The views were fantastic, the food was good, and the staff were lovely.

The property was in need of basic repairs and maintenance (our room had a hole in the wall, the curtains were torn, side table was broken, the lounge chairs at the pool were damaged and very uncomfortable). It was not 4-star in this respect.

Falta de manutenção nas aéreas envolventes, jardins etc. Os vidros da piscina estão todos sujos, não se consegue admirar a paisagem. Algumas cadeiras da piscina são muito desconfortáveis. Os quartos são demasiado pequenos.

Gutes Frühstück. Schöne Lage, wenn man den Hügel erklommen hat, nichts für schlechte Autofahrer.

Das Hotel ist ungepflegt, es fehlt an vielem. Lieblos und eher düster. Pool mit drei kleinen Schirmen. Kein Viersternhotel. Preis/Leistung ungenügend, viel zu teuer.

Os funcionários foram simplesmente incríveis.

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel, aussi bien a l'hôtel qu'au restaurant. Très bel emplacement.

L’endroit est incroyable. L’entrée à la propriété est juste fantastique. Nous sommes entourés de vignes. L’hôtel est chic, l’accueil incroyable et les chambres sont parfaites. Nous avons dîné sur place, et n’avons absolument pas été déçus. Le service, les mets étaient au rendez vous et de qualité.

Importante contextualizar este comentário Estive no hotel exatamente nos mesmos dias e assisti diretamente a esta situação. Estávamos com a nossa família, incluindo crianças e o nosso cão, ambos permitidos pelo hotel. As crianças estavam simplesmente a brincar na piscina. Chegámos a estar cerca de 10 pessoas na piscina e ninguém demonstrou qualquer incómodo com a presença ou brincadeiras das crianças. Ficou, no entanto, bastante evidente que o verdadeiro problema destas pessoas era precisamente a presença de crianças e o facto de estas estarem a brincar numa piscina de um hotel familiar. O que começou com reclamações acabou por se transformar num episódio muito triste, com insultos e ameaças dirigidos à nossa família, inclusivamente à frente das crianças, chegando mesmo a existir uma tentativa de agressão física. Felizmente, os funcionários do hotel intervieram prontamente e resolveram a situação da melhor forma possível, demonstrando sempre uma postura impecável, profissional e muito cuidadosa para proteger todos os hóspedes. Deixo este comentário apenas para que exista também a versão de quem esteve presente. Foi, sem dúvida, um episódio desagradável, mas não por responsabilidade do hotel, que esteve irrepreensível na forma como lidou com toda a situação.

Accés à l hotel difficile, on y arrive par une petite route pentue oú 2 voitures ne peuvent pas se croiser.

Beautiful location, quiet atmosphere

Pool was smaller than advertised. There was not much else for guests to do other than the pool and restaurant/bar

Cães dos hóspedes no recinto da piscina e crianças com comportamentos barulhentos e saltos na piscina, junto aos hóspedes. Famílias conflituosas a prejudicar a imagem do hotel e bem estar dos hóspedes

Une expérience absolument inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing Oui, le cadre est joli et l’hôtel est plutôt élégant au premier abord. Mais cela ne suffit clairement pas à faire oublier le reste. L’hôtel est situé dans la vallée du Douro, mais il faut préciser que nous sommes en réalité au milieu d’une zone de panneaux photovoltaïques. La vue annoncée sur le Douro est par ailleurs inexistante depuis l’hôtel : nous avions principalement une vue sur les vignes. Ce n’est pas désagréable, mais ce n’est clairement pas ce que nous imaginions au vu de la présentation de l’établissement. Et malheureusement, les problèmes ne se sont pas arrêtés là. Nous souhaitions simplement profiter de la piscine tranquillement, lire et travailler sur nos ordinateurs. Une famille présente sur place, avec deux enfants d’environ 8-10 ans, a transformé la piscine en véritable aire de jeux : bombes à répétition, cris, chaussures jetées dans l’eau, enfants qui crachaient dans la piscine et, pour finir, le chien de la famille mis dans la piscine. Nous avons pourtant fait preuve de patience et avons signalé la situation à plusieurs reprises au responsable. Lors du premier échange, le père de famille est même allé jusqu’à menacer mon conjoint et à faire mine de vouloir lui mettre un coup de poing, devant le responsable de l’hôtel. Malgré cela, nous sommes retournés à la piscine après l’intervention de la direction. La situation n’a absolument pas changé. Les bombes ont continué et nous avons fini trempés, ainsi que nos affaires personnelles. Nous avons alors à nouveau alerté la direction. La situation a finalement dégénéré verbalement et la famille entière s’est montrée agressive envers mon conjoint, avec notamment des gestes d’égorgement devant la direction. La direction a dû intervenir pour séparer les personnes. À ce stade, nous ne nous sommes évidemment plus sentis en sécurité et avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel en pleine après-midi.

La suite était magnifique avec des vues époustouflantes. La piscine est magique. Le personnel était très accueillant. La possibilité de dîner au restaurant le soir un vrai plus.

J'aurais apprécié davantage certains produits faits maison pour le petit déjeuner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux mais il manquait un peu d'authenticité.

Magnifique décor naturel. Hôtel situé au milieu des vignes. Très calme. Le restaurant était très bien: cuisine locale originale et très bons vins

מקום יפה מאוד, בעלת הבית קיבלה אותנו יפה והסבירה בנוגע לחדר, לארוחת הבוקר ולהגעה מאוחרת, המליצה לנו על מסעדות קרובות, למרות שבמקום עצמו הייתה מסעדה. בריכה חמודה משקיפה על הנוף, עם כורסאות שיזוף, מגבות גדולות לבריכה ארוחת בוקר מגוונת עשירה ומצויינת מיטה נוחה ביותר. חניה כלולה ובשפע. היין המקומי של היקב טעים.

