Good location in my favourite area in Seoul. Lots of space and communal options. The bathroom was great.

The room amenities were lacking. I know it was a simple accommodation but I couldn't even open my curtains as there was nothing else and my room was completely overlooked by other rooms so no chance as everyone can see me in my room. The window is huge so I had no choice to keep it covered. Full length mirror would have been preferable. And simple cutlery ideally. No hand soap for the sink so had to use the body wash provided and transfer between rooms each time I had to use.

We stayed in the suite - it was spacious and modern but lacked proper storage and we encountered some plumbing issues that took too long to fix. The hotel itself has some nice facilities - big common areas, 24 hour gym, laundry facilities and nice cafes, restaurants and shops within the same building and on the same street. The location was quiet but a short walk from buzzier parts of Mapo.

Our toilet became blocked on our second morning and no one was available to come fix it until the following afternoon, so on our second night we had to use the toilets in the public areas of the hotel. The room itself wasn't the cleanest - the bathroom walls had some soap stains and hand marks on the walls. There were only two mugs provided and no other plates, cutlery, or glasses, despite there being a kitchenette area in the suite. The suite certainly had space for clothing and luggage racks, yet there were none so we had to awkwardly hang things off the shelving and chair backs. Given there's no housekeeping for stays under 5 nights (we stayed 3), some cleaning basics like a kitchen sponge, dish liquid, spray and wipe, a dust pan, extra rubbish bags would have been useful in keeping the space a bit more comfortable. The luggage storage is an open room with no way to lock up bags securely and appears to be open to anyone passing through the main common area of the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! It is in a very quiet street next to very lively Hongdae. The breakfast, freshly prepared on a plate is delicious and nutritious. The room (double one) is giant, with a great view on Seoul local buildings (we see the sky and many of them from far away) and it is spotless clean. I also loved that this is located in a building that hosts startups because it has the “London Shoreditch” vibe I love so much too! I have loved this place so much that I decided to come back the following week on my way back to Seoul. Last but not least - it was my fist time in Kirea as a solo female traveler. This place is very safe, the streets around are safe - I had a fantastic experience!

リーズナブルで、チェックイン/アウトも簡単でした。 部屋にテーブルなどなかったですが共同キッチンで、テイクアウトしたものを食べられて良かったです。 部屋数がとても多かったですが、静かで快適でした。

そこまで綺麗ではなかったですが、寝るだけだったので許容範囲かなと。 お風呂＆トイレはかなり狭いです。

La posizione assolutamente comoda e vicina al quartiere di Hongdae e alla fermata della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. È rifornita di acqua e in ogni piano si trova il distributore automatico. C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e la lavanderia a pagamento.

Talvolta non trovavamo gli asciugamani che andavano a ruba.

Het hotel is onderdeel van een heel complex met leuke faciliteiten en restaurantjes. De sfeer is erg goed en de buurt is een wat rustiger deel van een hele drukke buurt wat fijn is.

Riktigt trendigt hotell beläget med gångavstånd till Hongdaes shoppinggator. Rummet var litet men rent och fin utsikt. Frukosten var bra, riktigt goda soppor. Trevlig och välkomnande personal. Överlag riktigt nöja med boendet.

Easy access using public transportation. On-site laundromat, which can be used cashless. Filtered water dispenser on every floor. Spacious shared public area, even has a rooftop garden. Pet friendly, saw couple of pets during stay. Toilet has bidet, which is rare in Seoul. Good water pressure. Medium sized refrigerator in room (it has a freezer section too). Wide tiled entryway. Big sink, countertop is quiet wide. Surrounded by local eateries, cafe, and convenient stores.

In shared kitchen, not enough cutleries (cutlery drawers were always empty). Room AC temperature are fixed, can't be changed. Room layout can be improved. One bed is directly under the AC vent, making it too cold to sleep on. Had to sleep with double layer with blanket on the first night. Not enough hooks and storage. Desperately need a shoe rack in the entryway. Bathtub too deep, making it a fall hazard every shower. Please consider removing them completely.

