Reviewed May 24, 2026Riad Appart Arwa was very clean and spacious, excellent value for money. It is convenient for travellers who need a stay close to Marrakech airport. The breakfast was good and plenty to start the day, and fore me an a friend this was ahead of starting a 4 day trek to ascend Mount Toubkal. I left my phone charging cable at the Riad Appart Arwa and only realised when towards Imlil, I contacted Yassine at the Riad Appart Arwa anbd he said he'd found it. When I was back in Marrakech on the Monday evening at a different Riad Yassine helped courier it over to me - which was great, thanks Yassine!
Water pressure in the shower could have been better, as it was a little bit under powered.

Reviewed May 23, 2026It’s an amazing apartment, it’s clean and organized. Super big and charming. The decor is traditional and pleasant. The staff is very kind. Yassine gave us recommendations on what to do in Marrakesh.
The main problem is the location. The apartment is a bit far from the city center - about 20 minutes by car, in a bit of an isolated area behind the airport.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Vicinanza all'aeroporto per i primi voli della mattina. Zona tranquilla, piena di famiglie e bambini che giocano nella pacifica piazzetta sottostante. Yassine gentilissimo e super disponibile: ci ha organizzato i trasporti e portato la colazione alle 4.30 del mattino con vera spremuta di arance fresche. Appartamento molto spazioso e impeccabile in stile tipico.
Manca un kettle per caffè/tea.

La atención del propietario fue exquisita y nos atendió en todo momento y nos ayudó en todo aquello que le pedimos facilitándonos la estancia.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Nous avons été accueillis par Yassine, qui parle très bien le français, avec un thé à la menthe, bouteilles d'eau...qui a été super du début à la fin. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes et nous donner d’excellents conseils pour notre séjour. Il nous a même commandé un taxi, car conduire à Marrakech peut vite devenir compliqué avec les nombreux embouteillages. Le chauffeur nous a déposés directement près de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui était très pratique. L’appartement est grand, propre et joliment décoré. La place de parking juste devant est un vrai plus, tout comme la proximité avec l’aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits locaux, et servi sur le rooftop : un moment très agréable pour commencer la journée. C'était très bien !

Il proprietario Yassine è un ragazzo d'oro, la sua cortesia, gentilezza e il suo sorriso ti illuminano la giornata! Colazione fantastica e cena con tajine di pollo ottimo (assolutamente il migliore che abbiamo mangiato durante la nostra permanenza in Marocco)! Riad a meno di 10 minuti dall'aereoporto e a meno di 10 minuti dal centro!

Es hat alles perfekt geklappt und auch wenn wir bereits um 7h abreisen mussten haben sie uns einen Orangensaft und Brot gebracht. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und riesig. Das Abendessen haben wir auf der Dachterrasse des Riads eingenommen. Es war lecker. Kommunikation per Whatsapp hat super funktioniert.
Das Bett war hart und eher unbequem.

Apres le repas ils nous ont demande de payer en liquide. Nous reprenions l avion le matin et devions partir à 5h du mat donc pas de liquide. Le patron a l autre bout du fil n a rien voulu savoir. Nous avons fait 4 distributeurs de banque cela ne fonctionnait pas. Nous etions accompagnés par le personnel qui etait en communicatiin avec le patron!!! Finalement le patron a bien voulu un virement !!!! En 2026, paiement en liquide refuser autre paiement de nuit sans nous avoir prevenu . C est inadmissible. Finalement, on a tres peu dormi et profité du Riad.

Si on a des problèmes avec les escaliers préférer l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée il y en a trois identiques sur trois étages. Yassine qui gère l'hôtel est adorable très présent et aux petits soins pour vous exceptionnel pour Marrakech

Ha fatto dei regali ai nostri bambini, si è svegliato alle 3.30 per noi, ci ha portato la cena in appartamento dopo che per un inconveniente ci avevano cancellato il volo e le sue colazioni sono da cucina stellata. The host Yassin was amazing, really welcoming and supportive, although we stayed a short amount of time he's given us his support throughout the whole time we're in Morocco and we really appreciate it. Cleaning could be much better (dirty carpets). Bed linen was synthetic and the cover was old and sad. The room was cold (they could have heated it up as they knew about the arrival, we booked our taxi through them). The bathroom is very far from the huge apartment, not very comfortable to get to. There is no heating in the bathroom.

Очень удобен отель для путешественников на машине, парковочное место прямо у двери в отель, тихий и спокойный двор. Можно не ездить в центр на машине, где большие проблемы с парковкой. От отеля до Медины ехали на такси 15 минут, обратно чуть дольше (зависит от трафика). Очень спокойный, вежливый и предупредительный Ясмин, который приготовил нам поздний и очень вкусный ужин ( мы приехали из Мерзуги довольно поздно. Организовал такси и в город и обратно. По приезду встретил и помог добраться до отеля. Наш навигатор немного заблудился. В общем, советуем путешественникам этот отель.

Das Team ist sehr hilfreich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. In Gehdistanz findet man einige gute Restaurants, die vorwiegend von Einheimischen frequentiert werden.

L'endroit était un peu difficile à trouver, malgré l'aide de Google Maps, et se trouve, à distance à pied, un peu loin des commerces & restaurants ( +/- 20 minutes ).

Living room was the most comfortable of all. Bathroom is so clean and beautiful. It’s in a normal neighborhood no tourists in sight. Awesome
