This is a nice budget guest house with very helpful staff. It's not 5 star but that is reflected in the price - it is great value for money. The guest house has great potential to make fabulous outdoor seating areas in the future. Raj Kumar, booked a rickshaw for us and he also helped us with a personal issue. We are extremely grateful to him. The location is spot on being in a vibrant area and very close to the major attractions and a good selection of restaurants. If you are in the market for reasonably priced accommodation it is a great option. We highly recommend.

At first we were a bit concerned about no mossie netting on the windows but this didn't prove to be a problem as they use traditional methods to repel the mossies effectively.

Lo staff è stato davvero eccezionale, disponibili e pronti a venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Persone davvero rare che meritano per il loro impegno e dedizione al lavoro. La posizione era davvero ottima per i nostri spostamenti. Ci hanno fornito un bollitore e il resto per farci del tè e del caffè. Ci hanno fatto tenere le borse in casa fino al nostro rientro dal sito archeologico.

Purtroppo le lenzuola non erano pulite al nostro arrivo e la stanza non sembrava emanare un buon odore. Però ci hanno cambiato immediatamente lenzuola e fodera dei cuscini. Quindi comunque si sono subito prodigato a venire incontro alle nostre richieste.

They took payment in advance by saying if we'll pay in advance then only they can give assurance. After reaching there they showed 3rd class room then asked 1000Rs. extra. The guest gouse was govt lodge/dharamshala. There was no gym, cycling area as sgowed in picture. Property is not connected to beach its 300 mtrs far from the beach. Since we paid the amount in advance for 2 nights, so we had to stay, 3rd we changed the hotel and sgifted to the beach side property in lesser amount what we paid at Raj Kumar guest house. Totally rubbish owner, for the basic aminities like toilet( it was not working)he asked to upgrade the room. In fact, its a plan to show this specific room only, so visiyors will ask to upgrade because everybody needs toilet should work fine. There was wetern toilet seat but without gun to wash. Means we hv to use the seat only then we have to wash at ground through boucket water. Idiots...

The location was centric

I stayed here 2 nights and was very disappointed. The accomodation looked like it had never been maintained Super old and rusty The room was smelly, the blankets maybe for long time not washed. The whole night there were constantly mechanical sounds probably from AC from other rooms. Our AC was also super old and smelling. As I touched the blanket, there was a cockroach coming from it I really don't understand what for you charge 2.000 rupees per day and how possible this guest house has 8 stars at booking. I stayed in different places in India but the cleaning standards were much higher.

Нам купили чайник и принесли вместе с пачкой чая, молоком и сахаром. Так же очень хорошее расположение. В нескольких шагах от моря. Рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the room was well maintained with all basic amenities. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this guest house. It's very comfortable for the family.

Host was very good and made us feel comfortable during our stay providing all the necessary amenities.

I did not check in at the property after looking at the premises. I felt it was unsafe to stay with family. The premises were not clean and stinking. Rooms were not as per the pictures provided in site. Half half pics were posted in the site and rooms did not have anything to keep luggage. Just one bed provided. Owner of the property was threatening me how can you say its unsafe and fake pics posted. Overall worst experience.

Photos are deceiving. It does not match to the actual position at the hotel. Check properly and then book.

I have travelled from Dubai to Chennai ...a friend has suggested this guest house..and it's worth staying...they arranged pick up from airport and the hospitality was wonderful...place is neat and clean and the staff are polite and friendly..it's just 2m walkable from beach amd location is cozy and calm...shops are nearby and the breakfast they provided was tasty ..they even have bike and rentals ..over all its combo and comfy stay

Even though I'd booked I wasn't expected. Then I was asked to pay more for AC (which I'd already paid for). And then I was asked to cancel the booking so that they could save the GST. There was no top sheet, and I had to ask twice to get toilet paper. When I wanted to go out at 7:30 am everything was locked, and I had to send a WhatsApp message to get out. There was no hot water (the tap handle had been removed). I asked for breakfast at 8:30, but at that time there was no breakfast and no one around (and there was a dead rat in the breakfast area, still there from the previous afternoon). Two hours later I was told that there was "an issue" preparing breakfast

We have reached the Property around 11:30 PM At night after landing at Chennai Airport and they were continuously following up with us regarding our location. Room is Quiet and walking distance from beach. They have arranged car for pickup and drop

The outside signage made me miss the place. So that could have been clear. The sit out area is good, but could have been more inviting

Vše bylo výborné. Moc se mi líbil velice ochotný přístup majitele který mi po domluvě umožnil check in v pozdějších hodinách. Také mi obstaral donášku večeře z místní restaurace přímo na pokoj. Pokoj byl velice prostorný čistý a nic potřebné v něm nechybělo. Snídaně byla indického stylu a byla moc výborná, taktéž s donáškou až na pokoj a v mnou stanoveném čase.

The Location is very nice near the beach and restaurant rooms are very clean. I'm with my family with kids feel safe and comfortable, very caring Stuff, breakfast is very good, Sure I recommend for family stay. Sure. We will come back again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Don't think just go and enjoy... Just a 2 minute walk will reach the beach. It is nearby to the famous Butterball, Lighthouse and Five rathas.

Nothing everything is perfect as expected.

The location is bang in the middle of a happening street amid shops, restuarants and the beach. Seashore temple is walkable from here. It's not a luxurious property but manager Raj Kumar will ensure safety so would recommend it for solo travelers as well. There are common spaces where you can sit and work, read etc.

The rooms are part of another building without a proper reception or frontage and so it might seem a little unsafe that's the only minus.