Máy giặt tự động lỗi và nuốt tiền của tôi. Và key phòng tới khi gấp ra sân bay lại không mở được và tui phải chạy xuống nhờ lễ tân mới được làm mất thời gian quý giá.

The layout

The hot water pressure was nonexistent, staff were rude the bloke who was working on thursday night and we requested for a room clean after we stayed for over 7 days and never received it and also requested fresh towels and was spoken back to when asking for some and me and my partner only received 1 towel between the both of us.

小黃人很可愛，公共區域沙發很舒服、廚房很大，什麼都有，很方便，跟訂單圖片相符就不附了，另外單人獨旅的cp值滿高的，有附吹風機，住宿價格合理划算。

廁所動線不佳，洗手台容易堵塞（就算只是洗臉也會堵塞），覺得不是特別乾淨，而且馬桶會整個被門卡住，另外隔音不好，插座位置不便利，尤其是門口的感應燈，最不喜歡這點，房間燈光已經不多、空間已經不大了，稍微進來一點門口燈就會關閉，然後稍微出去一點燈又打開，開開關關讓人很煩躁。 員工不親切，但這部分還好，幾乎自助可以處理的，也可以自己寄放行李，所以倒不是問題。 離弘大商圈至少要走15分鐘，其實滿遠的，尤其有拉行李箱，路面不平不是那麼好拉。

The beds were very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. There was enough room for the few days we stayed and very affordable. There was a convenience store very close to the accommodation. Its very close to of our favorite restaurants and the subway system.

距離弘大主要鬧區很近，大約10分鐘。

搭機場巴士下車後，需再走7~10分鐘，有點距離，拖行李有點辛苦。 浴缸有夠高的，大概適合190公分的巨人吧。如果是長輩或是身高不夠的人，要洗澡真的很不容易。 清潔方面真的有待加強，入住時床上跟洗手檯上都有頭髮，馬桶坐墊上還有尿漬，太可怕了。

床跟衛浴設備都很乾淨，隔音也很好

位置可以

首先硬件很差。房间太小，7、800一夜的房间，床、桌靠墙放，之间的走道成年人得侧身才能过去，只能多掏一百多升了个大点的房间，床和墙的距离也只有二十公分，必须从床尾上床才行。卫生间小的坐马桶脑袋都要顶着门了，浴缸深得我165的个子一步迈不进去，浴帘也没有，洗个澡整个浴室都是水。其实这都算了，更让人不能忍受的是服务，因为他没有服务。七天以上才提供免费房间打扫，我们是四天要打扫房间就得出钱。好吧我自己打扫，垃圾怎么办？酒店回答自己丢到外面的垃圾桶。垃圾桶在哪？答自己找。那垃圾袋给我吧，答自己买。用过毛巾怎么办？答自己拿前台换。所以入住四天我没有看见一个客房服务员，我自己买了瓶装水、垃圾袋、抽纸，垃圾我每天收拾了放在房间里，因为韩国垃圾分类很严格，我怕丢错了被罚款，丢人。

The mood of the place I like it, and it was really close to a commercial area, very nice to move walking everywhere and multiple options for connectivity.

During check in they didn't giveme the breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast is not foreigner friendly, everybody has different prefference for breakfast, you can not only offer soup and salad. Room Cleaning is not only on demand, also is chargeable if you stay less than 7 days.

スーツケースを広げられないほど狭い部屋でした。挙句の果てにはアメニティ(ハンドソープ、ティッシュ、スリッパ等)が無く、自分たちで買いに行きました。清掃をしてもらうボタンがあったので押したのですが、4日間一度も清掃が入ることはなく、タオルの交換などもありませんでした。タオルはカウンター横でセルフでとっていけるようになっていましたが在庫も少なくすぐに無くなり、早い者勝ちなので無くなったらもう諦めるしかありませんでした。 なので不潔なタオルを4日間使いました。

많은 곳을 여행 다녔지만 호텔의 분위기가 색달랐어요. 호텔 밖 벤치에서 커피 한잔은 너무 행복감을 주었어요.

