L'accueil, la gentilesse du personnel qui m'a permis de quitter la chambre un peu plus tard que l'heure habituelle car j'avais un vol le soir. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was just as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Good location and great staff.

I got bites in the bed of a night, could have been mosquitoes, no sign of bedbugs when i checked and bed wasnt comfortable really.

Sehr freundliches Personal bei der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Das Frühstück war einfach, aber sehr gut! Es gab Kaffee oder Tee und einen Saft sowie Wasser zum Trinken. Zum Essen musste man aus der Speisekarte wählen. Sehr guter Geschmack der Speisen. Für diesen Preis einfach unschlagbar. Einziger Nachteil: Das Bett war ein bisschen hart, aber um diesen Preis kann man einfach nur positiv sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem Barviertel, jedoch mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants vor der Hoteltüre, die auch im Vergleich zur Riverside sehr günstig sind. Außerdem befindet sich ein großer Markt mit sehr günstigen Speisen in ca. 5min Fußmarsch entfernt.

Das Bett war ein wenig hart für mich, trotzdem würde ich es als mittlere Härte bezeichnen. Die Klimaanlage braucht länger zum Kühlen des Raumes. Während des Frühstücks hitzte sich das Zimmer aber kaum auf. Wenn man mit Kindern in diesem Hotel bleibt, sollte man beachten, dass um das Hotel herum es viele kleine Bars gibt. Aber nicht so große, wie bei der Riverside.

Great location on St 172. Lovely, helpful staff. Clean room and bed with new comfortable mattress. Big bathroom/toilet with hot shower. New air-con unit in room. Water dispenser in the lobby. Strong Wi-Fi. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Room 507 air-con could do with servicing or replacing. Room 508 fridge was really old and needs replacing.

I booked a room with a balcony. Technically a balcony but so small to be unuseable!!! Coffee in the room did not have milk.

The location could not be better. I have stayed here many times as it is the best VFM in PP. I also ventured across the street, directly opposite, to La Chez Boulange. It is amazing. I wished I had gone sooner on my other stays here. It is so clean. I went every day, twice a day. I noticed that the same customers were coming every day, and they were all well-to-do gentlemen, with nice cars and fancy clothes. I guess that they found this delightful restaurant and so just keep coming, where most people just wander by. The Tuna Sandwich and the Chicken Panini are delicious. Finding this restaurant makes me want to stay t=at The Best Central even more.

Posizione centrale, staff gentile, il corridoio della stanza tra la camera e la porta che riduceva il rumore degli altri ospiti dell'hotel che parlavano nello spazio comune come fosse privato (malgrado i cartelli affissi che chiedevano di non fare rumore). La stanza era abbastanza grande

Mancanza di interruttore e presa elettrica vicine al letto. Nella hall e nei corridoi c'era cattivo odore quando sono arrivato, come se ci fosse un problema alle fogne, ma poi è scomparso. Dovrebbero indicare di non gettare la carta igienica nel water, se è quello il problema

L'emplacement et les employés sont très gentils.

Près de bistrots peu fréquentables où des vieux anglais finissent la nuit accompagnés dans l'hôtel. Pas très moral. Équipements sanitaires très rudimentaires et propreté de l'ensemble limite.

The staff are really nice and its on a good road with lots of bars and restaurants. It was not a 5 star hotel but for the price paid was very reasonable and was comfortable for the whole time there

Had an amazing stay at Best Central Point Hotel! Honestly, everything was perfect. The room was super clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfy. But what really made it special was the staff—they were so friendly and helpful the whole time. Truly felt welcomed.The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to the Royal Palace, National Museum, and the beautiful riverside area. I liked the room ( 305)and extra big chair this time. Also the table is nicer to set up things compared to the desk. Nice to have a table on each side of the bed too. House keeping and laundry service was great.

I wish the Air Conditioner ( A.C) swing would operate. I could not adjust the direction of the airflow. Also, I wish the TV station in this room had more English channels. Not all room TVs seem to be the same.

Facilities feels old or just not maintained well. Main issues is very creaky bed (wakes us up every time someone moves) and stink coming from toilet/shower room pipes.

Excellent location near lots of pubs and restaurants. Very big room with ac, a fridge, a kettle and a safe. They give you free water in the room every day. Very clean.

Comfy bed, good shower and bathroom. Perfect location, easy to explore the whole of PP on a short tuktuk.

I paid for a 'deluxe room with balcony', but the balcony was tiny, dirty and inhabited by pigeons. Also I used the laundry service whilst at the hotel, which took 2 days rather than the advertised 1 day.

The bed was not really comfortable but atleast big. There is food (noodles and chips) in your room that looks like they are for free (welcome gift) but than they charge you for everything.

Staff gentile, hotel centrale, vicino al Palazzo Reale ed al Riverside. Colazione sufficiente. Letto grande ed abbastanza comodo. Bagno pulito.

My only minor complaint is that the bed was a bit squeaky, but it wasn't a big deal. Would still recommend!

Great location, great price, would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. Two bottles of water provided daily, which matters more than you'd think in Phnom Penh heat. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly without being pushy. For the price point this hotel is hard to beat. I walked to the Royal Palace, Wat Saravan, Wat Ounalom, Sisowath Quay, and the National Museum all from the front door. Everything central is within reach on foot. If you want a clean, affordable base in the heart of Phnom Penh with staff who actually care, this is it. I'd book it again without hesitating.

For international guests, a better understanding of English would be beneficial.

Our room was in the back so it was quiet. Aircon and wifi worked well. Location was close to the markets.

We were told we could only have coffee or juice with our breakfast for the first two days. Then after that both were available on a buffet table. The room needs to be repainted and put new curtains up etc. Lots of stains on everything. We booked a room with a balcony but it was tiny with nowhere to sit. A lot of vagrants hanging around outside the hotel door.

Very good breakfast, you can choose one of a few options. There is an elevator. Location close to the Palace, Museum and riverside walk.

A lot of night clubs, bars and "massage" places around here, maybe keep in mind if travelling with kinds. The AC wasn't working properly at first, but it was fixed after reporting. Unfortunately even after that it was leaking all the time.

The Breakfast Is so Good, specially Fried Rice and Fried Noodles, pancakes as well as.

Staff was amazing, great attitude, always helpful. Location on Restaurant St. 172 was wonderful and only short walk to entertainment district. Rooms were clean. Restaurant convenient and good. Sheets and bathroom immaculate. Hot water and pressure excellent.

Furniture and bathroom a little dated. Shower nozzle difficult to position or stay put, water does tend to get all over floor near toilet but dries fast. Room had a slight odor but staff happy to spray freshener. Bed a little hard for my taste but not too bad.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This time I was given an 'inside' room, a window but opened to the interior not to the outside.

We had bed bugs in our room and we only stayed one night but didn’t get a refund even though we had to move rooms at about 2am because we found the bed bugs
