Location was fantastic, pool was fantastic, the room was fantastic overall.

We had some issues with the bathroom tap and we called the concierge. They said they would send someone up but nobody came after 15mins. In the end, we had to resolve it ourselves.

Not really deserving a Luxury title. Stayed in room 1303 (on 28-30/9) 1) Bedroom aircond was not cold only blowing moderate air out. After made complaint to receptionist, no improvement. 2) Acoustic and noise (ie toilet, kitchen flushing from above room can be heard clearly)..guess was due to no ceiling.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo. También la zona de la piscina estaba muy bien. La ubicación genial, cerca de todo.

Quizá el aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido. Que no ofrecieran desayunos.

The location is very convenient and the overall environment is pleasant. The staff are also friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance is needed.

The aircon doesn’t seem to be cooling well, and the overall cleanliness could also be improved. I’m not sure if this might be because the room has been unoccupied for some time. It would also be helpful if a table could be provided in the room, as it would make it much more convenient for us to work and place our laptops and other items.

Lots of space in the rooms, Harun from housekeeping was most helpful, great swimming pool to relax, excellent value for money, reception very helpful, good air conditioning, bus trip to breakfast location worked well

The hotel staff are very well trained and super helpful especially the security personnel Mr. Viknesh, he assisted me with the multi level automated lift parking and taught me how to access it. Mr. Nicholas also being helpful to e-mail the official receipt to me even after I have checked-out forgotten to request the official receipt for payment claim from the company.

The entrance access to the hotel is very narrow, driver may miss the entrance junction.

size of room is very spacious. The layout of the furniture is pleasing to the eye. The offer of pillows for sleeping comfort is very nice. Location of hotel is excellent. walking distance to most places.

The building lightings are too dim. & combined with dark granite throughout the building, it can look gloomy, especially during the night

We had a 2 bedroom suite, and the master didn't have a smart TV which is almost mandatory now especially since we were there for 3 nights to be able to connect to Netflix etc. And the approach to the rooms isn't air conditioned so you walk through a very hot area not a climate controlled one.

Bij een 2 kamer app is van 1 slaapkmr de douche ruimte niet ensuite. Dus voor 2 stelletjes minder geschikt. Wel voor gezinnen.

Location is excellent. Pool is a real feature, the view particularly in the evening is great. Feel in the bustle of the city but high enough that the noise etc. well away. As a bonus it’s under komtar’s glass floor so fun to spot if going up. The cooking facilities work well. Nice large fridge, hob plate really quick. Room service was good particularly at washing everything up for us! Loved the car park.

Our room only had a bench built into the wall of the common room. No sofa for comfy sitting despite there being plenty of space. The tvs are only in the bedrooms so had to all sit on bed to watch stuff. Room needed a bit of decoration or repair, marks on paper chipped paint. The cars parking at night can be quite loud. Scared our daughter, had to explain what the noise was. Aircon turned off when we took the room key out so room was often warm on coming back. Wait for the lift could be a while.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Granite. We felt pampered and it was an absolute oasis. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the gym had free weights and a few machines, not huge but definitely exceeded the quality of most hotel gyms. Location of the hotel put us within walking distance to most things, and the famous Gama market was footsteps away. We were very well taken care of by Harun, on the 18th floor. He always made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent housekeeping during our stay. Also, Vegnesh, a security guard downstairs was very nice and pleasant person to speak with and greatly enjoyed our conversations and recommendations. Overall a great stay!

The rooftop bar/lounge was closed for renovations. The morning prayer call started between 5:30-6:00AM each morning and while it’s not a hotel issue. The volume in our room, windows face the Mosque… you won’t need to set an alarm.

Centraal gelegen hotel op loopafstand naar o.a. Armenian Street en Chinatown.

Kamer vertoonde slijtage: slot van de badkamerdeur was opgelapt, er lekte water uit het plafond in de badkamer (is meteen gerepareerd), vreemde constructie met pijpje in de badkamers waaruit water druppelde.Na reparatie van lekkage hadden we geen waterdruk meer, dat is na melding meteen opgelost.

Las instalaciones. La habitación fantástica. Súper amplia y cómoda. La ubicación también era buena. La piscina increíble, cómoda también en la zona de hamacas.

Costaba que el desagüe de la ducha tragase el agua. Se quedaba acumulada.

The property itself is very good location and all the staff’s is very nice and helpful and everyone is just very nice. The rooftop bar is very nice and relax. Will definitely going back again.

地點離巴士站很近，交通方便。離Gama Supermarket步行約5分鐘採買方便。離汕頭街夜市也很近。服務人員友善，房間很寬敞，還有小客廳與餐桌可休息，床偏軟但可接受，整體來說十分滿意這次的住宿體驗。

小缺點是外面是大馬路，即使住8樓還是聽得到車流聲，但晚上11點過後就會安靜些。以及沒有附早餐所以要自己處理，但對於檳城這個美食之都是沒有問題的。

The housekeeping was excellent his name was Satar. He did a great job every day. Very central to Georgetown.

