The accommodation was really lovely, lovingly furnished and super claen! Perfectly located for ẽploring the city ! Vy - receptionist took good care of everything before our arrival and made sure several times that we would have a good stay

This is a great place to stay, lot of eatery places just outside the street, I would definitely recommend this. Shoutout to this property for providing of free drinking water. Host Vy was very helpful.

Easy check in. After complaining they did want to help and make it up to us. Maybe our cleaning standards are different. So a 4 instead of a 1 because thy did try.

The apartment was not clean. Lots of dusty corners, hairs, cockroach, bug in bed. Construction next door early morning.

Llegamos cuando la recepcion ya habia cerrado y me dieron instrucciones detalladas y simples de seguir para el ingreso. Es facil de localizar, la ubicacion es buena. La habitacion era muy espaciosa y tenia cocina incluida.

Decidi este lugar sobre otros porque tenia muy buena puntuacion en limpieza. Sin embargo, el bano estaba sucio, no se si alguien lo limpio despues del ultimo huesped ya que habia pelos adentro y afuera del inodoro y se veia sucio. Fue decepcionante.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Được trang bị đầy đủ các tiện nghi. Mọi thứ tôi cần đều được nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhanh chóng. Tôi rất thích cách trang trí của căn hộ. Có cả khu giặt sấy miễn phí , nước uống,…. . Nhân viên dễ thương và thân thiện Tôi sẽ quay lại

Great location, neat apartment. Had a problem getting in to start but they were easy to contact on whatsapp. Lots of food options nearby and super easy spot to get a grab. Short walk off the road. . Bonus points - it was quiet at night!

It was not key , it was an electronic card , so more facility to transport it and its more comfortable to scan the card

the visibility to find the hotel , bc if someone don't have any picture then he will be lost. I had picture , so for me it was not a problem , so when someone place an order , ask for picture

Die Lage war super zentral und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kostenloser Wäscheservice und wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Check out bis zu unserem Abflug an der Rezeption lassen.

Wir hatten leider fleckige Bettwäsche, auch wenn diese lt. Vermieter gewaschen war. Diese wurde aber umgehend ausgetauscht. Der Balkon war aufgrund der dort installierten Ausseneinheiten der Klimaanlage nicht benutzbar.

Easy self check in, with clear instructions. Clean apartment with kitchen facilities and spacious bathroom. They offered to do your laundry free of charge and it was returned to our room within 6 hours of dropping off at reception. Very friendly staff who were always happy to help at any given time. Great location for walking street and other restaurants and bars.

Very well located in central HCMC but tucked along an alley so it is much quieter. You’re about a 25/30 minute walk to the Independence Palace. Studio is comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, stovetop and utensils. Check in was easy and conducted via WhatsApp

Good location and decent size rooms for the price. Very helpful and pleasant owner and staff. Kitchenette seemed to be well stocked with utensils, though I didn't use any. They allow you to keep your bags if you want to check out later than 11am. Filtered water available for refill in the lobby, please refill your bottle and avoid buying plastic water bottles

It is in an alley next to the main road, hence the car cannot reach the front door. You will need to carry your luggage to the gate, maybe some 20 meters.

Location was great, just enough out of it to be in it. Couch was super comfortable as well. Staff were super accommodating

It wasn’t super clean found hairs and ants around the place. The first night we had no hot water which after 20hrs travelling was needed. They did fix it straight away the next morning. The door to the balcony didn’t shut due to the washing machine.

The room was exactly as pictured online. It had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry service was a nice perk for sure!

The property and the rooms are very cute. The best part was that the entire building was working like an autonomous model. It was very seamless stay.

Esta ubicado en el centro mismo en una pequeña calle bien fea. Pero cuando llegas está todo limpio y luce bien. Las camas eran cómodas. En general bien pero es un poco caro para el destino y lo que otorga. Cercano a distintos puntos de interés de la ciudad recorriendo en taxi claro, porque la ciudad es bien grande

No me gustó que el baño .pequeño fuese en un orden de entrada primero la ducha y al fondo el water, Osea te bañas y se moja todo, no hay ninguna separación y es resbaloso el piso del baño cuando queda mojado. Además el lava manos está al lado del lavaplatos. Lo otro que debe mejorar es que las aspas del ventilador del techo tenían hongos..se veía negro y una vez que nos percatamos ya no lo prendimos mas. El baño en unas esquinas y la puerta por dentro tenía hongos. No hay servicio de limpieza diaria. No tiene opción de desayuno y cerca es difícil o imposible encontrar alguna cafetería que ofrezca un desayuno mas occidental como pan, queso o huevos.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in guter Lage. Der Host war super nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen wurde direkt geantwortet und die Community in der Nachbarschaft war zuckersüß. Gerne wieder

Xung quanh nhiều địa điểm, tham quan quận 1 rất thuận tiện, vợ chồng mình thấy phòng ốc sạch sẽ và trang trí rất đẹp

The reception staff were enthusiastic and always ready to assist when needed, making me feel very comfortable

-The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. -The room made me feel right at home, had everything I needed, and I slept very well. The bed had four pillows so I could choose the one that suited me best. -I highly recommend this for both short and long stays.

