Vị trí rất thuận tiện để đi viếng Lăng Bác

Không gian ấm cúng, đủ tiện nghi và rộng rãi cho người đến du lịch và nghỉ lại ngắn ngày. Bác chủ rất thân thiện và dễ tính dù tụi mình check in và check out đều trễ (mưa điên huhu). Nếu có dịp tụi mình sẽ ghé lần nữa và dài ngày hơn.

The landlord was very welcoming and a kind old man. The room was excellent value for money. The landlord helped me with my luggage, and they waited for me even though I arrived too late on my first day. The room was generally very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room wasn't very clean and had cockroaches, but given Vietnam's climate, I guess that's unavoidable. The toilet is in an outdoor corridor. It's been quite uncomfortable these past few days due to the extremely high temperature.

Convenient for short stay. Comfortable bed with good flooring. Located close to the botanical park and many shops. Toilet is interestingly located outside the room at one end of the balcony. Washing machine can be used for free. The balcony serves as a good place to dry your laundry. The room also comes equipped with a kettle for hot water. Overall, the place gave a traditional feel with all furniture and floor made of good solid wood.

For the price you pay, the facilities are not much. There's no fridge and kitchenette. There are other places equipped with all these for better prices. Table and chair are not suited for working on laptop, only for dining.

Sàn cầu thang hơi kêu chút, nhưng đó không phải là trở ngại lắm, nếu chủ sửa lại đc là rất tốt.

住宿入口在一個巷子裡。 老闆人非常好，總是笑臉迎人，感覺非常舒服。 床非常大，兩人睡也很舒服！

冷氣稍不涼，但房間有附兩台電風扇，所以還行。

Дом находиться недалеко от мавзолея Хо Ши Мина, достопримечательности все обошла пешком. Лендлорд очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный, помог поднять и спустить тяжелые чемоданы, разрешил ранний заезд бесплатно. Написал куда и как добираться, какие автобусы ходят. Ао всем вопросам терпеливо отвечал. Мне очень понравилось пребывание тут и во многом это заслуга хозяина.

Emplacement pas si stratégique que ça mais sympa quand même

La gentillesse du gérant, aux petits soins avec vous. La situation géographique (proche du grand lac, du mausolée, des bus...). Le bon rapport qualité/prix.

La propreté moyenne (beaucoup de cheveux parterre). Le bruit environnant (comme un peu partout à Hanoï, les motos, les voitures, les travaux en tout genre... du petit matin jusqu'au soir!). Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre.

El dueño es muy amable y te ayudará con lo que necesites: transporte al aeropuerto, horario de autobuses…No esperes grandes lujos. Relación calidad precio está muy bien.

La ducha no tiene mampara, simplemente está al lado del lavabo.

Vì bọn mình muốn viếng lăng Bác nên chọn chỗ nghỉ này, rất gần lăng Bác. Cô chú chủ nhà cũng rất thân thiện với khách du lịch!

Mình hơi bất ngờ vì nhà vệ sinh ko nằm trong phòng mà ở cạnh bên thôi. Anyway thì cũng không có dùng chung nhà vệ sinh với phòng khác. Nếu phòng ngủ có gương toàn thân hoặc ít nhất 1 cái gương soi sẽ ok hơn nhiều, hơi bất tiện vì mỗi lần soi gương lại chạy vào nhà vệ sinh.

Phòng nghỉ gần những điểm du lịch mình có thể thăm quan, sự đón tiếp của chủ trọ cho thuê dễ chịu, ân cần.

nhà khá sạch, nhưng lên lầu 3 quá cao, vác hành lý thật sự mệt khủng vì mình đi dài ngày nên hành lý quá trời, thuận tiện đi lăng bác và các chỗ lân cận, đợt mình đi book taxi bị từ chối miết do kẹt xe hay sao ấy, hoàn toàn là đi bộ chơi, đến chiều tối về mới book dc xe về, nhà trong hẽm nhỏ nên xe vào k dc nhé, ra đầu dg đón xe phải nhanh chóng lên vì rất dễ kẹt xe, đầu đường có tiệm bánh ngot ok, giá thì thấy mắc hơn trên sg nhiều, nhung ăn ổn

vì leo cầu thang cao 3 tầng, k có ai hỗ trợ vác phụ chỉ có mình bác chủ nhà. ban đầu có liên lạc trc bác nói có ng phụ vác không lo, nhung lúc tới chỉ có mình bác thôi, nhà là gia đình vừa ở vừa cho thuê, nên k có ng phụ

Uncle was the loveliest and super accommodating, I was able to store my luggage while I went to the north provinces for a couple of days. The room was super comfy and clean, I stayed in two different rooms during my trip (4 people room and 2 people room) and they were both very cozy. The homestay is located in a less touristy area which was super nice.

Location is perfect… The owner is very nice. The bed is comfortable.

Wish the hotel have a fridge.

Clothes drying was provided.

