Nothing

We got to the hotel and were told that their rooms were full and they would take us to another hotel. We showed them our booking details and they still said there was no room available. We walked away and had to go and find our own hotel at 9pm.

nothing

The hotel owners are thugs . Place to avoid by all means . On 15th dec they asked us to check out at 7.30 , we checked out at 8.30 , then they charged us rs700/- for late check out and after taking the payment they did not even let us stay a minute longer .

Nothing

Everything from room to service, nothing I found good, room is not properly clean, bad smailing, WiFi signal very poor, overall nothing I like

Reception and other staffs were polite and and helping.

Dirty pillows dirty toilet broken electric plugs,

Stayed here only until our night train departed Delhi. Central location. Okay for a short stay.

You get what you pay for, it’s very good value, whilst the rooms could do with some TLC they are clean enough and the staff are very helpful. Hot water and good WiFi. Well situated for railway station and metro

nothing

the hotel situated on one of the most noisy and dirty street. Life is never stop there and you can hear every piece of it. The hotel itself is extremely old building. the rooms have nothing common with the photos. In reality they are very small, very dirty, bedlinen was explote and dirty. there was no hot water in my room. well it was, but not all the time I need it. the staff was very goodwilling , but when I ask to return money, as we move in the other hotel, they refused to refund.
