Atendimento na recepção Péssimo, comunicação HORROROSA, tentamos comunicação com equipe no checkin que só repsondeu no dia seguinte. Tivemos atraso na chegada, e ninguem nos respondeu, qnd chegamos o aprque já estava fechado e a recepcionista disse que não poderia ajudar pois não tinha um plano de emergência que eu deveria ter avisado antes, mostrei que havia avisado e que ninguem respondeu e ela disse, desculpe, não posso ajudar.... Vergonhoso, quem me ajudou foi o segurança do parque.

Well positioned and convenient

The chairs in the dining room are uncomfortable - the “ seat cushion “ itself is not great

We paid for 2 rooms for 4 people and the property tried to charge us again for the full amount suggesting we had only paid for 2 people. We could for 4 people on line for 2 rooms for 30% online on the day of check in.

Great location, near to airport.

The location is great of course, and the rooms are big and comfortable.

The staff in the reception was not very helpful and nice when i asked for information about the park. We thought that for that high price we will get some special experience from the hotel but it was basically a fine hotel which we think is not worth the price they ask for.

We loved the breakfast, the room was a decent size and very clean.

There is nothing we did not like, and we will definitely return.

Es hat uns beim Schlafen auf den Kopf geregnet (keine Entschädigung), das Personal hat sich nicht um uns gekümmert. Hatte noch noch nie so schlechtes Service im Hotel erlebt. Klobürstengriffe waren abgebrochen, Tisch und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer waren nicht geputzt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte leider gar nicht. Kommen sicher nicht mehr, hatten nur Probleme

Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great.

The only negative was the carpet in the rooms. It was clean but for me I prefer vinyl or even tiled floors. So much easier to clean.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Kruger Gate ist nur 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt und man kann morgens direkt aus dem Gate rausfahren, ohne sich immer anmelden zu müssen.

Leider sind die Zimmer schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und sind deshalb an der einen und anderen Stelle revisionsbedürftig.

Eu fiquei decepcionado com.o serviço de concierge, pois eu tinha lido em um dos comentários que o hotel tinha ajudado o hóspede a reservar game drivers, mas comigo isso não aconteceu .Eu troquei mensagens esperando a confirmação dos preços e a efetivação das reservas, mas não obtive resposta. Acabei tendo que alugar um carro com receio de não conseguir reservar o safari de última hora. Foi um custo extra que tive.

We wanted to single beds they were a bit narrow One or two of the front desk staff were really unfriendly with an attitude We wanted to book an extra two nights but the prices had doubled as the hotel was fall for one night so we did not stay longer due to very high pricing and we did ask for an extended booking at our existing rate which was not possible - we were not prepared to pay double the room rate due to a high occupancy, i felt they could have managed this better an extended our stay at our existing booking rate

Die Lage im Krüger Park ist gut. Das Aussehen des Hotels und die Ausstattung sind grundsätzlich nicht schlecht.

Wir haben durch den Concierge-Service im Hotel Zusatzangebote gebucht, leider mussten wir bei Ankunft feststellen, dass keine einzige Safari gebucht wurde. Das Personal war unhöflich und fand es nicht der Mühe wert uns zu unterstützen. Die Managerin war zu inkompetent, um das Problem zu lösen. Das Zimmer war schrecklich positioniert (direkt neben Pool-Pumpenhaus und Generatoren), erst nach mühseliger Intervention konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen.

Gute Ausgangsposition für Fares. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen schönen Swimmingpool und einen guten Fitnessraum

Excellent location to visit Kruger National Park. Our family room was really spacious with separate bedroom and living space. We had 2 dinners at the buffet in the restaurant. The food was great especially the soft serve ice cream 😊

Large and confortable room in a quiet environment. Excellent breakfast and off-hour restauration available at the bar when the restaurant is closed.

Broken air extractor in the bathroom, so the windowless bathroom became a hammam after any shower and remained so for hours. Even though we signalled the problem on the first day, it has not been fixed, nor were we offered to move to another fully functional room for the rest of our stay. This lack of response from the management is not up to the standards of a "luxury establishment", nor to the price we paid.

Easy stay. We've been here before and love the comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and friendly staff.

Was 20 minutes early for check in. Told to wait by the pool. The unfriendly reception staff couldn't be bothered to walk that far to tell us the room is ready. Was not offered a drink, sitting close to the pool. Had to ask help with the bags, up several flights of stairs. Which were wet, and dirty. Your family rooms are lovely, but with the service we got, it was extremely over priced. Having to pay extra for a hot chocolate for a child at breakfast is also ridiculous. Door lock was broken. Roofs untidy. View of the gardens from balcony a disappointment.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had many varieties.

We were situated close to the restaurant. Although the music wasn't loud I would have preferred to listen to the birds and wildlife.

