Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Le personnel disponible et souriant, la propreté générale de l'établissement, le petit-déjeuner servi dans la cour intérieure bien agréable, la localisation proche de tous les centres d'intérêt à Phnom Penh.
La literie était très ferme mais reste confortable. La salle de bains était propre mais assez sommaire. L'insonorisation à l'étage serait à améliorer si possible lors de prochaines rénovations. Des ordures sont laissées dans la rue pendant 3 jours avant d'être enlevées, mais l'hôtel n'y peut probablement rien.

Breakfast is à la carte with a good selection to choose from. The location is excellent — peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still within easy walking distance to it. The property itself is beautifully surrounded by greenery, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und fussläufig sind viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Kaiserpalast, Tempel, Mekong usw.. Die Zimmer waren schön, geräumig und sehr ruhig durch die Lage im Hinterhof. Dafür kein direkter Blick nach draußen. Frühstück war gut.
- in einem der beiden Zimmer gab es keine Badtür (nur ein Vorhang)

No swimming pool. I booked late check up, which was quite expensive, and when I came back to the hotel to take a shower and pack, I noticed my belongings in the lobby. Then with a local friend 10min negotiations and I was given room to take a shower and change clothes.

The best part is the location — you literally step out and you’re close to the Royal Palace, the riverfront, and plenty of places to eat. It made sightseeing very easy. The room had a nice, clean look and felt more premium than what we expected for the price. The AC worked well, the shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception were friendly and quick to guide us whenever we needed anything. The property has a calm vibe even though it’s in a busy area, which we really liked. Good breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi added to the overall comfort. A very convenient base to explore Phnom Penh. Would definitely stay again.

She also contacts you via WhatsApp from an unknown number, which makes you think that someone is trying to scam you. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is just okay. The coming and going of motorboats to and from the caves is constant, especially on weekends. It's like having a terrace overlooking a busy road.

Ben tot drie keer toe in een andere gezet op dag van aankomst. Ik had familiekamer geboekt maar kreeg eerst een sfeerloze standaard kamer. Bij de receptie zijn ze heel vriendelijk maar ze hadden helaas geen benul van de omgeving; toeristische info hoefde je hen niet te vragen. Desondanks 2 nachten bijgeboekt. In totaal 4 geweest.
