Banaue Transient House Bed and Breakfast

Im so sorry to infirm you that they cancelled our reservations even I was just only asking some questions I want you to refund the money I paid and oay the amount I had to pay for a New hotel in Banawe. Sunce I was not the one who cancelled the reservation

Improper decision from the vert

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la maison de Maya. Accueil hors normes de sa part et de la part de Jaypee, qui nous a organisé sorties a la journée et trek de 2 jours. La maison est très bien située, a deux pas du marché et des magasins, très pratique. La présence de la route ne nous a pas gêné. Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il fait pour cuisiner.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and really well located. Which made our trip so memorable was Maya and Paul, they took us everywhere and shared their culture with us. We really feel at home and we are going to miss this place. We recommend this place

Centrally located in Banaue. Loft bed room area up a steep staircase over a large rustic living n kitchen area with large fridge and small bathroom/ shower with manually operated shower. Maya was a very helpful and friendly host fixing a few maintenance issues plus also was very helpful booking touring arrangements. Thks

Pack torch to negotiate steep staircase at night. Not able to read in bed at night as light switch downstairs. Also check re providing bathroom towels as international travellers don’t usually pack.

Our stay was in special circumstances as we ended up in the experience of a super-typhoon. Even in these circumstances, our host, Maya, has tried her best to offer us a good experience and to be available for any questions or requests even when it seemed all odds are against her. All in all, the location is really nice, close to the centre, with all basic amenities. Maya has arranged for us trips around the area at good value prices with an overall good authentic experience.

A basic Bed&Breakfast. Maya is a good host. She even arranged a 1 day tour for me with a great tour gide Nathan. Ask for Nathan!!! 👍

Maya - the host is a pleasure to be around! She has incredible English, one of the best we have experienced in Philippines. She was in contact as soon as we had booked to see if there was anything else she could help with. She booked the most amazing tour of Batad which was the highlight of our trip! We wished we had organised to have dinner and breakfast with the family (which is available with notice) as we had met most of the family (Maya's mother is also lovely with very good English) and would have really enjoyed that! Also incredible views!

Could have provided towels but not a big deal to us!

Maya is amazing with a smile and amazing service. She connected us to an excellent guide for a challenging and beautiful 3-day trek Very helpful

The host very nice and kind. The apartment fully equipped, wifi super, everything clean. We appreciated the garbage sorting.

Closed to the road, could be for some people too noise

The owner was really nice and very professional. She organized our visit to Batad rice terraces and some other view deck and village trip. She also recommend some restaurants and food delivered in the house. The tour guide and driver was nice also. We enjoy our stay in banaue. Thank you ! 💓💕

Everything here was great! After our bus from Manila broke down we were 6 hours late to arrive in Bamaue but were still greeted with a tricycle transfer holding a sign with our names and a big smile. Not to mention brewed coffee on arrival and an absolutely breathtaking view! Maya was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We only had a short time in Banaue but she managed to organise a tricycle (her wonderful father!) and two separate guides to Batad and Hapao terraces so we covered a lot in one day. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day. The view from the porch with a coffee in the morning is unbelievable.

Host was super flexible - we arrived an hour earlier at 5:30am and we were given the keys right away before we started the tour

Was a bit cold, but with extra blankets provided we were ok.

Maya is the best host who can meet. She and her family open their house for you. She is very nice and ready to help you with anything you need. The house is spacious, clean and close to the centre of Banaue. You can rely on super Arnold to take of the rice fields. One of the places we stayed best in our two month trip to the Philippines.
