Very nice modern rooms with all the necessary comfort, including bedside lights and plugs, great water heater and so on. Excellent for sleeping and relaxing. Location is perfect. The owners are so kind and helpful, they make everything easy for you and know about the cool places, events and people around town. Enjoy ! Plus, very nice food in their restaurant !

Excellent reception! The staff is perfect, the bar right in the lobby is very nice (and the noise doesn't reach the rooms). I was welcomed with a complimentary beer and was even able to bring a guest without any problem!

Basic room with comfortable large double bed. The vibe was good in the bar - live music.

Word of caution! The room was up two flights of narrow stairs. Not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Lo staff molto gentile e al piano terra, sempre della stessa famiglia c'è un bel localino per la serata.

Si potrebbe migliorare un pochino la sensazione di pulizia. Non è sporco! ... Ma nemmeno super lindo, ecco. però tutto sommato abbastanza bene.

Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage mitten im Zentrum. Freundliche Besitzer. Die Live-Musik hört man überhaupt nicht.

Da es kein Fenster gibt, ist es sehr dunkel. Es liegt sehr viel Staub im Zimmer und es wirkt generell etwas heruntergekommen. Gut, dass ich nur eine Nacht blieb.

Recently converted room in a homestay above s bar. However the conversion has been done incredibly tastefully (reading lights either side of the bed, recharging points either side of the bed) with a fridge and kettle and plenty of water provided. The property is located very near to the heart of Phnom Penh in terms of bars and restaurants etc, but a block or two away so not too noisy. It is also less than a 10 minute walk to the Royal Palace, and the bank of the Mekong too! There wasn't music on in the bar every night I was there, and when it was on, it finished by 1030pm. The music was top quality!

Emplacement proche des choses à voir et à visiter bon rapport qualité prix, chambre, très propre accueil sympathique. De plus le propriétaire parle français et répond avec plaisir aux demandes de sa clientèle. Bon séjour, je recommande.

Very nice and cozy room.

I really liked the style of the room and the facilities it provided. They had everything you needed, from a TV to an electric shower with nice, hot, consistent water. The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.
