Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Please do not get scammed like me. Booked the unit via booking.com. PIC whatsapp me half an hour after confirmation telling me the unit that I will be having will be different from the photos advertised. Then asking me on the number of pax. My family with 4 kids and I was told to top up RM700+ on top of RM1.1k+ paid for the whole apartment as stated. I felt cheated and didnt agree with the additional charge. Subsequently, the PIC asked me to cancel and get i will get my full refund before a certain time. I did as told, but I was only refunded with RM200+. Lodged a complaint to consumer affairs and waiting for justice be made.
Please do not be a victim like me.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Honestly, there was nothing to like because I was never able to stay in the property. The situation was so problematic that I could not even access the room or spend the night there.
The price was originally shown as 178 MYR, but at the last moment I was charged 323 MYR only for “taxes”, which almost doubled the price. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. After that, the property suddenly asked for a 2000 MYR security deposit, which was never clearly mentioned in advance. This amount is extremely high and unreasonable. I tried to discuss calmly with the manager on site. He himself told me that this was not normal and that usually the deposit should be around 200 MYR, not 2000 MYR. Because of this, no agreement could be found and I was not able to stay in the property. Afterward, I received many messages from the property, some of them quite aggressive and inappropriate. This whole experience was a shame and totally unacceptable.
