Nothing wrong with the property itself, the access is a bit confusing, the taxi driver couldn’t find it and left us about 4 blocks away. Hard to walk with suitcases on the cobblestones

Very clean and very organized!!! The staff were super helpful and responsive. Right in the city center with lots of attractions within walking distance.

Posizione in una via interna in pieno centro. Facilmente raggiungibile tutto quello che si puo' voler vedere a Oporto. Struttura pulita, appena ristrutturata. Presenti ogni servizio, dalla lavatrice alla macchina del caffe'. Persino le cialde.Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La comunicazione e' stata curata e semplice. Vengono inviati dei video per facilitare l'ingresso con un check in automatico. Ad attendervi un dolce buonissimo e il porto. SODDISFATTA

Todo, muy bien situado, limpio y decorado con gusto. El anfitrión nos dejó un bizcocho y vino de oporto como detalle de bienvenida.

De communicatie van en met de host was erg goed. Het appartement is goed gelegen, ideaal om Porto te voet te ontdekken. Bij aankomst stond er iets lekkers op tafel.

Het bed in de living is iets minder comfortabel dan een echt bed.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, apartament znajduje się w centrum Porto tuż przy głównym deptaku, ale jest kameralny i bardzo cichy. Mieszkanie jest komfortowe, nowoczesne, czyste, w pełni wyposażone. Na powitanie czekało na nas pyszne ciasto i karafka Porto. Jeśli wrócę do Porto, to będę chciała się zatrzymać tylko tam.

Przydałaby się mała rozkładana suszarka do suszenia rzeczy, więcej zastrzeżeń nie ma.

The property was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent. The host was very responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. The A/C worked very well.

L'appartamento é attrezzato con tutto ciò che può occorrere: macchina nescafé con capsule, lavatrice asciugatrice, aria condizionata, stoviglie di ogni tipo. Oltre alle capsule del caffé, sono presenti bustine di the, zucchero, olio, sale, aceto, carta cucina, carta di alluminio e pellicola trasparente. Lato sicurezza: é presente un estintore, una coperta ignifuga e una cassetta di pronto soccorso. L'appartamento, ubicato in palazzo di recente ristrutturazione dotato di ascensore, é luminoso e arredato con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. A pochi metri é presente un supermercato aperto tutti i giorni e un club di fado , ideal clube di fado dove si può assistere ad un fantastico ed emozionante spettacolo tradizionale di fado. L'appartamento é a due minuti dal Mercato Bolhao e dalla strada dello shopping Rua Caterina. Si raggiunge il quartiere della Ribeira in 20 minuti a piedi. Se si potesse, darei un 10 e lode a questa struttura e all'host che mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Grazie Teresa!!!!

Everything with this property was AMAZING. I had requested an earlier check in if possible due to this to be my mom’s first international trip, and they promptly let me know as soon as the apartment was ready, and we could rest before enjoying the city on the first day. The apartment is completely new, with great features and really well equipped. The location is 10/10 and although it’s central, it was peaceful and quiet. The attention they had was that “one in a million” kind.

I really liked the walkability and the cleanliness. It was very close to all the areas most tourist in Porto would like to visit (ie. Santa Catarina, the Market, and churches). The entire building and the room is clean and well maintained — looks newly built with modern appliances (ie. fridge, washer, dryer, AC, etc). The area, being situated in an alley was not hard to find and not hard for uber to navigate. Moreover, even with its walkability, it was a really quiet area—allowing us to sleep well at night. Finally, the host was really accommodating and very responsive with clear instructions prior to our arrival which made check-in easy. I truly appreciate their help and, if we come back, would definitely be booking this apartment again for sure.

Beautiful apartment, cozy, super clean, and very good value! Staff are so helpful and check-in details are very clear. They have coffee capsules, tea bags, snacks and two umbrellas ready in the apartment.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and were extremely impressed by all aspects. We found the hosts very welcoming and informative. The apartment was lovely with great attention to detail. Everything you would need for an excellent stay were included. It was spotlessly clean. The cake and port were a lovely addition. The location was very good with the shops and the fantastic market within easy reach. We have stayed in many apartments throughout Europe and this must be one of the very best. Would thoroughly recommend it.

