The rooms are a bit small but well organised.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and sea. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were what made this stay exceptional from the room to the pool and restaurant they were always smiling and happy /polite. Plenty of separation children and adults with numerous pools to choose from.

Ms. Beer and Ms. Kung are really kind. They tell you everything. I stayed for 6 days and the service, facilities, room, pool, parties, live music, and food were fantastic. Above all, the hotel staff are professional.

Здесь было просто чудесно! Мы были не в сезон и не планировали много времени проводить на пляжах, зато часто отдыхали у бассейна. Здесь их несколько, плюс бич-клаб. Всегда свободные лежаки, нет суеты и толп. Вообще не ощущается, что ты находишься рядом с шумными улицами Патонга. Сам отель красивый, с хорошим современным ремонтом, для нас это тоже было важно.

ריזורט עירוני מפנק במיוחד. הריזורט יושב במרכז הפאטונג במיקום פגז והוא מספק חוויה של ריזורט מרוחק בג'ונגל רק שהוא באמצע העיר. הוא לא מושלם אבל זה עדיין מאריוט. חששנו מאוד מהבחירה שלו והימרנו שהוא יהיה נפילה ביחס לריזורטים הקודמים - גם עמוס, מלא ישראלים, רועש וכו אבל הופתענו בגדול! מי שרוצה לישון במרכז של המרכז, לא יכול לבחור טוב יותר. עם זאת המלון לא מושלם ויש לו בעיות אבל התמורה לכסף היא גבוהה מאוד. -- טיפ חשוב - למלון יש מסעדות מטורפות. ממש ברמה גבוהה ומהטובות ביותר שאכלנו בהם אי פעם בתאילנד. מסעדות שף. למה זה חשוב? קחו חצי פנסיון או הכל כלול ותיהיה לכם גישה למסעדות כחלק מארוחת הערב. עד כמה זה משנה? יש בעיר מליון מסעדות כולל הוטרס והארד רוק קפה צמודים. אבל המסעדות של המלון אלה מסעדות שף ברמה הכי גבוהה וארוחה בהן או מסעדות דומות יעלה לכם הון. שווה ביותר! הרים לנו את החוויה במלון בצורה דרמטית! מסעדה בשרית ברמה עולמית, מסעדה איטלקית ברמת על. -- בריכות - יש למלון 5 בריכות. בריכה מרכזית גדולה ומפנקת במיוחד. ברמה כמו שמאריוט יודעים לפנק. בריכה משנית שהיא לא פחות שווה מהמרכזית. בריכת ילדים עם פארק מים (טוב נו לא ממש, יש 4 מגלשות, 4 ולא 5). הילדים שלכם יעופו עליהם אבל אל תצפו לפארק מים. לנו זה לא היה שימושי אבל מי שבא עם ילדים זה בונוס ענק. בריכת אינפיניטי מול הים עם DJ ומסיבת קצף כל יום. בריכה חמישית עבור חדרים עם גישה למים. אחלה בריכה -- חדרים - קראנו שיש למלון אגף ישן וחדש. לא יצא לנו לראות את הישן אבל אני מאמין שמאריוט לא יאכזבו. אנחנו זכינו לשהות באיזור החדש והחדרים היו חדשים, מודרנים, מפנקים. החדרים סטנדרטים בגודל והרגיש לנו שחסרים 10 מ"ר שיהיה מושלם. יש לחדר בעיות וזה אפרט תחת מה לא אהבתי. זו הנקודה הבעייתית של המלון שבגללה הורדתי ניקוד -- מיקום - פגז, 10 דקות מהווקינג סטריט ו-2 הקניונים. על הרחוב הראשי עם הכל מהכל על הראש שלכם. ה-כ-ל. מסעדת הוטרס והארד רוק קפה צמודים, שוק מעבר לכביש. מיקום מעולה כי זה רחוק מספיק מהרעש והבלאגן אבל קרוב מספיק להגיע ברגל. המרחק מחב"ד והעסקים הישראלים כ-20 דקות הליכה. -- הצוות סופר מקסים. רוצה לציין את MM מהקבלה ואת Mook, Kung, Ja-Oj & Kwan מהחדר אוכל.

