Reviewed Sep 17, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Radisson RED! A special mention to Jona, who assisted us from the very beginning and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast — there was a great variety of delicious choices, and everything was fresh and satisfying. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Radisson RED. Thank you to Jona and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely be happy to come back!

The hotel is in a fantastic and very accessible location, with spacious and clean rooms, a great ambiance, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Ms. Joanna from the front office, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with all the information and guidance we needed and also assisted us smoothly with our rebooking. We had initially booked for two nights and were planning to move to another hotel afterward, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend for another night. Joanna made the extension very easy and gave us excellent assistance and guidance. We are very happy that we stayed the extra night—it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Joanna and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend Radisson RED Patong!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026تم تسجيل الدخول المبكر وتقديم مشروبات عن الدخول وفي الغرفة تم تقديم طبق فواكة كبير. موقع الفندق على بهد خطوات من شاطئ الباتونغ وبالقرب منه جميع الخدمات، وما اعجبني كبر اللوبي.
الحمامات بدون مفتاح، والتكييف في احد الغرف كان ضعيف، وتم اصلاح الخلل بشكل يؤدي الغرض.

היינו לא בעונה אז הרגשנו מעט בדידות בבריכות. 2 מעליות לא היו תקינות.

המבנה קצת מיושן זה לא מפריע להתנהלות או לשהות, רק נותן טיפה הרגשה ״פחות נוצצת״ ממה שהיית מצפה מחמישה כוכבים.

A special thank you to Marian and Jona for making the experience even better. They were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and excellent at communicating. They were always helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Great service and hospitality overall. I would definitely recommend Radisson RED and would be happy to stay again!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Personal hat beim Check in unseren Koffer beschädigt. Anschließend wollten sie es mit Sekundenkleber reparieren? Als wir um Schadensregulierung gebeten haben wurde behauptet das der Koffer bereits bei Ankunft kaputt war. Die Toilette im Zimmer war von den Gästen vor uns mit Fäkalien verschmutzt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Wasserspender immer leer.

لا يوجد شي جوهري سوى ملاحظة المسبح بحاجة الى تعديل وتحديث قليلة مع الامكان المحيطة به اذا تبدوا مهمة وغير مهتم بها بشكل كبير كذلك لم يكن الاستقبال ممتاز اذا لا يوجد من يرحب بنا من باب الدخول واستلام الشنط وحسب ما متوقع من فنادق 5 نجوم اضافة الى انه تم سؤالنا هل نحتاج الى مشروب عصير ضيافه ام لا يفترض ان يقدم مباشرة والزبون هم من يرفض ام لا

We would also like to give a special thanks to Kyla and Jona from the Guest Experience team for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and well cared for, and we really appreciated their recommendations on things to do, places to visit, and tours to try. Their helpful suggestions made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices to start the day. The location is also excellent, conveniently close to shopping malls, the beach, and other places to explore. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was welcoming and professional. I would especially like to thank JONA, who made my stay truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her outstanding hospitality and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. She is a true asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition.

The swimming pool on the roof top was kind of abandoned, I mean, the water was clean and everything, but no bar or any other amenities. Also, they need to control the pigeons in the breakfast area, they were literally on the bread station eating the bread!

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, especially Kyla, Jona, Marianne, Eve, Ten and Kip. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The property is located very close to Patong Beach. Our suite was very large & comfortable. The TV in the room was really large & offered Youtube. Unfortunately, the TV remote was a tablet and we found it very difficult to use. A normal remote would have been so much more friendly, especially for YouTube.
The swimming pool is poor. Very badly located. The breakfast was very average. Poor bread & pastries. Lots of greasy low quality Indian dishes. The house keeping service was poor, too. We stayed 4 nights and they did not clean the rooms once without our repeatedly reminding them
