The hotel provides very minimal or no service. I asked for a luggage rack. The reply was no. I asked for a bottle of water, again reply no. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel. You have to wait for a long time for it. The onsen was too busy almost all the time. I have to skip it.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026停車方便且有專人引導。走3分鐘就到運河，地理位置極佳。早餐非常豐富，有海鮮飯、溫泉蛋等日西式嚴選食材，超乎期待。餐具非常棒。房內床鋪枕頭皆很舒適。樓下有公用洗衣機和烘乾機。
我們住的房型房間較小，洗手台在外面，洗澡間幾乎無法放置衣服和毛巾，所以洗完澡要出來拿毛巾和換衣服，不過他有一個隔門可以隔開，所以也算是可以保有隱私。

Reviewed May 12, 2026생각보다 더 객실과 대욕장이 깨끗하고 시설이 좋았으며 큰 기대가 없었던 아침식사가 아주 좋았습니다. 식당이 크거나 메뉴가 다양하지는 않았지만 북해도 내 방문한 호텔 중에 가장 맛있었습니다. 다음에 방문해도 꼭 이용할 생각입니다.
흡연실이 2층이 아닌 1층에 있어 매번 프런트 직원과 눈이 마주치게 되는점이 조금 아쉬웠네요. 매번 인사하는 직원들에게 미안한 마음이 들어 조금 불편했습니다.

Room size is quite tight for 2 large suitcases but manageable.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Alles! Das Hotel liegt gut, unweit von dem Kanal und der Shoppingstrasse. Der Rooftop Open Air Bath ist mein Highlight, denn man hat auch Blick aufs Meer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas kompakt. Man bekommt einen Parkplatz fest zugewiesen, und kann beliebig rein und rausfahren. Sehr praktisch. Denkt bitte daran, dass man erst ab 13 Uhr Parken kann.
