We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff, location, food, interiors - all perfect. We would highly recommend for a relaxing stay, outside the busy town centre.

incredibly designed space, very calm and serene, surrounded by nature. The staff was amazing, super helpful and kind and the food was great. for us the location was great as well, a short taxi ride away from the noise of the old city, and a 15 minute bike ride from the nearest beach.

the blinds in the room were hard to close. but really that’s it, everything else was just wonderful.

Very nice place and very friendly and helpfull staff !

- included breakfast is extremely good with a choice of local dishes or continental breakfast. The kitchen is also open the rest of the day. We loved their seafood pancake (Banh Xeo) - bikes are available for use all the time, easy to ride around to nearby locations during non peak traffic. Otherwise it is easy to book a Grab car or scooter to get around. - Really peaceful environment surrounded by trees and rice fields. It was hot when we were there and the pool was great for cooling off. - Relaxing atmosphere with minimal restrictions - Comfortable rooms. It was very hot when we were there but the room had good AC and fan. - Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Hoi and Ha were great hosts - The dogs and cat on the property were so cute and sweet.

Wir hatten ganz wunderbare 9 Tage in der An Villa: die Anlage ist ein Traum, eine Oase im Grünen, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Frühstück und Restaurant top aber das beste sind die Angestellten, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllten und uns auch bei sämtlichen Ausflügen behilflich waren. Ganz besonders hat uns der Pool gefallen und dass es jeden Tag ein anderes vietnamesisches Frühstück gibt (daneben gibt es auch eine westliche Variante). Die Lage zwischen Strand und Altstadt fanden wir auch ideal. Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Si on veut manger à l’hôtel, les horaires sont contraignants, le choix est très restreint et les horaires sont limités (après 20:00, plus de personnel)

An oasis of peace and kindness. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to everyone! My daughter Ada fell in love with this place, and the swimming pool is a little slice of paradise, perfect for cooling off. The food is excellent too! Just a 10-minute taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to everything you need. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff were welcoming and polite. The architecture represents Vietnam very well! And we miss An the dog already :)

Comfortable, clean and helpful and kind staff, especially Hoi, who was wonderful.

Wonderful staff, all with such different personalities. Location was great - only 10-15 min ride into Hoi An old town. Very peaceful and feels like you're in a hideaway. We had studio 1 which was lovely - it had its own private garden and an outdoor bath (bring bubble bath because they don't sell it in Hoi An). The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. We stayed a whole week as we wanted to take it easy and relax instead of packing everything in 3 days and we didn't regret it.

Het is een kleinschalige met respect opgezet en uitgebaat hotel. Super lieve mensen, typisch Vietnamees ingericht. Wat buiten het centrum, 10/15 min old town met scooter of auto. Zetten enorm in op respect voor de omgeving en cultuur, een voorbeeld voor velen.

Het is wat ingesloten, wat ook wel cosy is. Wij verbleven eerst enkele dagen aan zee. Hoi An beviel ons zo dat we verlengde en afwisselde met een hotel dichterbij de stad.

Very peaceful place to escape the busyness of the old town. The staff are beyond wonderful and full of great tips! They made we want to visit Hoi An every year

Such wonderful and friendly staff! The food is diverse and wonderful, and we took daily use of their free bikes around the neighborhood.

The neighborhood dogs get loud at night, but only a problem with open windows.

Wifi is slow a bit but it’s not a problem of the resort itself

Breakfast was varied and of high quality and the fruit served was extremely fresh. Staff were exceptional at catering to specific needs such as supplying non dairy alternatives. The location was perfect with easy access to the river, beach and surrounding countryside.

We don’t see any improvements needed although we do prefer non smoking environments. Very few guests did smoke.

Le fait que le bungalow soit à l’écart de la ville est extrêmement reposant. Les vélos à disposition sont très agréables et permettent de faire de belles balades de la ville. La piscine permet de bien profiter du calme de l’hôtel. La décoration est exceptionnelle. L’accueil et l’adaptation du personnel est un point en plus.