Leuk hotel vrij centraal in Georgetown. Ligt een beetje vreemd, maar wel goed bereikbaar. Hotel heeft zwembad enn rooftopbar, maar geen ontbijt. Dat is in Georgetown niet zo'n groot probleem. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Goede douche en bedden. Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers, handig als je met pubers op reis bent. Ook twee badkamers, wat het nog fijner maakt.

Beetje vreemde opzet van het hotel, twee torens, parkeergarage en restaurant, het is allemaal wat vreemd opgezet. Op zich geen probleem.

The drop-off point for the Grab vehicle is not conducive at all. I reckon you can reconfigure the design and make improvement. The lift lobby area should be air-conditioned as the humidity in Penang is killing visitors.

I like the suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Location was great, we were in walking distance to almost everywhere. The hotel didn't provide breakfast, so it was also great that they provided shuttle bus service to bring us to local food places for breakfast where we could continue exploring after. The room we booked was also good that there's a separate living/dining area as we could put our baby to sleep at night and continue with our activities (lounging, dinner, etc.) after. We used the swimming pool once in the afternoon and it was good that it wasn't crowded and we could have some fun with our baby.

The unit we were given was right in front of the lift and facing the main road. This was not conducive when travelling with a baby, even though we did put in the remarks. We were on the fifth floor and could hear traffic and there were emergency vehicles (e.g. ambulance) going past almost every night. We could also hear the prayer call every morning at 5am and 6am which sometimes woke our baby up. Room was a bit tight to fit the cot in but we could make do with it.

Fijne ruime kamer met lekkere bedden. Goede housekeeping en vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad prima en fijn dat je drinkwater kunt tappen en er bv koffie en shampoo beschikbaar is. Leuke buurt met veel eetopties.

Heel erg gehorig. Zowel van andere gasten, als van de straat als van de automatische parkeergarage die je hoort.

La atención del personal de recepción. Nos recomendaron muy bien para cenar un par de días.

The Granite Luxury Hotel was a perfect place for our adventure in Georgetown. The Suite was very large with a living room and kitchen. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it everyday of our stay. Although we didn't have to interact with the front desk often, they were helpful with our requests. The staff members we met in the hotel were always friendly

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff are very attentive to detail and their service is impeccable from the moment you step for check in. Room was very spacious, great lightning and views with floor to ceiling windows and well air conditioned throughout. Rooftop pool had good views of George Town and right infront The Top building. Hotel common areas including pool area were always clean and well mantained. They also have a self laundry service which is very well priced. Hotel is located just a few minutes away from all attractions, main streets in George town while still being in a quiet area.

Nice pool, but the hotel building has a major structure issue as the car park set up, is very slim and got same levels to the rooms and means all rooms on same side “enjoys” the noise from the car lifts from early morning 6:30 am till mid night. The rooms are in good size but all Air-conditioning smells, may need to clean the filters. Front desk staffs at nice but one of the luggage movers are rude, won’t gives to customers even to kids, almost hitting the kid and won’t give way while we getting off the lift, he still blocks the door of the narrow lift.

The hotel building has a major structure issue as the car part set up is same levels to the rooms and means all rooms on same side “enjoys” the noise from the car lifts from early morning 6:30 am till mid night. The rooms are in good size but all Airconditioning smells, may need to clean the filters. Some staff (luggage movers) are rude that they won’t give way when using lift together with customers and block exit when kids getting on and off the lift.

Size of the room - had loads of space, big bathroom, bedroom, living area and kitchen. The rooftop pool is cool and worth a visit. Room was cleaned as requested. Bed was comfortable. Nice skyline view from the bed

Location wasn't as close as I realised - around 10-15 mins walk to the centre. There is a good mall very close and easy to get a Grab to anywhere you need, very cheap in Penang.

Superb location (right opposite Komtar), walking distance to variety of food havens. Good service and hospitality. The parking was interesting. Overall great good value for a short vacation!

Cleanliness is slightly above average. Overall acceptable, but can be further improved. Noticed a little dust layer above the lamps by the bed, cleaning not done on lesser touched areas.

The pickleball courts located next to the hotel remained open past midnight. The noise by players can be quite loud and disturbing.

Convenient location to explore the city and attractions. Strong stable WiFi. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The environment, location, clean hotel and parking attendant was so helpful.

Tout était absolument parfait. Personel très sympathique. Chambre ( studio plus que chambre ) bien entretenue, spacieuse et confortable. J'insiste sur le vrai lit bébé de qualité ( lit en bois à barreaux ) qu'il nous à été fourni gratuitement sur demande. La fontaine d'eau potable à chaque étage est agréable. Prayer room à l'étage de la piscine et de la salle de sport, c'est parfait. Bon emplacement à proximité de plusieurs mall et autres.