아주 조금 아쉬었다면 약간의 날파리~

La struttura è veramente carina. Moderna e di impatto. Mi è piaciuta molto. Ci sono spazi di coworking e molti spazi comuni. Anche una palestra molto attrezzata. Ricorda il combo per chi c’è stato. Metratura della camera sufficiente per non essere soffocante

Fornitura veramente minima, non c era neanche una saponetta a fianco del lavandino. La vasca ha il bordo altissimo per cui ci vuole davvero un po di agilità per entrare uscire dalla doccia. Lontano dalla fermata della metro.

The property is ideal for bars & restaurants all close by as is the metro - great reception area - the staff in the breakfast cafe in reception were very welcoming and friendly

Found the reception staff very rude, and unhelpful who seemed more interested in the laptop, must be the only Hotel in the world that wouldn’t give you an extra pillow, also taking a towel to reception and then taking a new one was arduous

1.沒有衣架、沒有衣櫃、沒有吊掛衣服的地方。 2.插座無法充電，雖然有USB孔，但我的手機不能充啊！ 3.洗澡需在浴缸裡面洗，浴缸偏高，洗完踏出來要小心，而且沒有腳踏墊。 4.住7天才會打掃房間，否則要收費；毛巾要自己拿到櫃檯更換，且限量供應，我們沒換到。 5.床墊凹陷，有人形。 6.洗手檯會漏水，流到地上。 7.門口是感應燈，讓人煩躁。 8.防盜鎖的安全鍊有點卡，要多練習幾次，以防緊急情況出不去。

La localisation proche des quartiers à faire mais dans une rue peu fréquentée. L'autonomie et le casier à glaçons dans le logement. La décoration et le calme.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas au RDV donc ils ont du intervenir.

L’emplacement était vraiment pratique et parfait pour nous. Beaucoup de lignes de transport étaient facilement accessibles, 15 min max à pieds de Hongdae, en fonction du convenience store 2-5 à pieds et pleins de restaurants et cafés autour.

Le fait que le ménage ne soit pas instinctif. À notre arrivée, le taie d’un des lits était assez usée qu’il semblait sale, donc nous voulions demander un changer de literie., sauf que si on faisait moins de 7 nuits, il faut payer des frais supplémentaires pour qu’on nettoie la chambre. Pour notre cas, nous avons plus de 7 nuits, donc nous avons eu un nettoyage gratuit, toutefois il fallait faire la demande à la réception sinon personne ne passait faire le ménage. Malgré cela, bien que les draps avaient été changés, les linges également, le sol était sale, surtout à l’entrée .😬

직원분들 너무 친절하시고 공유시설이랑 침구랑 다 너무 편하고 좋아요~~ 헬스장도 이용할수 있어서 아침마다 근력운동도 할수 있어요. 무엇보다도 애견 동반이 가능해서 애견인들에게 강추합니다!!

I really liked the location and the amenities that are available in the shared spaces. Quiet rooms, polite staff.

I REALLY didn't like the lack of amenities in the room - no brush, no slippers, no hand soap for the wash basin. They list this property as a hotel, but that's clearly not the case - it's more like a co-living space for remote workers and digital nomads. The AC vent filters weren't clean, which caused 1 day of ineffective cooling during our 2-day stay. While I would have said "that cannot be helped", I paid 300 USD for 2 nights, so this is really something I wouldn't expect for the super hefty price that I paid. If you increase prices to adjust for holiday demand, I think you should at least deliver a service that justifies it. I am giving this place a 3/10 because they (I presume unintentionally) represented themselves as a hotel when they clearly are not. Overall, a disappointing experience - the location was the only saving grace.

Perfect central location near the University green like (5min walk) Rooms are so cool + have personality. The lobby is. A travellers/backpackers dream!! Massage chairs (2,000KRW) for 15 mins while you wait for your laundry or just hang out, it’s a co working space. So you can study! The gym is big!! And had enough equipment. The staff are so friendly!! The rooms are spacious and sound proof for the most part 😂 they offer late check out if need be and are great with communication. There is a brunch space upstairs you HAVE TO Try!!