מיקום קצת רחוק והדרך די צרה ומשובשת, וללא תאורה, ובלילה קשה להגיע, אפילו התבלבלנו בחזרה למקום.

La tranquilidad de la zona y las vistas desde la habitación, tener piscina y las habitaciones son espaciosas. La atención del personal, muy amable.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas hay detalles que se podrían mejorar, por ejemplo en el pasillo había baldosas sueltas, en la piscina alguna piedra del borde estaba suelta que podía caer adentro y algún cristal que separa con el exterior no estaba del todo seguro.

Very friendly staff, located in Douro with stunning views. Very spacious room and they were happy to welcome us with our small dog. Very delicious wine from the wineyard around. Dinner options on the property if you don't feel like driving to the nearest town.

- Le prix est un peu élevé pour le séjour (chambre, restaurant etc.) - Le restaurant est à éviter si possible (vraiment très cher par rapport à la quantité servie) - Piscine non chauffée et petite (dommage car la brise en hauteur est assez fraîche, surtout en fin de journée) - Entretien moyen : serviette trouée, le clapet demi la baignoire ne fermait pas (impossible de prendre un bain)

A vista excecional. Restaurante com bom serviço e bons pratos. Excelente vinho de reserva de produção própria. Staff prestável e atencioso.

Duche deve ser revisto porque deixa o chão inundado. Os interruptores da luz são uma confusão para acender a luz dos candeeiros e do wc. A pisicina é mais pequena do que aparentam as fotos.

Air con was incredible loud, when we complained the member of staff was not sympathetic and unhelpful. He told us it was the same in all the rooms. We solved it ourselves by turning it off and opening the windows as it was quiet and cool outside. WiFi was terrible in rooms.

There is a very dangerous road to get to the property. If you are very lucky no other car coming up on down the narrow, steep road, on the cliff, while you are passing through I wouldn't go back for a million. One of the most dangerous driving of my life. It is so narrow and steep that no other car can pass you. Also they charged us €3 for tap water just because it was in a open bottle ;)

Bom hotel, localização muito tranquila, é preciso ter consciencia que o acesso apesar de estar em boas condições é muito ingreme, hotel bonito, com algma falta de manutenção estética, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, quartos bons, excelente vista e muito bem insonorizados.

Das moderne Haus hat grosse Zimmer mir herrlich grossen Fensterfront und einen tollen Ausblick in die Weinberge. Sehr ruhig. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Der Pool war ebenfalls super um sich abzukühlen. Überrascht und die sehr gute Küche im Restaurant.

Het restaurant de plaats is ongezellig , ze hebben een mooi uitzicht , maar trekken voor het diner de gordijnen dicht dus nog triestiger. Overal hoogspannings pilonen , zelfs pal voor onze slaapkamer

I travelled with two friends by motorcycle whilst travelling accross Portugal on the ACT route. the accommodation is a family run winery hotel. The hosts were very friendly, the hotel is remote and situated amongst their vineyards (the wine is excellent too). I would highly recommend this venue, it is quiet and relaxing. We could not ask for more

Purtroppo e' a fianco dei piloni dell'alta tensione che rovinano il panorama. Non capisco per quale motivo non li abbiamo messi leggermente piu' lontani, sono di fronte alle camere e al ristorante, un vero scempio per la struttura che godrebbe di un panorama unico.

Localização linda, vista maravilhosa, silencioso. Funcionário Bruno muito simpático, deu várias dicas valiosas no Douro e sempre muito educado e discreto. Cama boa, banheiro bom, chuveiro ótimo.

Frigobar um pouco velho, não gelada tão bem. Quarto com black-out ruim. O quarto ficava claro muito cedo.

Nous avons été très déçu de cet hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qui sont sur votre site ni même descriptif. D’ailleurs. Pour cela nous demandons un remboursement immédiat car nous sommes partis dès demain matin devant l’hôtel est nul.

Nous n’avons rien apprécié, le personnel n’est pas du tout attentif à la clientèle. L’hôtel est sale la piscine mais pas digne de ce nom c’est un jacuzzi. Bref c’était très décevant en sachant que nous y allions pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Quelle erreur d’avoir choisi cet établissement, et je vous conseille de faire attention à ce que vous mettez en ligne, car c’est très trompeur

O acesso é péssimo, a estrada é muito estreita e muito íngreme.

Einmal gefunden präsentiert sich das Hotel in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegenden Weinberge des Douro-Tales. Ein kleines, sehr modernes Hotel mit äusserst aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Frühstück und Dinner waren hervorragend. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und sehr zufrieden.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Det ligger lite avsides med en slingrig väg neråt. Värt resan. Trevlig vinprovning och god mat. Frukosten var mycket bra och omgivningarna väldigt trevliga.

Som alltid kunde sängen varit mjukare. I övrigt inga klagomål.

Die Aussicht hat uns gefallen. Die Bedienstetenwaren sehr freundlich. Wir haben auf der Terrasse schöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt.

Das Haus ist unmittelbar von Starkstromleitungen umgeben und liegt unterhalb eines Umspannwerk. In der Beschreibung stand das alle Zimmer einen Balkon haben. Das traf für unser Zimmer und 2 weitere nicht zu. Wir hatten 2 bodentiefe Fenster mit absturzsichernden Geländern gehabt. Für Vegetarier wurde nur ein Gericht angeboten.

O lugar é lindo, fica bem no meio dos parreirais do Douro. O café da manhã é excelente e o restaurante é uma ótima opção.

El camino de acceso podría estar mejor acondicionado y señalizado. También es una pena ver tantos cables de alta tensión cerca.