A small paradise on earth - away from the interesting, busy and noisy old quarter. Kind of an isolated oase. Staf really helpfull. Rented the “bungalow” with an open bathtub - heaven!!! Recommendation: rent scooter and take off and experience the countryside on own. Important: select “walking” in Google maps to ride on secondary tracks/roads. They also have bicycles for free - short distances to the beach, but also interesting ride to the old quarter.

Very hard to say

This was such an oasis from the bustle of Hoi An! Easy to get into old town by grab or to the beach, local markets etc. The staff were very friendly and kind and the food was delicious. The rooms are secluded and feel very private and peaceful. We will pick this accommodation again if we come back to Hoi An, it was perfect!

The rooms are cozy, clean, beautifully decorated and confortable. The room is equipped with an a/c and fan. They also have a mosquito net if required and mosquito spray at the room We stayed in 2 rooms as we decided to extend the stay and the second one was a beautiful upgrade with a bath tub. Staff is amazing and helpful The breakfast is a la carte and made upon request

This is truly an amazing place! The atmosphere, the buildings, and the overall setting—along with the staff—were all exceptional. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and featured a large balcony with comfortable chairs. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection and the comfortable restaurant setting. The location, situated between the centre of Hoi An and the beach, was perfect. We can highly recommend this wonderful place!

Der Aufenthalt in der An villa war für uns vielleicht der schönste auf unserer gesamten Reise! Sowohl das Zimmer, der Außenbereich mit tollem Garten, das Frühstück und vor allem das Personal - es war wirklich alles so so toll! Danke ☺️ wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen.

We hebben acht nachten verbleven in An Villa Boutique Resort in Hoi An en het was werkelijk een fantastische ervaring. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons enorm welkom. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en oprecht gastvrij. Niets was te veel gevraagd en je voelt dat ze er alles aan doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij verbleven in een bungalow, en die was verrassend ruim en bood heel veel privacy. Het voelde echt als een eigen plekje, een kleine cocon van rust. Wat het voor ons extra bijzonder maakte, was dat we ons eten op het terras konden laten serveren. Dat gaf een heel intieme, ontspannen sfeer die perfect paste bij de setting. Ook het eten zelf was heerlijk — vers, smaakvol en met zorg bereid. Je merkt dat er aandacht zit in alles. Wat dit verblijf echt uniek maakt, is de rust. Het resort voelt als een oase, weg van de drukte, maar tegelijk ligt het heel dichtbij Hoi An. Na een dag vol indrukken in de stad is het zalig om hier terug te komen en gewoon te vertragen. Voor ons voelde het niet als een hotel, maar als een thuis. We zouden zonder twijfel teruggaan. 🤍

We loved our stay so much, what a gorgeous place! An absolute highlight of our trip. Our room was perfect, the staff were amazing, even organising massages in our room. We used the resort push-bike to ride into town. Getting Grab scooters wasnt an issue. Breakfast each morning was super yummy. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will certainly be having about this place for a long time to come

This resort is a charming gem a bit outside Hoi An's old city. It is located close to beautiful beaches, in the midst of a lush and charming neighborhood. We stayed in the studio apartment in the upper floor of the villa, and it was perfect! The studio was private and spacious for two people, clean and beautifully decorated with items from local artists and craftsmen. The restaurant and pool area was very relaxing, and the food was freshly homemade. The staff was super helpful, welcoming and professional - they all made our stay perfect. We also enjoyed the free bikes that made it easy to get to the beach. We already miss this place!

Absolutely great hotel. Such a beautiful little paradise. Rooms are spacious and very cosy. Soft and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really tasty and made with a mot of care. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. Bonus points for the two lovely dogs.

Die Anlage war sehr schön – mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Zimmer, alles sehr idyllisch im Dschungel gelegen. Das Essen war gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung; man kam relativ gut in die Stadt, und es war problemlos möglich, einen Roller zu organisieren. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Anlage und haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt.

Wir müssen nur noch die Bezahlung vom Scooter hinbekommen ;-) was auch funktionieren wird.