A rua onde está o prédio uma ladeira com pouca estrutura e um pouco suja.

Large and clean secure apartment. Located in a small Lane of the major pedestrian thoroughfare. Small walk to cafes and supermarket. Short walk to the beautiful Duoro River and the 6 bridges. Bolhao Markets around the corner and easy walk to major tourist spots in Porto. Staff were amazing, so helpful and full of knowledgeable information. Highly recommended.

Full one bedroom apartment with good-sized bedroom and bathroom, kitchen/living/dining combined in a modern apartment building. fully equipped kitchen. handy to downtown Porto without being noisy at all. It was very easy to go downtown - we were 1.5 blocks from the City Market building. Be ready for hills to get to the riverfront but there is a funicular down to/from the shore which makes it easy too. Enjoyed our stay here for 5 days in January visiting Porto. of the many, many places we stayed, this one made us most comfortable. there were many windows, with full blinds. a great, bright kitchen with a washing machine. our host provided us a treat on arrival which we appreciated.

Great apartment — new and extremely clean with helpful and responsive staff. Apartment was in a great area, tucked away on a hidden side street but easily accessible for guests. Do NOT miss the Mercado do Bolhão just a few blocks away. We stayed in the Savannah suite, with a separate bedroom (super comfy). Loved it!!

We drove a car and had to drop our luggage off first and then navigate to a nearby parking garage. Not an easy task in the old town, but similar to any other historic city in Spain or Portugal. The Bolhao staff was very helpful in walking us through it in advance. We parked the car at the shopping mall close by for four days. No biggie, just be aware.

The apartment was in a central location. Very detailed and clear instructions from our host Carla made everything very easy for us. A safe and secure apartment with multiple locks. The close by shopping street with Christmas vibes 🎄 ⛄ was add on. A very neat and clean apartment with all the required information in a booklet was really very handy. It was our wonderful and memorable stay in this apartment. Thanks

דירה מקסימה בלב פורטו, ברובע סנטה קטרינה התוסס. הדירה מרווחת להפליא, והמטבח מאובזר במלואו – פשוט יש בו הכול. מקום נפלא לאירוח, הרגשנו ממש כמו בבית. קבלת המפתח הייתה מהירה וחלקה. בדירה חיכו לנו עוגת בית ויין פורטו – מחווה מקסימה. למרות המיקום המרכזי, המקום שקט ונעים, ואפילו היו מטריות זמינות לימים גשומים.

Hosts were extremely organised, they had everything ready before our check in date. We were advised of all the codes we needed for check in, and they were able to store our luggage as we were early. The apartment had everything we needed, location was extremely central…we could walk everywhere!

This property rates at the highest level of accommodation. The quality of everything from soap to appliances is top-end. The location is ideal. You open the door of the apartment and smile. The hosts are very friendly and check in is very easy! The apartment is designed so beautifully. It is in a perfect location with metro station, supermarket and shopping all within walking distance. And the washing machine and dryer comes in so handy for our trip.

Location super convenient. Very easy to get the keys and manage the apartment. The apartment is new decorated and very clean. The bed is confortable. We also get some ameneties from the host, such as desert and porto wine.

Exactly as described. Super cute / quaint one bedroom apartment with everything you need, including the wine! Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. There’s even a space next-door with 3 restaurants that stay open late.

We arrived during a festival and a number of streets were blocked off. The Uber driver had a really tough time finding the location. The entrance is off what we call an alley in the US. There is a major street and a restaurant that could be used as a reference / address for driving. That being said the owner was amazing. She was readily available, texted a Google pin to a nearby location and stayed on the phone with the driver until he found it. She even met us at the front gate and walked us in to make sure we got settled after a really frustrating trip that was not her fault.

