Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au riad Lhena, mon fils et moi. Mention spéciale à Saad pour sa gentillesse est ses merveilleux petits déjeuner. Le riad est très bien placé à 5 min de Jemaa El Fna. Si comme nous vous arrivez tard, vous pouvez prendre l'option d'être récupéré à l'aéroport et conduit à la porte du riad : c'est plus rassurant. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la ville. Le riad est très agréable et frais. La literie confortable tout comme le linge de toilette digne des plus grands hôtels. Une terrasse sur le toit vous permettra aussi de vous reposer au calme. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger : le son se diffuse assez bien dans le riad. Celui des autres clients comme le chant des oiseaux qui s'en donnent à cœur joie. Notre séjour était parfait. Une adresse à conserver.

Todo muy bien. Simplemente que está al final de un callejón sin salida y si llegas por la noche puedes asustarte un poco. Pero no pasa nada, es seguro, y hay 3 riads seguidos.

Said et Abdel sont tres accueillant et toujours bienveillants. Nous avons pu déguster un tajine au sein du riad préparé par leurs soins: un delice! Riad tres bien placé, proche de la place jemaa el fnac On recommande fortement

Alles meer dan prima voor elkaar! Erg welkome ontvangst met verse thee, erg leuk! Fijne schone en vooral koele kamer. Heerlijk uitgebreid en vers gemaakt ontbijtje. Uiterst aardige gastheren (Abdell en Saed). Alleen jammer dat het zwembadje een niet gevuld dompelbadje op het dakterras blijkt te zijn, oftewel laat je bikini maar thuis ;-) En beetje lastig te vinden, wel goed om te zorgen dat je vooraf maps.me download of zorgt dat je data op je mobiel hebt. Deze leuke en sfeervolle riad ligt echt verscholen in een wirwar van leuke straatjes middenin de medina. Zou hier zo weer naar terug gaan.

niks eigenlijk, maar het stroomde regelmatig over in de douche na het douchen. Daar zei ik wat van en toe zei de assistent Saed om putdekseltje op te tillen. Dat helpt even, maar is daarbij het probleem niet opgelost. Gewoon de afvoer goed onder handen nemen. Dan is dat probleem opgelost.

The location is perfect, staff really helpful and even helped us with booking out of city trips. Also they washed out clothes when asked and the rhiad is very calm and quiet.

The breakfast was quite bland. I wish there was more fruit or vegetable options, some days bread was already dry.

Ein wunderschönes Riad mitten in der Medina. Wunderschöne Dachterrase und Innenhof. Sehr komfortables Zimmer, super Frühstück und sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber und alle Mitarbeiter:innen haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen wurde super organisiert.

Le riad est situé en plein coeur du souk de Marrakech mais dans une rue très calme, c'est le compromis parfait! L'hôte a été très réactif et très arrangeant. La chambre était très bien décorée et tout était très propre. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, excellent et copieux.

Saad fantasztikus vendéglátó, nagyon odafigyel a vendégekre, míg Abdel pillanatokon belül megoldja a felmerülő kéréseket. A hideg időre tekintettel több szobában — a klíma és az olajradiátor mellett — hősugárzót is kaptunk. A szállás nagyon szép és tiszta, kiváló a Medinán belüli elhelyezkedése, a reggeli teljesen alkalmas a napindításra. Egyik szobánkban igen designos kád, míg a többiben az általunk preferált és esztétikus zuhanyzó volt. Kellemes időben a tetőterasz kiváló lehet pihenésre, beszélgetésre, étkezésre. Marrakech látványosságait és a soukot felfedezni kívánó, eredeti szálláshelyre vágyó pároknak, kisebb családoknak és baráti csoportoknak egyaránt ajánljuk.

Très bon accueil, le Riad est très bien placé, confortable et propre. Le repas était excellent et copieux. Le petit déjeuner aussi. En prime Abdel nous a trouvé une bonne bouteille de vin rouge. Tout était très bien 👍🏻 Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

The staff were fantastic, and their kindness was a big part of why we enjoyed our stay at the Riad. Our room was cleaned every day and that was wonderful! Really appreciated everything the team did for us!

The property felt a little dated and could benefit from a makeover. The room itself was tiny and had just one bedside table despite being a twin room. Also would have been good to have a kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was quite simple with limited variety, but this appears to be typical everywhere for the city!

