotel abgeholt wurden.

Die Klimaanlage sollte gewartet werden da diese gestunken hat und leider keine akzeptable Kühlleistung hatte. Ist leider auch während der Nacht "ausgefallen" - keine Kühlleistung mehr.

We were only staying for one night as we were heading to Lembongan, staff were super friendly, clean and tidy hotel, good was good too

Super hôtel ! Les enfants ont adoré la chambre "jungle", très confortable et jolie. La piscine était géniale, avec le toboggan dont nous avons bien profité. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, nous nous sommes régalés ! Tout le monde était très gentil. Enfin, la situation est idéale : super resto le long de la mer et accès à pied pour prendre le bateau en direction des iles !

La douche un peu étroite avec un simple rideau qui vient se coller à toi... :(

I used this place as needed an overnight stay before getting a ferry at sanur harbour.. great good size room .very close to Harbour area so walkable.. I checked in very late 2am. So good that desk was open.

I bagni erano in condizioni accettabili ma non il massimo. Il posto non era molto pulito. In generale il posto aveva bisogno di lavori di manutenzione, diciamo che ha visto giorni migliori.

La ubicación esta muy bien si quieres estar cerca del puerto, puedes ir andando a 10 minutos. Tambien tienes una playa cerca y un paseo con muchos restaurantes. La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama increíblemente grande.

La piscina funciona de 8 a 6, como en casi todos los hoteles en Bali, las habitaciones estan alrededor de la piscina y tener a niños bañándose y gritando desde tan temprano, si tu plan es descansar, no es ideal... Además tambien tienes el restaurante en el centro asi que hay bastante ruido.

Breakfast and meals aquired were excpetional from on site restaurant. Exceptional pool area for kids. Perfect location and staff very accomodating. Meeting other families.

Rooms a little out dated but still very comfortable. A little more seating around the pool during busy times would be good.

Great location to the harbour, close to boardwalk, restaurants and Icon Bali, nice pool and slide for the kids, comfy beds

Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update/upgrade we had two joining rooms, in one of the bathrooms the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush and the hose leaked, the window in the other bathroom was broken with big shards that looked like they could fall into the shower at any time lots of bugs got in, probably the worst shower pressure I have ever experienced, skip the food at the restaurant and eat on the boardwalk much cheaper and a lot better.

Location was very good, rooms were big and beds were nice.

Tout était parfait, la taille du lit était incroyable, le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous avons pu manger en 3 semaines à Bali !

母子2人の旅でした。セキュリティを考えて2階にして欲しいという、突然の要求にも、快く受け入れてくれたり、配車がなかなから来ない時にたすけてくれたりと、親切な方々でした。部屋も清潔に掃除されていて大変満足です。朝ごはん付きの、プランにしました。朝ごはんも、とても、美味しかったです。サヌールに行くことがあったら、必ず泊まります。

シャワーの、水量が弱いこと タオルが少し使い古している感じがすること。 しかし、スタッフの親切を考えればなんてことないです。

The interior is old and water pump is not working well. However considering the cost, it is not a bad option.

The room was very clean. The breakfast options were reasonable. The water slide was a big hit.

The pool was great but constantly cloudy it had a couple of loose wires in it. The hotel is down a lane which can make it hard for pick ups to find.

Lovely staff, pool and grounds. The kids loved the animal theme wall decor. It was fun without being tacky. The breakfast was delicious too and the lovely chef packaged it up take away one morning as we had to catch a flight.

It was a struggle to get uo the stairs to the single beds room, with no lift for the seniors.

Close to the beach, swimming pool was great, although some tiles were broken so be careful. Rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only a 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.

Pool could use some maintenance but otherwise good value for money

Kids loved the pool and waterslide, even compared to bigger pools and play areas they had such a great time on the marine bay slide. It was safe and easy to supervise the kids from the pool loungers. Restaurant was simple but nice and not overpriced. Convient location yet calm and relaxing.

Was staying here to be close to rocky boat as we were catching boat early early. Saff were friendly and super helpful. Close to shops. Kids enjoyed the slide. Would reccommend

Der viel zu niedrige Wasserdruck erschwerte ein angenehmes Duschgefühl. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung war zu wenig ebenso so ein paar kleine Regalböden in der Dusche/Bad wären gut

The staff were friendly (went well beyond what was expected) and the breakfast was great. The kids absolutely loved the pool - there were three different heights and was nice and long so could do lengths. The location was great, super close to the beach and delicious warungs on the beach that we ate at every night (except Monday as they were closed). Would highly recommend this place due to location alone.

The room was a bit musty smelling but I think that was due to keeping the doors shut and the air con on all the time.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Unfortunately, on the last day, there was no water supply in the toilet area, so the toilet could not be flushed. The shower area still had water, but the toilet was unusable. We informed the receptionist twice and requested that someone come and check the issue. Each time, we were told that a staff member would be sent to inspect it, but no one ever came to our room. As a result, we were unable to properly use the toilet before checking out, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service response in the future.

The property has a very chill vibe. Super close to the beach esplanade with restaurants and beach. Staff are very welcoming

Ottima struttura, attrezzati per i bimbi, grazie allo scivolo e alla piscina che li fa divertire. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il letto enorme, come due letti matrimoniali uniti. Cibo buono e personale disponibile.

Niente in particolare perché siamo nella natura, ma in bagno c’erano diverse formichine che comuqnue restavano lì senza entrare in camera. Non l’abbiamo fatto presente perché non ci davano fastidio.

Set back from the main streets, the Marine Bay Sanur was a little private oasis. Our kids loved the slide in the pool. Breakfast had many delicious options.

We only stayed 1 night. Close to the harbour. Big family room. The pool was lovely and hotel quiet. Breakfast was good.

It could do with a little upgrade.

It’s the perfect hotel to stay in Sanur with family. Rooms are decorated to make them feel in a special place. Pool is adapted to any kids age. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