Our favourite place on the who trip. The most expensive but worthwhile for a lovely 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem. In a great location. Close to Hoi An, next to some beautiful rice fields, a river and some village coffee shops and restaurants. Nice room, comfy bed, amazing staff. Helped me with an emergency andI will be very grateful for this.

This villa was an absolute paradise. It was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful tropical scenery—exactly what we were hoping for in Vietnam. The atmosphere was so relaxing that it truly felt like a private escape. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were beyond excellent—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They really took care of everything we needed, always going the extra mile with a smile. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after from start to finish. The food was also very, very good—honestly amazing. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a quiet, tropical getaway with outstanding service, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

An Villa is een prachtig aangelegde en ingerichte accommodatie. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Het team van receptionistes is superlief en behulpzaam. Je krijgt een warm welkom. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en ik zou er ook zeker een keer gaan dineren. Met liefde bereid en heel lekker. Op An Bang beach is Soul Kitchen een fijne plek. Het Réhahn museum in Hoi An is schitterend, sla deze niet over. We zijn ook naar het bamboo circus geweest. Aanrader, maar ga voor de goedkoopste rang, het zicht is overal goed. We verbleven 6 nachten in An Villa en hebben genoten, dank 🙏

Houd rekening met wat gehorigheid van de andere kamers. Ikzelf heb oordoppen en daar geen last van.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un lieu véritablement magique. De la décoration au confort de la chambre, en passant par la gentillesse et l’attention des hôtesses, sans oublier la cuisine délicieuse, tout était absolument parfait. J’ai vécu un séjour de rêve dont je me souviendrai longtemps. À une prochaine fois, je l’espère.

Ruhig: gute Erholung von dem Trubel in Hoi An!

À l’écart du bouillonnement de la ville, An Villa est un doux refuge. La chambre était d’un charme traditionnel adorable, et le personnel a été d’une amabilité touchante.

A bit isolated / remote

Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt. Das Resort ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grün, ruhig und nachhaltig (es gibt zB Wasser in Glasflaschen und gefiltert zum Auffüllen), absolut sauber und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Team ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, steht mit Rat und Tat für Ausflüge, Kochkurse, Rollermiete etc. zur Seite. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder, mit denen man in 15 Min. in Hoi An ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut, es wird alles frisch und auf Wunsch auch vegetarisch zubereitet. Ich persönlich finde die Lage etwas ab von Hoi Ans Trubel in kleinem Village sehr gut, muss man aber wollen. Zum Strand sind es 10 Min. mit dem Roller. Guter Supermarkt (Moonmilk) fußläufig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Kurzum: Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder buchen und mich richtig darauf freuen.

Nix, wir hatten wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Ein ruhiges Resort für Paare und Familien, nichts für Partysuchende.

Rooms were a little humid, but they gave us a dehumidifier.

El ambiente, el carácter y el cuidado hasta el último detalle. Una joya escondida dentro de una zona rural muy auténtica. El personal y las instalaciones han permitido hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable.

Small, rustic resort run by the most lovely and helpful staff. We were so happy to have booked this relaxing accommodation at the end of our holiday in Vietnam, the food at the restaurant was delicious and the push bikes made it easy (and adventurous) to get around. We booked the 3br villa, perfect for our family of 5. The set up suited our slightly older children. The pool was refreshing and always clean, and the staff were always on hand to help when we needed. A typhoon was passing during our first two days so the staff helped us to book indoor activities and in-room massages, it was a lovely slow pace to round out a wonderful vacation.

Some of the interiors were slightly moldy (eg. curtains) and there’s a damp smell in the rooms.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit in der An Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und es fühlt sich sehr gemütlich an, dort zu sein. Das Frühstück schmeckt hervorragend und auch das Restaurant bietet tolle Gerichte an. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und das ganze Team unterstützt sehr herzlich und engagiert bei Fragen und Anliegen (auch per Whatsapp den Aufenthalt über). Wir können Ann Villa wärmstens empfehlen, danke für die tolle Zeit.
