Parking is biggest concern, scratches on my car. You have to abandon your car on a narrow road.when i brought the scratch to notice of staff he was speechless.

The road to reach this location is very congested and parking is not friendly.

La ubicación está genial. Pero buscaría un poco más de calidad en un hotel en esta zona. Nos ha servido para dormir y las camas no son incómodas, pero solo tengo una palabra para definirlo, un sitio cutre..Supongo que van a lo práctico, pero es que se me cayó el alma al entrar, y suelo viajar en guesthouse, pero es que no tiene ningún encanto, al final de una calle embarrada, camas supletorias por los pasillos, las sábanas que parecían y olían a limpio, estaban llenas de manchas grandes que nos explicaron eran por los aceites que se dan en el pelo, las toallas igual grises, y el baño tuberías sueltas y agujeros. Supongo que con poca inversión y más limpieza, podría mejorar la apariencia y ganaría más puntos. Es el único sitio en el que he estado este verano al que no volvería. Aunque tengo que destacar que el personal es muy majo.

Staff and service is outstanding. Superb location. About two hundred steps from the beach. Offers views of the sea from the common balcony. All places of interest are close to it. Tasty wholesome breakfast. Taxi and tour service is very good. Rooms are fairly comfortable for the price. Good value for money

Cleanliness of surrounding areas. Although the rooms were fairly clean, the surroundings need considerable improvement. Overall an excellent place for a budget stay.

The room was comfortable. We had hot water. Access to the beach was within 5 mins

The road to the resort was in bad condition. Also employee not available during check out. We had to get our suitcases down from the 1st floor

It's a really good spot for all and the rooms are very comfortable and easy to access to beach

BREAKFAST WAS NICE

It's in the heart of the village but in a quiet lane and it's very near all the attractions: the temples and the beach and some seafood restaurants. The room is simple but practical: there's a kettle, clothes hangers, a table. The bed was comfortable with clean bedlinen. The breakfast was just an omelette and toast and some water melon but all very fresh and tasty. The staff are very kind and helpful. You can hire a car with a professional driver - which I did gor a couple of days and was very satisfied.

The AC is centrally controlled so you can only choose between having it on or off. And it's just over the bed so I caught a cold. The surfaces of the tables were not very clean.

Little congested for our tempo parking as it's a narrow lane. Shouldn't be a problem for cars/SUVs.

The owner takes personal interest in the well being of the guests and goes out of way to provide supportt to guests. All the staff is also proactive in providing support to guests.

Kumar and the entire staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and part of the family. We stayed in early March 2026, and Kumar was very helpful and supportive in dealing with the challenges of this complicated time. The accommodation offers good value, with comfortable beds and a choice of continental or Indian breakfast. They offer a taxi service with excellent drivers and clean, modern cars.

The property it’s in a perfect location, if you like to walk in 10/15 min you can visit most of the temples area and in less then 20 you can arrive to the Five Rathas, beach just 2 min from the hotel! The staff it’s very nice and helpful, and the room is clean and nice! I really recommend this lively place!
