Prácticamente nada, hay muchos reviews que hablan sobre las escaleras angostas y me alegro de haber ignorado esos comentarios, es normal que un edificio como el hotel manofa tenga ese tipo de gradas, si se pueden permitir el subir las gradas créanme que la ubicación y el personal vale la pena. Además tienen café gratis en el lobby jaja

No hay lugar para colgar los abrigos o paraguas. Nos tocó una habitación al lado de la recepción y se escuchaban demasiados ruidos. El lavatorio eta MUY chico y los espejos distorsionaban.

The bathroom could do with being a bit bigger as was very crampt and not the best lightening when having a shave. The shower was slow to drain water so ended up with water on the floor.

The night receptionist/manager was extremely hostile and aggressive. When I asked for standard service, he insulted me, called my words 'bullshit', and subjected me to severe verbal abuse and explicit sexual harassment, telling me to 'suck his d*'. I felt deeply unsafe and violated. The hotel completely fails to provide customer safety.

Pas très pratique de ne pas pouvoir prendre le pt déjeuner sur place : le café était offert : très bien, pas très grand le double, et il fallait le compléter à l'extérieur. Un peu dommage, même si je comprends que la configuration de l'hôtel ne le permettait pas. ..

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y justo al lado de la estación central. Me ha encantado. El personal, superamable y siempre ayudando. Me encantó el cafecito todas las mañanas. En relación calidad-precio, genial. Me encantó todo. Las camas eran cómodas, todo perfecto.
El baño: al ducharme, el agua salía por todos lados y formaba una piscina. Todo mojado, y no tenía toallas ni fregona para limpiar. Tenía que esperar al día siguiente a que pasara el servicio de habitación a limpiar o a que secara todo.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La ubicación del hotel es EXCEPCIONAL en la avenida principal de Ámsterdam y a solo 5 minutos de la estación Central. Tiene recepción las 24 horas y el personal es muy amable.
Todo estuvo perfecto, solo que me toco el día que dejaba mi habitación que al parecer se fue la luz en toda la cuadra. Me tuve que bañar con la luz de mi celular pues mi habitación no tenia ventana al exterior.

No lift (as expected) and had to ask to swap some sheets on arrival as they had stains. Also we asked no room service but they changed anyway. Had to complain on that point and they were apologetic over the mistake

Jamás volvería a este hotel, por muy céntrico que sé que está. La primera noche que llegamos, tras llevar mas de una hora dormidos, empezó a caer agua en la cama desde el techo. Salimos al pasillo e igual con goteras por todas partes. Tras comentarle el problema al recepcionista que era un hombre mayor, se ausentó durante 10-15 minutos sin decirnos nada, dejándonos en pijama en la recepción, cuando volvió nos dijo que ya estaba todo ok, no pretendía cambiarnos de habitación. Le insistimos en que no ibamos a seguir durmiendo en esa habitación con una gotera sobre la cama. De muy malas formas nos dijo que solo era agua y que nos cambiaría, pero a una habitación en pésimas condiciones (sin armario, la ventana no se podía abrir, el colchón media 5cm,...) le dijimos que entendíamos que el hotel estuviese lleno, pero el precio de nuestra habitación era muy superior al de esa, por lo que nos ofreció esa habitación y 20€ en booking, si no, nos amenazó con echarnos del hotel, diciendo que aunque llamáramos a la policía, no iban a hacer nada por nosotros. Pasamos una noche horrible, y no nos fuimos porque teníamos a más familia en el hotel, en otras dos habitaciones. HORRIBLE, fue una experiencia horrible.

Lavamanos mini. Habitación pequeña, no tienes sitio para nada ,faltan perchas para toallas, chaquetas etc. solo tienes 1. Escaleras muy complicadas, vigila si llevas maletas. Pagas para tener una hab justita para dormir y un baño, no esperes más.

Impossible pour nous de pouvoir rentrer dans cet hôtel avec nos affaires suite aux commentaires répétés que nous avons vu concernant les punaises de lit. L’hôtel n’acceptant pas d’annulation et Booking ne nous ayant trouvé aucune solution, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre hébergement. Et que fait encore cet hôtel sur Booking ?

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Sin duda alguna lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación a dos pasos de la estación centrar y en el mismo centro. Y la relación calidad precio. Para ser Amsterdam tiene una tarifa razonable.
Las escaleras. No pienses en ir si tienes algún problema de movilidad. Empinadísimas y sin ascensor. En invierno la habitación tiene que ser una nevera. El baño aunque no está mal tiene unas ventanas de antes de la guerra. La habitación es correcta para pasar una noche. Sin más