The room was large and spacious, and very clean too.

The restaurant atmosphere, food choice and staff were shocking; small wonder it was silent and almost empty. In actual fact, the whole hotel was devoid of character and soul - total lack of colour and decoration apart from the silent bar. The room itself was great, however, somebody changed the lock on our front door while we were out on a game drive without any warning (it actually looked broken into) and thus we felt very insecure about our belongings. When we questioned reception staff, they just shrugged and said they changed the wrong room - not even a sorry or any further explanation. Room was fine; the rest … very disappointing. The cost was not justified, not even close.

La ubicacion es fantastica dentro del parque. El hotel es muy comodo y la decoracion es preciosa. Piscina muy agradable. Desayuno buffet abundante y muy bueno. Personal muy atento y amable. Los dos dias de safari privados contratados a traves del hotel han sido fantasticos.

Por decir algo remarcar que los productos del baño (gel y shampoo) son escasos y podrian ser de mejor calidad y sobre todo no os dejeis nada en el coche del safari porque no pudimos recuperarlo.

The location in Skukuza was great and the property had a large restaurant and separate bar area. The staff was super helpful and even loaned us a map book for an afternoon game drive. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t use them, there were abundant open air game drive vehicles with drivers available to hire.

No elevators/lifts. Although it is only 2 stories, there are a lot of steps. If you have any mobility challenges this might not be your best choice. The restaurant had no music playing in the background. The bar did, but not the main restaurant. As a result, you could hear people talking, chairs moving, silverware clanging on plates, etc. Having some African background music would have made the restaurant experience that much better.

Tudo! Os móveis são lindos e muito confortáveis, apartamento super bem decorado, muito limpo, cheiroso, espaçoso, vista maravilhosa, localização melhor impossível!! Eu só tenho elogios! Equipe atenciosa, ótima segurança!

We liked the hotel was conveniently located in Skukuza and within walking distance to neighboring restaurants and the main gift shop. The gym was a very nice amenity to have considering most activities in Kruger involve driving for game viewing.

The hotel restaurant should offer some more options for outdoor dining in their beautiful courtyard area. We ended up asking to sit outside during our breakfasts there and they allowed us, but it didn’t seem like something commonplace.

Struttura ottima in mezzo al parco del Kruger. La stanza era molto ampia, il letto comodissimo. Vi è la possibilità di utilizzare piscina e palestra: noi le abbiamo sfruttate alla grande, dato che stavamo tutto il giorno seduti durante i Safari). A cena mangiavamo al buffet ed era buono (la pancia di maiale, quando c’è, è squisita). Il personale molto cordiale. Direi che ci è piaciuto davvero tutto!

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, ideal location for airport and good breakfast and dinner options. Staff friendly, always ready with a smile. Easy walk to shop.

It’s clean and the breakfast was good. So were the restaurant staff.

Grossly overpriced for what you get. One night we didn’t have hot water and the reception staff couldn’t keep us updated. They don’t have their own game viewers and guides and rely on sanparks.

A lovely, upmarket hotel in the very heart of the Kruger

We really enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, esp that water and towels were equipped in the gym, the gym equipment were very well maintained. The Welcome drinks and snacks at reception when checked in was nice . The birthday platter and card was a very special touch

At Check in the check in reception seemed a bit confused, i gave her my booking name, surname and reference yet she gave me to sign someone's details and room. We were told on the day that we could book game drives at the reception. But on our 3rd day we were told we cant book there for a game drive, the gentleman didnt seem to want to help us and was told we need to book at main reception yet on the same day and game drive other guests booked through that reception. The welcome at breakfast was received well however the lady/chef at the omelet station was very rude each morning, no greeting, was very moody, you actually felt bad for placing an order with her cos she was just so rude. Our shower had a leak and flooded the bathroom. our rooms were only cleaned after 2pm while we wanted to rest. House keeping only gave us one clean towel each day. On check out reception was rude asking us for a pocket sleeve for the card for the hotel door, saying that she is going to charge me for it. It was in the room and i asked if i must go back to get it she shrugged, If we knew and was told to keep the pocket card on check out we would have brought it down with us. But she could have said it in a nice manner. The staff need more customer service training

Our first room smelt like a sewage, we were moved to another room that had an old dirty bathroom and the room was unclean. Staff was unable to help and not sympathetic

Great location, and walkable to park management headquarters where you can book game drives and other activities like a bush braai (bbq). The hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained.

The lodge is conveniently located in one of the Kruger resting camps, with shops and restaurant near by. We were glad to be able to find a map/guide at the shop. We had a suite, which is roomy and comfortable.

Some of the staffs are unfriendly, especially the front desk ones and some in the restaurant. There is no one to provide any information about the park.

