Está bastante cerca de todo y la relación calidad precio es buena y tenían lavadora y todos los utensilios que se pudiese necesitar.

Las almohadas eran demasiados blandas, hubiera estado bien que también tuvieran duras y la habitación pequeña tiene la cama muy encajonada y es bastante engorroso tener que salir porque tienes que pasar por encima de la otra persona. El tema del reciclaje es lo más engorroso, te piden reciclar todo en 6-7 contenedores diferentes fuera del bloque, pero ellos dentro solo tienen tres porque lo que te dicen que la pongas toda junta y luego la saques tu y la recicles tu. Al menos podrían tener las diferentes basuras dentro para poder hacerlo a la primera.

Lage top. Vermieter freundlich. Wohnung sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Alles wunderbar.

Gemütliches Apartment, perfekt für ein bis zwei Personen. Es ist alles da was man braucht in Küche und Bad, inkl. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Betreibern. Bequemes Bett, ich habe traumhaft geschlafen. Die Gegend und das Haus sind sehr ruhig. Die Innenstadt, der Park, ein Laden und vieles mehr sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, auch sehr gute Busanbindung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Betreibern.

Ein Kleiderschrank mit etwas Stauraum für Kleidung, wenn man länger bleibt, hat mir gefehlt.

Just one suggestion to the owners- after the booking is finalised, please share that the actual access to the apartment is not from Korlakantu but from Makuntakatu. We faced an issue as this information came a couple of days before our check in. We had already shared with one of the tour operators the address as Korlakantu 7. Despite informing later on they reported at Korlakantu while we were waiting at our apartment entrance. We almost missed the trip because of that. The postal address is of no help and causes confusion. Thank you.

The location and the place has complete amenities .

Everything is ok but It’s hard to find . The owner sent a map but If you’re not familiar on the place, tendency to get lost . It’s a good thing a local helps us find it .

Apartamento muy moderno, muy limpio y cerca de la parada de autobus. Se duerme muy bien porque el edificio es muy tranquilo y los vecinos no hacen ruido.

Hace frío en el apartamento. Los radiadores funcionan muy poco, sale un calor muy débil y no es suficiente. Cuando duermes entra mucha luz por la ventana porque no hay cortina opaca.

매우 청결하고 필요한 것이 대부분 구비되어 있습니다. 꼭대기 층이라서 바깥 풍경이 답답하지 않습니다. 침대에 누워서 강을 바라 볼 수도 있습니다. 공항이나 산타마을 가는 버스가 근처에 있어서 이동하기 편리합니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

집 크기가 작은 편입니다. 그래서 동선이 짧아서 오히려 좋았지만 그것을 싫어하는 사람도 있을 겁니다.

Location is really nice. We were a little worried to find the apartment and enter the room, but the hosts told us how to enter and information about the place in advance. That's why it was easy to find the apartment and how to spend there. We took the bus that goes to Santa Clause Village. The bus stop is near from the apartment. It takes about 7 minutes on foot. Also I found the nice bakery, an Asian grocery store and the supermarket. We can go shopping and pick up something we need easily! The restaurant " ROKA "offers its oridinal reindeer sandwich. I like the sandwich!

Cosy apartment fully equipped: towels, washing machine, clothes horse, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hairdryer, hygiene products... Everything you need for a short stay. It's really clean. The location is really good. WiFi worked well. The owners sent instructions to find the place easily.

We were comfortable for one night, but it's really small, the kitchen, living room and bed are in the same space and the other bed is in a room with no space at all. About the price, we know it's Rovaniemi in Christmas time, but it's really expensive to stay there only for some hours (check in at 16:00, check out at 12:00).

Everything was great. Location perfect, very close to restaraunt, mall, shopping area. very nest and clean. Had everything required for a comfortable stay. fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher. Very nice bathroom and a washing machine too. Very happy with the stay.

We felt heating was a little less, we visited Dec 13th.

Good location, clean facilities, kind staffs… everything was so nice.
