The rooms were lovely including the bathrooms. The pool looked nice enough. The rooftop bar was decent with a pool table and darts.

The pool was lovely and the rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, kind and welcoming. There is nothing better than being taken care of as soon as you walk into a hotel. The staff made our stay very special!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles, worum wir gebeten haben, wurde sofort erledigt und man hat sich wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten viel Platz, die Badewanne draußen war ein echtes Highlight und insgesamt war es sehr angenehm und entspannend. Es gibt mehrere Pools, wodurch es trotz anderer Gäste nie überfüllt oder laut wirkte. Man konnte dort wirklich wunderbar abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen. Ein Punkt, den wir etwas schade fanden, war die Reinigung. Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und jeden Tag kam zwar eine Dame vorbei, die den Müll mitgenommen und die Handtücher gewechselt hat, allerdings wurde während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Gerade bei einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen hätten wir uns zwischendurch eine gründlichere Reinigung gewünscht. Beim Essen war es etwas unterschiedlich: Manche Gerichte waren wirklich gut, andere haben uns weniger überzeugt – ein bisschen Glückssache. Das Frühstück dagegen war sehr umfangreich und wirklich toll. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders die freundlichen Menschen, die ruhige Atmosphäre, die vielen Pools und die großzügige Unterkunft haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir würden den Aufenthalt insgesamt auf jeden Fall positiv bewerten.

The property was very clean and the staff were very accommodating, helpful, and warm. This is my first time traveling in Vietnam and my stay here made it very memorable. Around the area: There is an atm nearby which really helped us a lot. A lot of pharmacies and spa were also present around the area. The breakfast buffet offered healthy food options. What I liked the most about this hotel is that there is a quiet zone sign so we had a peaceful sleep after our trips and tours. Whenever we returned, water is already re-filled and our room is already clean which we appreciate. Old town is accessible by grab and there are times we’d like to be away from the crowd so we could just take a grab and go to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for those who would like to have a chill and relaxing stay in Hoi An ☺️🩵✨

Zeer behulpzaam personeel, fijne kamer, hygiënisch

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Wir haben sogar einen Upgrade bekommen und hatten einen Balkon mit dabei. Der Pool hat an heißen Tagen richtig gut getan. Ist. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben einen Roller gemietet und die Fahrräder konnte man umsonst ausleihen.

Leider waren die Fahrräder nicht am besten Zustand. Die Bremsen waren Defekt bzw. Gegen teilweise echt schlecht und abends zu. Wäre es toll gewesen, wenn das Fahrrad auch ein Licht gehabt hätte. Leider haben wir im Restaurant zum Abendessen sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung warten müssen. Zum bestellten rindersteak gab es leider nur ein Buttermesser zum Schneiden.

Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv möchte ich erwähnen, wie professionell das Hotel mit einer Situation während unseres Aufenthalts umgegangen ist. Das Team hat schnell und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert und uns mit einer wunderbaren Geste entgegengekommen. Damit war die Angelegenheit für uns bestens gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Massage, die ich im Hotel gebucht habe, war hervorragend und wurde sehr professionell durchgeführt. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es direkt vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle auf der Straße. Das Hotel hat die Situation sehr gut organisiert, sodass wir davon kaum beeinträchtigt wurden. Auch unsere Transfers wurden problemlos organisiert und private Fahrzeuge für uns bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

L’accueil, la qualité des chambres, le personnel est très serviable et au petit soin. Le Spa est aussi très bien.

The breakfast was very good, location was splendid and the bikes! Loved ou 10 day stay. Staff were amazing, we booked this last minute, we oroginally planned to stay in Danang but changed our mind. Walkable to old town, still easy 10 minute grab away. Delicious 2 for 1 cocktails! Go ahead and book, highly recommended

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à quelques minutes en scooter de Old Town. L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre était vraiment sympa avec balcon, c’était propre et confortable. La literie était top 👍🏽 J’ai aimé le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine était agréable après une longue journée en ville. Le prêt de vélos pour se balader dans la ville. J’ai aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is a rich buffet style. Big swimming pool, next to their lovely restaurant. You have free bicycles and free shuttle service to the old town & to the beach.

It is not far from the center, but it's too hot for walking so you need a grab ride. While staying their, the road was under construction so it was noisy and inconvenient (It wasn't the hotel responsibility).

Wonderful boutique hotel. Lovely clean modern swimming pool. Good selection at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment which was fantastic and exactly met our needs.

Location wasn't ideal but we did know this when we booked. The hotel shuttle was somewhat useful but only went at certain times. We had to use a lot of taxis as we were travelling with small children.

The staff were really helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed everything: very rich breakfast, the complimentary afternoon tea and jacuzzi in our room. The receptionists were always friendly and helped to organise excursions for our family.

Struttura stupenda, con camere bellissime e letti comodi dotati di topper. La vasca da bagno è il tocco in più! La colazione è ottima e offre molta varietà e lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo provato anche la piscina e la SPA e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione leggermente defilata rispetto al centro, cosa che permette una maggiore tranquillità.

Điều tôi thích nhất là sự quan tâm của nhân viên đến khách chi tiết nhỏ nhất. Tôi có cảm giác như ở nhà rất thoải mái sạch sẽ tiện nghi. Đồ ăn ngon tôi có thể thưởng thức món cuốn của địa phương trong tiệc trà chiều free. Rau thơm rất tươi sạch sẽ cọng nhỏ nhìn organic và lành bạn nên thử nhé

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Mooie grote kamer en goede badkamer. Meerdere diensten bieden ze aan zoals gratis shuttle tot privéstrand en de stad. Toen we terugkwamen van het strand was er veel zand in ons kamer. We vroegen een borstel maar de poetsvrouw stond 5 minuten later al aan ons deur en deed het zelf. Ook thee momentjes in de namiddag en korting voor lunch/diner. Lekker theetje en koekje en goede uitleg bij inchecken. Hielden ons bagage bij op de laatste dag en mochten nog gebruik maken van het zwembad tot we weg gingen naar het vliegveld, super!!

De locatie is niet in het centrum maar met een grab ben je er snel en ze regelen ook shuttle diensten dus dit is oke.

La proximité avec le centre et en même temps au calme dans cette rue. Le petit déjeuner frais et copieux et la propreté de l’établissement. Nous sommes parti tôt à l’aéroport il nous ont préparé des box petit déjeuner c’était adorable.

Sur l’annonce est indiqué plage privé il y a bien une navette qui emmène à une plage mais elle n’est pas privé et ce n’est pas la meilleur.