חדרים - החדרים הם בול בגודל עבור המינימום שצריך. חדר של 30 מטר וביחס לריזורטים זה קטן. אם אתם עם ילדים יהיה לכם צפוף מאוד. לזוג זה מספיק בהחלט! המקלחת קטנה ואדם שמן יתקשה. הכיור קטן אבל זה בסדר. קטן אבל עדיין סבבה. חדרים שפונים לבריכה של הילדים יסבלו מרעש. חדרים בקומה ראשונה יסבלו מג'וקים. -- שירותים ומקלחת - יפים וחדשים, רמה גבוהה אבל הגאון שהתקין את הוילונות צריך לחפש עבודה אחרת! הגאון שדאג לטשטוש על הזכוכית כדי לדאוג לפרטיות גם לא חזק בעבודה שלו. אז אין פרטיות בשירותים כי הוילון לא מכסה את כל איזור הזכוכית. כן דאגו לשים טשטוש זכוכית רק שחסר במקום הכי חשוב שבו רואים את האסלה ופנים השירותים. אנחנו פתרנו את זה בתלייה של 2 חלוקי רחצה על הוילון שזה הסתיר את הגישה לראות את פנים השירותים. תקין זה לא. בנוסף דלת השירותים עם רווח שדרכו אפשר לשמוע הכל. בקיצור אם יש לכם לעשות מספר 2 זה בעייתי כי שומעים. -- חרקים - במסדרונות אין חרקים אז סוף סוף ריזורט שאפשר לפתוח דלת מבלי לפחד מחרקים וגם במרפסת לא היו חרקים. עם זאת כן היו ג'וקים בגינה וראיתי גם 2 עכברים (נפוץ בערים). אבל זה היה די שולי ובקטנה

Everything in this hotel is very amazing the very cleanest and the staff are also friendly and welcoming. I will come back again for a good quality time holiday.

This is hotel is 10 / 10 !! Front office staff were very very helpful, they upgarded our room and added some decor on day 2 bcoz me and wife were celebrating our Baby Moon. There was seperate desk for bonvoy membership who provided complimentary breakfast as we were part of the bonvoy group. This property has like 3 crazy pools for adults and a seperate specialized large fun pool for kids. Tons for greenery and loads to explore. Well this place for heaven for kids and if kids are busy then parents can relax enjoy, And by that i dont mean that couples without kids / solo travellers arent suppose to choose this. Overall had a great time, so thank you Booking.com for Value deal.

They could add a couple of more options for pure vegetertains at the breakfast space. Apart from that, everything was fantastic.

היינו עם 2 ילדים קטנים עם עגלות וקיבלנו את החדר בקומה 2 שלא היה מעלית ו

朝食が多国籍料理でどれもクオリティが高くおいしかった。ランドリーやコンビニが近くにありいろいろ便利な場所でした。周辺のマッサージ店も安いです。

水回りの施設が古めですね。バスタブのコーキングが割れていて、排水がバスルームに漏れてきました。それ以外は特になかったです。割れているコーキングのそばにバスマットを引くと1回でびしょびしょになります。

The service from the reception staff upon arrival was disappointing; they kept me waiting for a room for hours with a baby, and I was only given a room after I asked to cancel and leave for another hotel.

The hotel is 4 buildings, my room was on the farthest building and the elevator in that building was under construction so i had to go two floors by stairs.

-Excellent for Families with Kids -Water Slides for the kids -Location -Breakfast -Halfboard is good but no much options for kids -Mrs. Natty from the front desk was great and welcoming and allowed us to check in early without any extra cost once the room was ready. Thanks to Mrs. Natty.

朝食ビュッフェは毎日違うメニューがあり、本格的な多国籍料理が食べられました。スタッフは親切で愛想が良く感じが良かったです。

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location at walking distance to patong beach and sorounded with all what you need including 7/11 just in front of hotel, exchange offices, resturants and shops all around. Breakfast was also excellent with varying options.

Location and facilities were superb.

There was an issue in the swimming pool for those accessing directly from the room. We couldn’t use it for one day. We had an issue with the card reader that lasted for 3 days. Kind of inconvenient when we were arriving late in the night to wait for the maintenance team to fix it with a minimum of 30-60 mins each time. We asked for early checkout and advised to get a takeaway breakfast ready since it was already paid; however, that morning nothing was arranged by the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean with balconies overlooking the pools. There were 4+ pools to choose from, including nice ones with sea-view seating, and the beach right nearby was beautiful. The variety of pools, the clean and wide rooms with balcony views, the friendly staff, and the amazing beachfront location. Everything from check-in to using the facilities went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and the resort had all the amenities we needed.

