We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service. A very special thank you to our butler, Furong, who was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. She always made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. ❤️ I would also like to give a special thank you to the two lovely ladies at reception, who I believe usually work the night shift. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but they were always incredibly kind and helpful, even helping us order food whenever we needed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and we really appreciated everything they did for us. 🙏 The whole team made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and we genuinely felt very well looked after. Thank you so much to Furong, the two lovely ladies at reception, and the entire hotel team for your amazing hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️😊

From the very beginning, we felt exceptionally well looked after, and we would especially like to thank Moon and March, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely special. The hotel itself is of the highest standard. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The view from the room was amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the large bathtub was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the room amenities. We were actually glad we did not bring our own Dyson on the trip, because the hotel even provided Dyson equipment in the room. It may seem like a small detail, but it perfectly reflects how much attention is paid to guests’ comfort. One of the most memorable moments was when the hotel found out that we were on our honeymoon. The staff prepared a lovely surprise for us and beautifully decorated our room. We were not expecting it at all, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay and our honeymoon feel even more special. The entire hotel is elegant, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff are highly professional while also being genuinely warm and welcoming. Everything, from the quality of the room and amenities to the cleanliness and level of service, was truly outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. We will definitely remember our time here for a long time. Once again, a huge thank you to Moon and March for taking such wonderful care of us and for making our honeymoon even more special!

Everything at this hotel was exceptional. This has made it to my top hotels (and I’ve traveled quite a bit). Location was central, service/housekeeping made our stay stand out (aside from the private pool in the room of course! I don’t think anything can beat this). We had a personal housekeeper, Nuonuo, who was just the best! Whenever we needed anything we just messaged her on WeChat and she helped right away. I will definitely be staying here next time I return.

El concepto de una mini piscina dentro de una habitación a 50 pisos de altura es una auténtica locura. Las vistas al río una maravilla. La cama súper cómoda y la habitación en general también. La ubicación en pleno jiafangbei con lo que estábamos muy cerca de todo. La experiencia del storm spa no hay que perdérsela porque además es gratis.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno. No tienen un bufet como tal. Te ofrecen un desayuno chino u occidental en la habitación pero cuánto viene está todo frío. No recomiendo coger desayuno.

The location was perfect . The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very responsive through WeChat . Quality of appliances in the room were excellent.

Pre-ordered breakfast in the room is not convenient. The breakfast was good but food selection is limited. No English choices on TV which is a pity because I loved the drop down screen.

Xiaomei's service is very good, the hotel has a storm spa and afternoon tea, the housekeeper can help wash clothes, the clothes are directly given to them, and they will be returned to the room after washing, it is very convenient, if needed, they will respond in a timely manner, the service is very professional!

Very modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Upon arrival we were able to participate in a delicious tea experience. I loved the oversized bathtub ! Plus they have a built in Bluetooth speaker which should be standard really. Lastly, the storm spa was EVERYTHING! Definitely recommend.

Everything was great.

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was incredibly clean, the lighting and atmosphere were unreal, and the bathtub/pool setup was such a cool experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

We had a wonderful stay at SEYA Hotel, thanks in large part to Moon, whose attention and kindness made all the difference. She checked in on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed — her care really stood out. Our room was very comfortable, with plenty of space and a bed that made it easy to rest after long days. The views were stunning, the kind you don’t forget. We also tried the afternoon tea, which was beautifully done and a lovely way to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere. The bathtub and the spa were well equipped and the design was modern.

The gym was very basic compared to the rest of the infrastructure of the hotel. However, running with the views from Chongquing from a 58th floor was a highlight of my stay.

The rooms are like the pictures. Futuristic but also very comfortable

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from room to services, simply put room is so great you don't want to leave it , bathtub is huge in room , big projector to watch large selection of movies , mini bar with free drinks everday,fantastic breakfast, amazing view and something that every hotel should have my very own housekeeper her name is Orange🍊 she is like a genie just text her and your wish comes true!

Great views and room. The see through tub is a boujee addition. Didn’t get to use the storm spa but looked really good. Free afternoon tea before we checked out.

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel! Our room had a swimming pool in it! The facilities, the view, the location and the staff were all incredible!! Will definitely stay again next time.

One thing which I liked most is our butler Wish ,I have never seen a girl like her ,She is so honest and helpful it’s really amazing she goes out of the way to help you and very courageous.Thwre was no restaurant but she helped us get food .If I come again to the hotel I will come only because of wish our butler she is awesome .j

I really loved my stay, 10/10. I truly appreciate the service everything was excellent from start to finish. The housekeeping staff are very kind, always smiling, and they make a real effort to adapt to the language, which I found adorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The welcome at reception was warm, and the staff were always available, helpful, and attentive whenever I needed anything. Everyone was genuinely kind and professional. I’m leaving with a very positive experience honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The room was AMAZING. I loved every second. The storm bath - Wow!!!! And fanfan and Lulu were soooo helpful. They made the stay even more exceptional. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing stay at Iseya Panoramic View Flagship Chongqing. Excellent care from the staff, with a very helpful and attentive concierge who truly makes you feel looked after. Around a one-hour taxi ride from the airport. Perfect central location, close to major attractions and great spots around the city. Highly recommended.

Very nice facility. The room was very clean and had the premium feeling.

For the price, I expected better perks. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t wash more than 5 items of clothing per day. The staff at the hotel wash them for you but you’re also not allowed to get undergarments washed.

The room was amazing, we booked the biggest with the huge pool. I liked the amplifier for the music and the style of the hotel! And the view… grear view! I really enjoyed my staying. Kang kang’s service deserves 5 star rating also!

The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to explore Chongqing. The property itself is very clean and truly luxurious, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything spotless. Having laundry service included was a huge bonus and made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The service was exceptional, especially the 24/7 butler service. Our experience with Kang Kang and Guo Guo was incredible. They took care of us with genuine warmth and professionalism, responding extremely quickly and assisting with every request and need throughout our stay. Requests such as deliveries, luggage support (ordering a brand new luggage bag which arrived within an hour at the last minute to alleviate the stress we experienced with our baggage), travel guidance, arrangements and room needs were met instantly and seamlessly. Their hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. The SPA was also a highlight—relaxing and well-managed. When we requested privacy, the staff accommodated us smoothly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent and very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend ISEYA Panoramic Hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing and would happily stay here again.

We loved everything, the room, the storm spa and the fact that the hotel was located right in the middle of where we wanted to be. We also really liked the complimentary afternoon tea and the birthday decorations they done in the room for me.

Nothing we loved our stay. Just be careful of the address as we ended up in the wrong branch of the hotel.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like, the service I received from 🌙 was next to none. This is not paid and it’s real, I loved every little bit! It was my first time in chongqing and they helped me though everything from taxis, to food places to excursions they did it all for me. I made the mistake of staying somewhere else for a few days as I thought I’d try different areas in Chongqing and I really did miss this hotel!