The studio is located in an alley, so very it's very quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Easy to locate and easy to check in. As mentioned before, it is not a view on the garden (there is no garden), but view on the neighbor's flowers. It is still a lovely sight. You can do the laundry for free.

Not sure if the neighbors can look inside, they are just across the alley, that's a bit uncomfortable. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom so had to leave the ventilator (and the light) on.

Other than the bathroom trash can being a bit small, everything else is quite satisfactory in all aspects.

There are small ants on the bedroom floor, which I don't mind, but I still suggest the hotel sell some insecticide to deal with it, as not everyone is okay with it.

The location is great. Host is very nice and welcoming. They have washing machines downstairs, you can use it for free.

It doesn’t look like the pictures, so be careful about that. Its not a bad place but pictures mislead a lot. Thé appartement was cleaned, but kitchen was still bit dirty, bathroom has yellow tiles, its not very neat.

Logement très bien situé dans un quartier avec beaucoup de commodités et à proximité de beaucoup de centres d'intérêts de la ville. L'appartement est assez spacieux pour accueillir 4 personnes. Les hôtes sont gentilles et arrangeantes. Situé dans une petite ruelle plutôt au calme.

L'appartement ne correspond pas entièrement aux photos qui datent un peu (équipement vieillissant notamment salle de bains), pas de volets ou rideau (1 seul petit store) à l'unique fenêtre

Ik vond de lokatie erg prettig. In een rustige buurt. Toch niet ver van de kermis. Bovendien is alles met Grab makkelijk te bereiken en niet duur. Communicatie snel en duidelijk.

Het was gewoon goed voor de prijs.

Exceptionnel. Il faut réservé sans hésiter. C’est propre, jolie et très confortable ! Les hôtes sont très gentil ! On peut rentrer le scoot à l’intérieur si besoin. Et on peut faire une machine avec sèche linge gratuitement ! Très bien placé dans le district 1 Je retournerai ici si j’y retourne.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, checkin war sehr einfach und das wlan gut.

- Die Fenster sind wirklich schlecht isoliert und sehr alt, man hat sehr viele Geräuschen von draußen gehört (gegenüber wohnen Hunde die sehr viel gebellt haben). - sehr harte Kissen - wie hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht, das Zimmer zeigte aber auf eine Straße und nur gegenüber waren Blumen am Haus der Nachbarn. Es war schön aber versprach nicht die Ruhe die wir uns durch einen Garten erwünscht hätten.

Tôi đã ở ba khách sạn tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, và đây là khách sạn tôi yêu thích nhất. Phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần đó có nhiều nhà hàng và quán cà phê, và chủ nhà rất dễ thương và thân thiện. Nếu có dịp quay lại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ưu tiên khách sạn này.

Không gian ấm cúng, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Giá hợp lý, dịch vụ tốt. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm. Khuyến khích mn trải nghiêm nhé, rất đáng tiền luôn ý. 10đ quá tuyệt vời

I proprietari non comunicano in inglese, nella nostra camera mancava 1 sedia e gli arredi erano piuttosto malconci

Posizione ottima vicino alle vie più frequentate ma lontano dalla confusione. In un piccola strada laterale che non sembra preannunciare nulla di particolare, una volta entrati nell'appartamento ci si trova in un'isola felice al quarto piano, con aria condizionata, ottimo wi-fi, e una terrazza splendida sulla città. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a esaudire le richieste. Le informazioni per l'accesso sono arrivate nel giorno precedente all'arrivo, precise indicavano i codici per accedere. Abbiamo pernottatoper vari giorni nell'appartamento su due piani, grande e pulitissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto perfetto, consiglierei sebbene ci sia una splendida cucina e il bollitore, di mettere un microonde.

Great location! The accommodation is in an alleyway with many cool cafes and eateries nearby. Self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. The owner is very nice and is just a WhatsApp message away. The room itself was a little rough around the edges, but was nice and cosy. The big kitchen for my stay and have elevator

It's convenient and near the walking street. Quite and nice

The staff was very helpful with doing our laundry, so that was very nice! The units in the hotel are wonderful - so clean and spacious, we really liked it.

The placement is a little further away from the sightseeing stuff, but it is walkable - otherwise a grab is fairly cheap

I had a great stay at PIN, the room were good, probably the most comfortable bed with 4 soft pillow we had in some month, location is good plenty of cafes and food places close and i can walk to the main tourist attraction

The ladies running the place were very friendly and helpful. It's a great location with lots of food and stores nearby. The housekeeping and laundry were nice as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, spacious, lovely staff, well appointed, great location — walkable to D1 and a lot of local-frequented street food spots. The AC was amazing — not a split system, but quiet and kept the room at a perfect temperature.