The room was good and we liked the breakfast.

Check-in was a real issue. We were first sent to the wrong room which had people staying in it. It was a reading error on receptions side. I have a 6month old and therefore have a fair amount of luggage. There were no porters to help with luggage and it was only when I took a trolley did someone offer to help. Some of the staff were not so accommodating and helpful. At your price point you're really not offering the value I’d expect.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit à Skukuza. Le personnel est très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le cadre est calme et en plein cœur du parc, ce qui permet d'en profiter au maximum. L'option petit déjeuner à emporter en safari le matin est un plus !

Staff were friendly and well meaning and could give information about the hotel and facilities but were not that well versed in what was happening in the wider camp / community. Wonderful and clean. The rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboard space. Water provided - small fridge to keep the water cold. Pool was sparkling and inviting. Great little gym. Staff were kind enough to pack a generous breakfast for us to enjoy at a picnic site.

Would have preferred metal teaspoons and not wooded sticks to stir my coffee.

Laute Klimaanlagen überall, da der Pool im Innenhof liegt gibt’s von dort keine Aussicht Internetempfang meist schlecht. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr dunkel quasi ohne direktes Tageslicht.

Food options. The only choice that seems avaliable in the evening is a buffet. A La Carte options will be declined and the strangest excuses made why A La Carte is not available. I was made to feel very uncomfortable for the fact that I did not want to indulge in the buffet which I felt was too much food for me after heavy lunches.

The second time I have stayed here. It was very good. The room needed some maintenance on door locks and a few thing, but was still very clean and comfortable.

The only option for dinner every night was a buffet. After the first night I only wanted a meal from the ala carte menu, but had no other option other than to pay R325 for a buffet. Our room had a bad smell and the wood under the basin was peeling off. Our door handle was half broken; it still worked, but didn't look great (room 229)

Booking was slow with little assistance and long distances from car park to reception. Rooms need TLC especially the bathrooms. One rooms lock was broken so lot of effort to get in and lock the door. Did not like the open showers enite bathroom is wet when done and drains are slow

La situation de l'hotel à l'interieur du parc. Les chambres étaient grandes, belles, la literie confortable et être au cœur du parc nous a permis de profiter du lever du soleil et de faire un safari matinal en famille facilement sans qu'il y ait trop de monde sur les routes. Nous avons également pris le temps de profiter de l'hôtel, du spa, du bar et du restaurant et tout était parfait.

The telephone provided is not being picked up even to date. Got at the gate we spent more than an hour with small babies. We were not told that after 5:30 we won’t be allowed in. We forgot our toiletry bag ad and collected the following day. My husband’s cologne is no where to be found a Gucci one more than 3k I gifted him there it was his birthday 😭😭😭

This was the only place we could get accomodation for the night we wanted. The rest camps are much better value for money if you can get in.

Ronny said he had booked a bush brai for us but apparently we were meant to know that we needed a confirmation as well as a booking. He wasn’t even apologetic. We couldn’t park outside the room as there wasn’t enough parking. No lift or ramps for suitcases

at Skukuza Camp. Thus had access to everything at SANS Parks including the game drives. Very clean. Big spacious rooms with more luxury than the traditional SANS Parks bungalows. Huge variety at breakfast.

It lacks the charm of the traditional bungalows. Hated that all the rooms overlooked each other through manicured courtyards rather than some of the boundaries of the park.

Some staff seemed a bit shy or not confident to speak with guests. Seemed unsure about themselves. Most were OK.

The staff were friendly and attentive - second day going for breakfast they knew my room number and what my hot drink preference was.

Such a beautiful setting would be great if breakfast could also be 'outside'. There are no facilities to braai - just a thing we like to do when in the bush.

The main disappointment was the studio accommodation which did not offer cooking facilities as indicated It incorporated a kitchenette area which included a sink but there was no stove or even a microwave The fridge was the same size as the regular rooms I.e a tiny bar fridge There were kitchen cupboards that were empty and only after this was queried, did the admin provide some crockery and cutlery

Comunicação com o Lodge é PÉSSIMA. Concierge é uma piada de mau gosto. Não fizeram a reserva adequada dos game drives. Recepção insegura torna toda a experiência estressante. Opções de jantar muito limitadas. Definitivamente não vale o custo. Procure outras alternativas dentro do Kruger ou mesmo fora, desde que próximas de um dos seus portões. Os game drives oferecidos pela SANParks são curtos e não valem a pena.

No elevators and our room was the highest room you could get to so it was a long walk upstairs without help. I recommend if you have any problems doing stairs I suggest you book a room on the first floor ground that means ground level.

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Unfortunately once you are inside the complex, you do not really experience the "bush vibe" like the animal sounds at night.