Çalışanlar ilgisiz ozellikle resepsiyonda ki kişiler asla ilgili değil yardımcı olmuyorlar. Odalar çok küçük ve basık. Bagajlarinizi acabileceginiz bir alan yok. Merdivenler çok dik bir kişi çok zor çıkar asansör yok. Temizlik asla iyi değil her yer toz icindeydi. Tek olumlu noktası merkezi konumda olması. Bu oteli tercih etmek yerine başka otelelleri merkezi olması açısından düşünebilirsiniz. Ben ailemle kaldım yanımda çocuğumda vardı ama asla memnun ayrılmadım.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Emplacement 10/10. Le lit super confortable (si vous aimez un lit mou, nous on a très bien dormi) et pareil pour les coussins. Coffre au fort. Le bruit extérieur ne nous gène pas durant la nuit.
Les petites tâches sur les draps (malgré le fait que ça avait l'air propre, vu les précédents avis, nous avons des doutes, mais on n'a pas constaté de grosse saleté) + les tâches sur les murs qui semblent dû à l'usure. Douche petite. On entend fortement les portes qui claquent donc ça dépendra de vos voisins (nous on a eu des voisins qui claqué la porte à 03h mais on ne les entend pas eux-même). PS : on n'a eu aucune punaise de lit, mais on a constaté après coup les avis les concernants. Donc pour rassurer, nous on n'en a pas eu après vérification.

Ménage mal fait, on a dû demander à notre arrivée au réceptionniste de changer un draps taché et une serviette de bain déchirée. le lendemain à notre retour, le sol de la salle de bain était taché de café. Literie en très mauvais état et salle de bain assez petite et très vétuste, lavabo minuscule.

Alla reception è presente un erogatore di caffè (molto buono) gratuito ed accessibile per tutti gli ospiti. Camera piccola ma accettabile per un soggiorno breve. La struttura presenta scale molto ripide, tipiche ad amsterdam, ma niente di impossibile.
La camera non era molto pulita. Gli asciugamani erano bucati e avevano un cattivo odore. Le lenzuola non erano lavate bene e sui cuscini erano presenti dei capelli.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room on the first evening of our stay was on the top floor. This would not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. We were able to change to the second floor after the first evening. The hotel details point out the stairs as being quite steep and the lack of an elevator. Although the room we had was certainly adequate and the toilet ,shower and other bathing facilities were good, it would have been more convenient to have refreshment facilities in the room. There is a small refreshment area in the reception area where guests can have free coffee or tea from a machine. that area also has a vending machine for other items. The location of the hotel is excellent, being within a short walking distance of the central station. this is very useful for guests arriving, and departing by Eurostar. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city and is well served by tram services.
the fairly steep stairs were a minus. also the design of the hotel rooms meant that quite a lot of noise from corridors (and rooms) could be heard. This has to be taken in the context of the hotel space

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La ubicación es perfecta en pleno centro. El personal muy amable, puedes tomar té y café gratis en la recepción, ademas cuentan con máquinas expendedoras. Las habitaciones están bien, cumpliendo lo que necesitábamos que era una cama y baño.
El baño queda todo mojado al bañarse, la regadera está frente a la puerta, es inevitable que salga el agua. El hotel no tiene elevador, si vienes con maletas es complicado moverlas. Nosotros solo teniamos mochilas asi que todo bien.

Put on to the 4th floor in an attic room.Stairs horrendous very steep told when we got to the room no towels were available! Told we hope they arrive tonight! I have stayed here many times before but I didn’t recognise the place? Maybe a change of ownership staff not obliging at all Should be 1 star stay at your own peril

El baño es muy pequeño y la ducha también, por lo que resulta incómoda. También nos cambiaron toallas a diario las grandes pero las pequeñas no. Además falta una limpieza a fondo porque se nota que el baño no lo hacen a fondo.

I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say only downside I would say is it can be a little noisy but your in the heart of Amsterdam city you can’t be fussy about noise. If it’s an issue stay further out from the city centre.

Konumu şahane. Oda genelde temiz ve her gün düzeltme ve havlu servisi var. Çalışan Bulgaristanlı Türkçe bilen elemanlarının ilgisine bayıldım. Teşekkür ederim onlara. Küçüklüğü hariç fiyat performans oteli.

El baño de nuestra habitación estaba reformado y nos cambiaron las toallas diariamente, y con respecto a la limpieza todo correcto. En recepción disponen de una cafetera de la que se puede hacer uso gratuitamente.
Nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior aunque sí entraba bastante luz natural. Las camas y las almohadas son muy blandas. Exceptuando el recepcionista del último día que fue muy amable y hablaba español, el resto del personal fue bastante frío y distante.

ヨーロッパの熱波情報からエアコン付きにこだわってホテル探しをしたので、エレベーターがないことに直前まで気がつかなかった 踏み込みの浅い螺旋階段を荷物を持って上がりありするのはちょっと大変だった エレベーターなしが、もう少しよくわかる情報になってるとよかった エアコンも不要ではあったが試しにつけてみたら、異音がして、やめた 結局涼しかったのでエアコンは不要だったので問題ない

gecenin 03:00 de içeriden de kilitli olduğu halde uyurken kapımız açıldı nasıl ertesi gün resepsiyona olayı anlattım nasul olabileceğini sordum bilemiyorum patrona söyleriz deneklerin yetindiler kamera kayıtlarına bakın dedim orada kamera yok dediler kaldığımız oda resepsiyonun karşısındaki koridordaki ilk odaydı . Ayrıca inanılmaz gürültü var hem otelin içinde hem de dışarıdan gelen. Otelin elle tutulur tek yanı çok merkezi olması