Je suis malheureusement très déçu de mon séjour. Le prix est vraiment excessif par rapport à l’état général et à la qualité du riad. Il manque totalement de créativité et de charme : le toit-terrasse n’est pas du tout mis en valeur, aucune décoration ni artisanat comme j’ai pu en voir dans d’autres riads à Marrakech. Ça ne donne franchement pas envie de s’y installer. Petit déjeuner : La vaisselle n’est pas digne d’un établissement touristique. On a l’impression d’être chez soi, sans aucun soin particulier, et presque toutes les assiettes sont fissurées. Ce n’est pas acceptable pour un riad de ce prix. Chambre : La chambre que j’ai réservée était correcte mais sombre. Le robinet du lavabo et les toilettes fuyaient en permanence. Il n’y avait pas de brosse pour les toilettes, pas de tables de nuit, et pas d’armoire pour ranger les vêtements. Cela donne un vrai sentiment de négligence. Points positifs : Le personnel – Abdel, Saad et les deux femmes qui travaillent au riad – est vraiment très gentil, serviable et professionnel. Ce sont eux qui rattrapent la mauvaise expérience, et c’est uniquement grâce à leur qualité de service que j’ai supporté les problèmes, malgré les prix exorbitants. Malheureusement, j’ai eu le sentiment que les propriétaires ne se soucient que du profit, sans investir dans la rénovation, la décoration, ni dans le confort du client. C’est très dommage, car le riad aurait un bon potentiel.

Era la primera vez que viajábamos a Marrakech y sin duda volvería a alojarme en este Riad y lo recomiendo, nos sorprendió la amabilidad del personal, atentos en todo momento, el desayuno muy rico, la cama muy cómoda y las instalaciones una maravilla. Nos sentimos cuidadas como en casa toda la estancia.

Locatie! De zeer vriendelijke, attente en behulpzame Saad! Heerlijk ontbijt op binnenplaats/dakterras! Iedere dag schone handdoeken, super strak opgemaakte bedden en echt schone kamer, alsof iedere dag alles weer nieuw was. De rust en stilte in de riad. Kastruimte! Onze badkamer had veel ruimte om al onze spullen neer te zetten🙃.

Er waren wat problemen met de boiler dus 2 dagen hadden we geen warm water, maar dat werd opgelost toen de boiler voor de hele riad vervangen werd🙃.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per quattro notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere sono esattamente come nelle foto: pulitissime, profumate e curate in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff delle pulizie è davvero impeccabile, ogni giorno riordinano tutto con grande attenzione, facendoti sentire come a casa. La colazione è sempre stata abbondante e molto buona, con prodotti freschi e ben presentati. Abdel e tutto il personale sono persone gentilissime e accoglienti: sono sempre stati disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione del Riad è perfetta: si trova in un vicolo tranquillo, parallelo alla Medina. All’inizio, essendo la nostra prima volta a Marrakech, eravamo un po’ preoccupati per gli spostamenti serali, ma ci siamo subito resi conto che la zona è sicura e silenziosa, ideale per riposare lontano dal caos. Se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech, sceglieremmo senza dubbio di soggiornare di nuovo qui

Établissement bien placé au cœur de la Médina mais au calme et très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et nous avons pu compter sur eux pour organiser notre arrivée et notre départ en taxi, une excursion et un très bon repas au Riad.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war immer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker.

Nous avons passé une nuit au Origin Hotels Riad Lhena et avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux du personnel, toujours aimable et attentionné. Le riad est très joli, typique et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale pour la literie, de très bonne qualité, qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Il est aussi idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de découvrir Marrakech facilement. Une belle adresse pour une immersion rapide dans l’ambiance locale.

Super super schönes Riad. Sehr authentisch, unfassbar freundliche Inhaber und ein wunderschöner Innenhof mit Obstbäumen, Brunnen und Vögel. :) wir haben es sehr genossen Die Inhaber haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch das Abendessen war traumhaft lecker und wurde extra für uns frisch gekocht - die beste Tajine, die wir in der Stadt hatten! Vielen dank :)

The house is located in a very strange area, far from the center. In the courtyard it was a terrible smell of mold.

Great place. Located right in the medina; as soon as you step out and walk about two minutes you’re in the hustle and bustle of the markets but the riad is tucked away just enough so that you don’t hear any of the noise from there at all. Amazing staff that are super helpful and friendly! The rooms were tidied and cleaned everyday by lovely ladies. We had a nice and simple breakfast everyday in the cute courtyard (croissants, fresh coffee/mint tea, fresh orange juice, yogurts, jams, flatbread, omelettes). It’s clean, plenty of towels, nice hot showers, and 2 sinks! As a group of 3 women, we felt very safe in this accommodation.