The room was good but the wardrobe was not clean. It was dusty and the drawers had kids toys. The dustbin was very small. When i called the owner to provide water earlier, he disconnected all my calls & after making 6 calls, he sent a lady with water in a jug. The website did not mention that the room was on the 4th floor which was misleading. The room wasn’t cleaned the 2nd day. The Air conditioner kept making a sound in the middle of the night, due to which my sleep got disturbed. The owner was elderly so i suggest that he keeps a staff who can carry the luggage to the rooms.

楼下就有免费的E11公交车，覆盖主要景点，出行体验非常好，楼下的面包店也很热门，每天很多本地人来买面包蛋糕，周围不远都有很多饮食店，吃东西很方便，在著名景点旁。房东非常客气和热情，依情况可以提前办理入住或寄存行李，退房后也可寄存行李，非常愉快的旅行体验，很推荐

Địa điểm gần các khu tham quan, chủ nhà thân thiện, cho check in sớm. Giường rộng, thoải mái.

Cúp điện nguyên đêm nhưng không có bồi thường. Lý do cúp điện: Vì homestay không chịu được trọng tải điện cao, họ không sửa được và có vẻ như họ khó có thể có giải pháp lâu dài cho điều này. Không có chỗ để xe máy đảm bảo (Họ nói có chỗ để xe nhưng chỉ để ngoài trời, cung cấp khoá càng nhưng miễn trách nhiệm nếu mất mát). Có thể gửi xe cách đó 30m nhưng phải trả phí 20-30k/đêm. Ga trải giường hơi cũ. Khăn tắm cũng khá cũ nên tôi không muốn dùng. Khi tắm thì nước thoát chậm, ngập lênh láng. Phòng có gián. Tôi để quả vải trên bàn, sáng hôm sau một con gián chết trên đó.

Smooth and fast check in, friendly staff, very good size of the room and everything sparkling clean. The room is extremely well equipped for any weather - has separate heating, fan and air conditioning. Great neighbourhood that is fairly green, has some nice local restaurants and cafés around, the bakery right next to the building is also good and affordable. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend!

Host is amazing, helpful and always go out of his way to offer any helps that you would need.

Had to keep dry clothes outside and shower pressure is quite good and it can reach to the heating rail ( where we hang clothes)

I liked the location. It was quiet, although the place is in the center of the city. The room itself was clean and cozy. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed.

A beautiful clean home that was quiet and peaceful. The owners were real nice upon check in but I didn't see them afterwards, which I liked, lots of privacy, walking distance to a lot of sites like the Ho Chi Mihn Musem, Mausoleum and more. You will understand why it's called Da Tree House if you stay.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay, my only dislike was not having time to interact with the owners. Also, the bed was firm as in usual eastern cultures which I love, but some westerners might not share the same view, the room is typical bedroom size, so those traveling with a lot of luggage might feel cramped, solo travelers with little luggage will feel at home.

Host was friendly despite speaking very little English. We were able to leave our bags for free for a few hours after check out which was very helpful. Key fob to get in and out of the building.

Location is a bit out of the way but was easy enough to get a taxi/grab into more central locations. The homestay is down an alley in the corner of the street and the signage for it isn't great so took us a while to find but eventually found it (da tree homestay sign is on the door only). Our room as on the first floor as you walk in the building with a privacy screen between the lobby area and our bathroom. This didn't end up being an issue but made it feel a bit less private. Could also hear motorbikes going down the alley however this may have just been as we were on the first floor so windows and doors were closer to the noise.

The host was absolutely lovely. The place is neat, clean, and pretty quiet considering you're still in Hanoï. We felt super safe and comfortable here during our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Very comfy and homey feel. The owners were lovely and accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was in a separate room on the balcony but no issues with that! Close to bakery’s, botanical gardens and ho chi min museum.

It’s not in the old quarter, near the night markets but easy enough to get a taxi!

The owners were the sweetest hosts I ever had. The room is really cleaning, and the layout super original! I shall come back without even hesitating.

We liked having an air conditioned and cosy room in central Hanoi. The bed was comfortable and the room had tea making facilities and bottled water provided each day. The ensuite bathroom was great. The owner was very friendly, and even allowed us to check in during the small hours of the morning.

The location is slightly far from the Old Quarter, which didn't bother us at all but may be something to consider for others.

Can hear outside noise from inside, down an alleyway so hard to find, and the water pressure could be stronger.

the owner it’s SO NICE!!! he did so much for us and i will be forever grateful, we made a mistake while booking and he helped us in order to stay and extra night and he helped us move our stuff from one room to another! also he waited for us when we had to make a really late check in (we ended up saying like 4 nights) everything is clean plus the room has coffe and tea and everything you need thank you for everything!!

Everything was perfect, very sweet and discreet owners, the room beautiful, clean, spacious and with every comfort, free coffee, tea and water, impeccable bathroom. Long story short for the quality of this accomodation the price is very low compared to the others in Hanoi. Really recommended!