A hidden gem quietly sitting beside Rua de Santa Catarina, one of the landmarks of Porto, 2 minute walk from Bolhao metro station. Everything within the reach, the place itself safe and secure, gated with code lock. Rooms are air conditioned , equipped with all the necessary amenities, the including washer/dryer, which for family is more than convenient. On top of that , very professional and helpful staff, special thanks to Carla and Teresa, for the great help and amazing welcome gift. Coconut cake and a decanter of fine Porto. Overall, the stay was amazing, during really busy and demanding time of Sao Joao festival, strongly recommend staying there not only thanks to great location but also for the comfort and great staff going above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay in Porto. Every thing is perfect here, the host, the property and the location. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials. The host Teresa has posted all the instructions to reach the apartment in small videos which really helped in reaching and settling in the apartment with ease.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and the location was perfect — easy to walk to the main areas. The elevator, air conditioning, and smart TV were working properly. A cake was waiting for us on the table :)

This is an awesome place, in an alley so it’s pretty quiet. Comfortable bed, washer, comfortable living room. I would stay here or book with this host again.

The plug by the bed is a little far. That’s literally the only “problem” I had.

Everything is perfect! The staff is so friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The house is very cozy and it really provides everything we need. The location is great since it’s near the market and metro. Really recommended!!

Location was excellent- very quiet and central. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. All necessary appliances were there. It was attractively decorated and comfortable. Before arriving, I was sent a brochure via WhatsApp with really comprehensive and useful information. Communication via Whatsapp was really easy and my request to book a taxi from the airport was received and arranged immediately. So efficient and welcoming. On arrival there was a delicious sweetbread and port left for us, which was a lovely touch - and very welcome as we arrived very late. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Portugal

Amazing apartment in an excellent location which felt really safe. It was nice and quiet but close to shops and places to eat.

The type of bed for the small bedroom wasn't a great fit. It would be better if the 4 poster setup was removed. We ended up putting a hand towel around the bedroom door handle to save banging into it when trying to get past the bed structure.

The apartment was well designed, spacious, clean with all the mod cons. It was very comfortable indeed. It was located in a quite alley 100 or so metres uphill to one of the main shopping strips in Porto The local cafe Confeitaria do Bolhao served the best toasted ham & cheese sandwiches and the market across the street from the cafe is great for fresh produce The hostess Teresa went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met

Clean and stylish one-bedroom apmt with separate kitchenette cum living area with comfortable sofa bed. Strong security with three locked doors :D we appreciated the welcome giant sugar bun and decanter of port wine. Loved the skylight, air conditioning and fancy Rituals soap too. Prompt replies from customer support was appreciated.

The dryer function on the washer dryer was faulty. Bit painful cos we’d accumulated a family’s load of laundry to be cleared here. There was a clothes rack we used as a back-up but not as quick/convenient as a working dryer. Good location just off the main pedestrian shopping street - however Bolt drivers could never find the place - still bearable when we arrived but not so when we left as we had a morning flight to catch!

Teresa is a kind host. It was a little difficult to open doors, but she let me know kindly when we checked in. Also, the accommodation was perfectly pleasant and located in the alley of Bolhao Market, so it was accessible and quiet. I was able to communicate quickly with the host through WhatsApp and she was considerate of us.

Everything was perfect, but I think the bed frame interferes with passing by and makes the room look small.

The hosts were amazing. Easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. They had a welcome treat that was very much appreciated after a very long trip. Everything was great. The location is amazing. The kids loved the place too.

Host provided much needed parking suggestions before arrival, and great instructions with video clips about entering the unit. Welcome treats on kitchen table was a nice surprise for first stop in Porto.

Key box does not open easily. Instructions on how to use washer/drier would have been helpful. Wash cloths don't seem to be commonly used in Portugal, but those would have been useful.

This place has everything you need. Perfect location, loved the welcoming cake. Very comfortable stay.