Nothing major to complain about, but if I was being picky I would say the room is a tad bit dark, could add some brighter ceiling lights.

excellent location. close to main square and the souqs but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be an oasis of calm. we walked everywhere. Awaken to the muezzins and the dawn chorus from the birds in the atrium garden. nice roof terrace. staff charming and helpful. airport pick up and return worked well. good breakfast. arranged desert quad bike trip via riad which also worked well.

plumbing could be a bit erratic but overall not a problem. don't expect to do lengths in the "swimming pool". it is more of a large bath.

This beautiful Riad golded the best days of our life. The kind welcome, the welcome tea, and then the reception of the beautiful suite confirmed in me that it was a great choice! The manager of the hotel, Abdel, speaks excellent English and provided good advices for exploring the city. I must emphasize that we felt very safe thanks to Abdel's the night colleague who speaks good English. The Riad was quiet at night, after the comfort of the bed, a great breakfast awaited us on the wonderful terrace. The kindness and helpfulness were almost tactile at every moment. Needless to say, there would be no question of choosing this Riad, I hope we will have the opportunity again! From here, we send our kind regards to the entire staff of the Riad!

- Really lovely staff, they were all so welcoming and accommodating - Travelled as 3 young women and felt very safe getting there, very easy to find as well (Used my dad's account to book) - Beautiful riad with a very relaxing terrace on the top floor where you can have breakfast or chill in the evenings - Breakfast was so good and loved the traditional tea and food! - Amazing location (5 mins from Jeema Al Fnaa main market square) - ~15 mins walk from all of the main tourist attractions

We loved our stay at this beautiful riad. It was on a quiet street and had a lovely courtyard you could spend time at. The room was cozy and the bedsheets were so soft! We also loved the beautiful interior and sunny rooftop. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfasts are really good - lots of sweet and savoury options.

Perfect perfect perfect From location , facilities , bedrooms , cleanliness and most of all staff - there is nothing more to add . Excellent service - always polite and helpful. We had a friend’s big birthday while we there and they arranged a cake and all sang happy birthday . Touches like that make all the difference . would 100% recommend to anyone wanting service ,comfort with a great location in the Medina

The riad has a fantastic authentic aesthetic, the staff ( particularly Saad) went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Breakfast each morning was good quality and Moroccan style served on a beautiful terrace.

It was well located for all the main sightseeing attractions. It was clean with maid service everyday and clean towels. Breakfast was amazing 🤩 filled us up for the whole day with fresh omelettes, pancakes, croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The team at Riad Lhena who looked after us, Saad, Abdel and Siham were amazing. Nothing was too much for them.

The roof terrace was nice but had no view. The plunge pool was tiny - room for one person. Our room was of the court yard and was opposite the kitchen and we could hear people in the early morning preparing for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful Riad. Very close to the centre, yet very quiet. We highly recommend!

The manager is a little rude. It not help, because I didn’t take any tour with the hotel thinking in his reaction if something going wrong. The breakfast man is very kindly and response for all the question.

Amazing stay in Marrakech! The staff is lovely, the Riad is beautiful and super clean and the room was great. The location is perfect and the breakfast was very good.

The Riad was beautiful! The rooms were always very clean. The staff were friendly and always very helpful in answering our questions. The location was great! Right in the medina but very chilled and quiet when inside. The breakfast was included and it was a lovely spread! A beautiful place to stay.

Great location five minutes from Janaa El Fna. We Were made to feel welcome by all the staff. Breakfast was simple and filling - freshly squeezed juice, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and bread and pastries with great coffee. Had a lovely dinner made for us to have on the terrace. Highly recommend.

Abdul and Saïd were excellent hosts, tending to every need. Everything was clean, very quiet and peaceful location yet right in the medina, making it a perfect location. Has a wonderful rooftop terrace to hang out on.

Amazing location, central Medina but a very peaceful and quiet street. the Riad was decorated beautifully and it was just peaceful to the eyes. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Zaid the host was absolutely amazing. Greeted us at all times and looked after us all the time. Breakfast was great and when we wanted something at any point he was on the ball straight away. Thumbs up for the lad

I suppose only bad point would be possibly could have done with a tv but who watches it nowadays. Also maybe a brighter main light.

The staff were amazing and they treated us with care all times. The rooms were cleaned everyday and our stuff respected. I would recommend this riad to anyone. It's at the Medina but also secluded but easy to get to.

The bed was not that comfortable as it was springy but nothing to worry about. Not seen anything for accessibility though.

Lovely staff always available and nice rooms. They helped us also with WiFi issues and printing boarding passes.

Maybe a small re-touch of the main hall would do good.