Le seul point négatif est l'absence de petit déjeuner. Cette prestation n'est pas du tout proposé. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'infrastructures pour le petit déjeuner pour le moment. Néanmoins L'hôtel met a disposition gratuitement une navette qui peut vous déposer à différents endroits de la ville pour déjeuner le matin.

The bedding was quite comfortable. The reception staff were responsive and moved us to another room as our original room had a fault. Sadly, the replacement room had a similar issue but at least we were moved to a higher floor with a better view.

2 star property not anything like a luxury hotel. It's just a big tower of cheaply constructed poorly cleaned and maintained apartments. Exhaust fan that doesn't work in a tired bathroom with dirty old shower screen, and dirty door seals etc. Really uncomfortable sofas and chairs. Loud location and poorly insulated windows. No USB ports or spare power points by the bed. Broken light switches. It's only attractive in photos, not to stay in.

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fitnessstudio und waren super.Die Zimmer geräumig und gut klimatisiert.

The convenience of walking to town area for hawker food. You can request for different type of pillow and a super big bolster free of charge.

Note that there is a pickle ball court just right beside. The good news is we can barely hear the pickleball sound and we stayed on the 6 floor Razzle suite. The parking is vertical, the downside is you have to wait in queue to retrieve your car if you hit 6pm cos that is the peak hour where their staff working there is all waiting to collect their car to go home.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la grandezza della camera (avevamo una suite). Avevo prenotato una suite per festeggiare con mio marito il nostro secondo tentativo di luna di miele e pertanto avevo pagato un supplemento per decorazione camera. A tal proposito dato ci tenevo particolarmente avevo preso una suite per fare un regalo a mio marito. La camera è stata molto spaziosa e la decorazione Honey Moon molto carina, abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il bigliettino dell'hotel con gli auguri di tutto lo staff... La piscina a sfioro con vista è molto bella

arrivati ci hanno chiesto un deposito e il personale della reception ci aveva detto che ci sarebbe stato restituito entro 1 settimana dal check out (cosa menzionata esattamente così anche su booking) ...dopo qualche giorno abbiamo scritto all'hotel per le tempistiche restituzione e ci è stato risposto invece che la restituzione avviene tra 14 e 30 giorni (questa cosa non la trovo coerente con ciò che è scritto su booking). Le camere per quanto belle non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto il rumore della strada e delle camere vicine (se ci sono ospiti che fanno casino). Su booking non viene menzionato nulla riguardo orari pulizie camere, alla reception non ci avevano indicato gli orari...abbiamo scoperto da noi che le pulizie in camera avevano un lasso di tempo che andava dalle ore 7 alle ore 19.00 (eccessivo direi soprattutto se si sceglie proprio la tipologia suite per essere più comodi)

Nice hotel. Our Baroque Suite was HUGE and very well priced. Great location. The best hawker centre style breakfasts just across the road. Lovely staff.

Nothing really. Perhaps more storage would be nice, as we like to fully unpack our suitcases and there was not enough storage space for our clothes etc.

The room is very spacious, all the staff provide friendly, kind and fast service. The kids especially like the swimming pool, and my husband and I can spend time at the SkyBar on the roof.

Location was excellent for shopping. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The beds and pillows were very good. The pool was outstanding with magnificent views. The shuttle bus was very efficient.

The noice from the adjoining car park was awful. The car lift seemed to operate all night and sounded like a plane landing next door. We had the two bedroom Razzle apartment. The space was very good however there was no cutlery or plates if you wanted to eat Disappointed that there was no restaurant or cafe on site to eat.

Mr. Vigneswaran is very kind and friendly, excellent.

Excellent location, clean and the house keeping staff Harun are very kind and helpful!!

Breakfast was offsite!!! There was no previous mention on booking that we were to choose 1 out of 5 options, be transported off site to it ( food court) and pay extra . Breakfast was not included in price! Have NEVER experienced this before in all the hotels we've stayed in all over the world! The returnable deposit of RM300 on check in was not cancelled on check out. We checked out on 22 May and to date 31 st May, the transaction is still pending, not cancelled.

The accommodation is clean spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly helpful and service is fast and excellent, from the security guard, parking attendant, reception desk and the porter are all very efficient, whatever we request for like extra blanket towels tea bags and utensils were delivered very fast, special mention is Harun who came back and checked if we need anything else. The car park is super cool with digitalised parking no need for us to go round finding parking, the daily free shuttle bus service is really useful and convenient saved us e-hailing fares and time, last but not least the location is very strategic.

Staff Vigneswaran is very polite and helpful, he notice us waiting for grab car and took a chair for my sister to sit, not one occasion but a few times. Ika at the reception who check us in, is friendly and gave good information about shuttle service for morning breakfast. Devan is very cheerful and prepare good welcome drinks to us. Also informative and helpful about facilities and directions. Overall a good experience and we will go back to this hotel when we visit Penang again.
