My Capsule Hotel

Clean and price reasonable

Nothing

The place is not maintained and so dirty, there’s even hair on the side of the bed and the capsule is just so dirty and worn out

Location

No proper ventilation in the room, smelling uncomfortable unfresh air if a group of people are not taking bath after and straight away sleep in the cubical. The toilet is very uncomfortable. Need to clean the toilet every 2 hours. Rest area/ locker got water ingress from soffit roof/ ceiling.

complete online check-in check-out process seamless, food court just 2 mins walk, lot of shopping places quite walkable, quite place

Good price. Clean. Sufficient cool by air conditioning.

The door open and closed sound very aloud to affect sleeping. The location is not good and far away from city.

Semuanya okay bersih selesa...cuma mohon betulkan pintu loker simpanan barang... kelihatan banyak pintu loker yang kuncinya tidak berfungsi dengan baik

Location quite good, Taman Molek is a area of prosperity.

The entrance staircase full with smell of rat shit. Water coolant been provided but cannot function well. Capsule only provide USB port, but no plug and type C port.

有点失望

很多设备故障

The capsule is cozy .

The location is quite a distance to walk from the nearest bus stop .

Privacy of capsule

Not stated that there is no customers support after 9pm for those checking in after 9pm during booking. No safety instructions in event of electric outage inside capsule

位置太远了，不方便，我觉得环境也一般，还是住在关口附近会比较好。

Everything is in place. Clear and simple directions.

Lockers are not maintained well. A part of the common area looked unkept, with random stuffs piling up. Water dispenser water not enough for demand

The lights

No Aircon very hot inside

A lot of foods around this hotel, clean washrooms, nice operation, and my bed is clean. Also all washrooms have hot water!

Roommates are hit and miss. Because room is shared, food aroma and talking on the phone even though whispering can be noticed. Need to get used to carrying key card all the time.

Privacy

Cleanliness

1. Common area is quite disorganised. 2. There's an odour when you enter downstairs. Maybe the management can do something about that.

The person who attended to my request was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the friendliness.

Overall was pleasant & comfortable. However, bathroom & toilet cleanliness can be improved. Other than that, everything else was better than what I expected.

The best option for a work traveller who has a budget.

Cleanliness in the public area still needs improvement.

Good location

The cleanliness

convenient and safe

i sleeped at the bottom bunk, saw the upper ceiling of my bunk already cracked. the door of capsule was SO NOISY, I've been disturbing all night through couldn't sleep well, and worry about i would disturb others when I came out of my bunk. the ladies room was clean, but the rubbish can of two room was full as hell, and yet still saw it next morning. and the tap of the ladies room already loose and broken

absolute shithole, horrid facilities

有私人空间和冷气很冷

厕所的卫生和设备该升级了

It was easy to find en how to work with it. And the seperate ladies room was amazing!

I missed the option for a USB C charger

Nothing. Just nearby got nice shops.

I got skin problem after sleeping there and bathroom water smelly. I understand for this cheapest price i cnt expect anything more. I booked for 2 weeks ended up leaving in 2 days and couldnt get refund bck.

Easy self check in and out. Clean. Cheap. Close to everything. I used to stay around here and this location is hot area. Booked for another weekend. Might be coming back every week

None apart from the noises as the capsule is not soundproof. The slippers provided are a little torn and thinner. Apart from that, everything is picture perfect.

Capsule yang selesa menarik...

Tiada tempat untuk salin pakaian....tiada kakitangan untuk stanby sekurang-kurangnya seorang....

The capsule is very secure. A key card is used for entry into the pod, and locks once you’re inside. The same key card is used to open your locker and to enter the hostel, a code used when you first arrive. The pods are cool, with lights, a mirror, one plug and two USB outlets, and very spacious once inside. There is also a female only bathroom, which I m grateful for. There is no staff on site, as it is just codes provided to retrieve keys. When I did have any real issues, the whatsapp number I texted was helpful.

The whole place needs a good cleaning. Pictured, was a cleaning cloth i used to clean just one panel of the inside of the capsule. The hall way smells of cigarettes and bathroom. They also keep the rooms very cold, which can be nice, however the blankets are very thin fleece and not long enough to cover much, even for me being short, and the towels provided are old and next to see thru.

condition is very comfortable

parking no have security

It's quiet with few people, and the toilet is clean. The location is very convenient, with many places to eat downstairs, so you don't need to drive. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the price is very cheap and worth it.

Nothing~

Its nice, quite clean, toilets are clean

The capsules are quite claustrophobic, and aircon sound is loud. For sleepers who move alot in bed like me, they will accidentally keep kicking and punching the capsule.

It has plugs and lights inside all good

The smelling was to strong from some restaurants or kitchen around

Location wise is quite nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to check in and out. A lot of parking available.

The steps to the capsule is quite sandy. So need to step using slippers.

Easy to navigate self check-in, comfortable capsule. Definite value for money.