It was away from main Patong Bangla street. Not too much crowded area.

The hotel needs maintenance. I was coming from Courtyard Marriot Bali Nusa Dua, comparatively the services and ambiance was not that meet Marriot standard.

Variety of delicious food in several restaurants. Great swimming pools for both adults and kids. Very helpful staff, special mention for Lula and Peary of housekeeping. Wheelchairs are available free-of-charge. Discount scheme for food and beverages.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of fun activities for the kids, which kept them entertained throughout the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, the property has a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere and made our stay very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort. What I loved most about this hotel is how incredibly family-friendly it is. It was very comfortable and convenient for us as a family with children, and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. The location is absolutely perfect — you are truly right in the center of Patong! Everything you could possibly need is close by, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were another highlight of our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself has everything you need, so you really feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your stay. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for families. Excellent location, lovely staff, very family-friendly, and super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the size of the rooms. They felt a little small and tight, especially for a family. A bit more space would have made the stay perfect.

מלון מומלץ באיזור הפטונג, קרוב למרכזי עניין . אהבתי את הבריכות, במיוחד את המגלשות הבנות שלי מאוד אהבו. יש מענה לכל הגילאים , מאוד אהבנו את הביץ׳ קלאב של המלון מוזיקה טובה ודי ג׳יי באמצע היום, מסיבות קצף מידיי יום וכו׳. בכל בר באיזור הבריכות יש שעות לhappy hours ומחירים נוחים. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מלאה אפשרויות וזה היה לנו מעולה כי במלון אחר לא היה לנו מה לאכול צוות נעים ונוח, יש מסעדות במלון כמו איטלקית ומסעדת גריל ועוד וגם בית קפה קטן של סטארבקס הייתי בהחלט חוזרת

לפעמים באו לנקות מאוחר את החדר בשעות הצהריים הזמנתי שני חדרים להרכב של זוג+3 וציינתי את הגילאים וקיבלתי חדר עם מיטה זוגית וחדר עם 2 מיטות יחיד ולא היה מקום לילדה הקטנה שלי ובשביל עוד מיטה ביקשו תשלום של 1400 באט ליום, לא אהבתי את זה בכלל וגם אם רציתי להוסיף מיטה לא היתה אפשרות כי החדרים קטנים מידיי

Konumu çok iyi; Patong’da birçok noktaya yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, nazik ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya özen gösteriyor. Tesis temiz, düzenli ve oldukça kullanışlı. Odalar modern, ferah ve konforlu bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Patong’da konaklamayı düşünenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The beds were hard

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Facilities were great. Variety with food and drinks. Had World Cup playing in lobby bar. Liked the over 12s pool in the main area (guests need to be told at checkin and more signage. Although it was entertaining watching parents get cranky when asked to move the under 12s kids, it must be difficult for the staff to have the conversation several times per day). Was with my kids aged 15 and 17.

Food and drinks were a little over priced.

Для тех, кто хочет на Патонге получить одновременно пляжный отель и очутиться непосредственно в колоритном движе Патонга, то наверное это один из лучших вариантов, хотя у отеля много косяков связанных с организацией check in и санитарной безопасности на завтраке.

В ресторане на завтраке прямо на столах с мармитами ползают тараканы, не каждый день есть полотеца для того чтобы брать хлеб, например багет посетители хватают руками для того чтобы отрезать его часть. шокоровала одна женьщина в коричневой паранже, которая залезла руками в кастрюлю с макаронами для того чтобы наложить себе в тарелку! В Ресторане возле пляжа каптят мясо в открытой каптильне, мало того что вкус блюд на любителя, но из-за этого у рядом находящегося бассейна не очень приятный запах каптильни. Так получилось, что мы бронировали два номера :-один себе и один дочери, а потом докупили номера на три дня еще, но той-же категории номеров небыло и пришлось делать переезд, причем нам с женой в один день, а дочери в другой день. Каждый раз при этом на нас смотрели не понимающе что я хочу, чекаут делали в 12дня, а заезд в 15.00. При этом обещали хотябы переместить багаж из одного номера в другой, но прождав час пришлось опять подходить на ресепшен, опять обьяснять что мне нужно и тащить багаж из одног номера в другой самому- все это потери времени которого на отдыхе тратить на нерасторопность персонала очень не хочется.
