There were no staff. You had to get codes to enter, which when you arrive tired, having to call people just to get in the building is really bad. Other people arrived having the same issues so we ended up having to help them get in. There was no breakfast, and you just felt a little unsafe with it being completely unstaffed.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, contrairement à ce que j’avais souhaité réserver sur Booking. Il n’y a aucun personnel uniquement des codes à composer pour rentrer dans l’hôtel et dans la chambre. On ne peut pas laisser son bagage puisque, il n’y a aucune surveillance. La Literie est assez inconfortable et la décoration très médiocre. Comme ce n’est pas un hôtel évidemment il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner. La chambre est petite et il y a énormément de bruit de la rue et des chambres au-dessus un séjour très désagréable et absolument pas en rapport au prix payé.

Està molt ben situat al centre, es pot anar a tot arreu caminant, i és una zona tranquil.la a la nit. També té una parada de l'Alilaguna molt a prop, així que no et cal caminar gaire estona pels carrers amb les maletes.
Res. Potser podria tenir una nevera petita a l'habitació per a millorar encara més.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I specifically reserved a room with a double bed (i.e. a double-bed frame and a double mattress) for myself and my partner, yet we were given two single mattresses pushed together, with nothing to cover or bridge the gap between them (like a mattress topper), making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I raised the issue, I was then accused of having booked the wrong room, despite my reservation clearly stating otherwise. I’ve noticed this happening more and more with hotel bookings in Europe, where hotels seem to consider a 'double bed' as two single beds pushed together, with or without a mattress topper. So be warned: even if you explicitly request a double bed, as I did, you may still end up with something completely different than what you paid for. This is particularly frustrating when hotels charge a higher rate for a double-bed room. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of effort from the hotel staff to resolve the problem. Not a single member of staff came to the room to address the issue in person. Instead, they remained behind their screens, sending us dismissive and inappropriate messages. Added to that, the hotel staff clearly knew they had made a mistake with the bed, because after sending a barrage of rude messages to me, they eventually offered to move us to another hotel on the other side of the Grand Canal. This was hardly a reasonable solution, particularly as we were travelling with my mother-in-law, who is almost 70 years old. Expecting her to repack and navigate across Venice, where getting from one side of the city to another can involve multiple bridges, narrow streets, crowded walkways, and confusing routes in almost 40-degrees heat was completely unfair and disrespectful. The hotel should've given us the correct room and bed type to begin with.

Prefiero hoteles con recepción, pero no es un punto determinante.

Aucun accueil, nous avons vu personne pendant notre séjour Pas de télé, possible en français Très compliqué pour se garer plus de 30 minutes à pied Pas du tout isolé au premier étage, il y avait une bouilloire commune pour tout le monde, mais pas d’eau pour la remplir il fallait soit descendre au rez-de-chaussée, soit monté au premier étage à notre chambre et encore la bouilloire ne passait pas sous le robinet de l’évier

Extremely good value. One of the best places I’ve stayed anywhere.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Antes mesmo da viagem, tive todo o suporte com a equipe do Hotel, sobre emitir os documentos, pagar as taxas,...foram muito solícitos e agradeço por isso. O quarto era confortável e a localização ótima! Tudo acontece autônomo. A hospedagem não possui atendentes, tudo feito on line e prático.
A localização é boa, fica na estação Academia do Vaporetto, é preciso atravessar uma grande ponte e escadas e andar uns 5 minutos até o hotel. Tranquilo se não estiver com muitas malas.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The location was great and we used both and Ferry to go everywhere kilos to Sam shopping centers a small supermarket and good restaurants. However there are so many issues than you have to go up and down every day especially when you arrive with heavy suitcases that was a big deal for me and at what Hard also taking shower. It was three of us. the first person take shower even for five minutes and the second person has to deal with the cold water and basically I took came out of the shower with most shampoo and conditioner in my hair other than that was OK and I did the same too many night. It was just tonight, but it was OK but water, hot water and breakfast and elevator was so important to me that didn’t have any of them.
Water does not get cold, elevator.

Pedimos una cama matrimonial y nos proveyeron una habitación con dos colchones de una plaza, uno pegado al otro, lo cual fue incómodo. Por otro lado, cuando llegamos había un insecto muerto pegado en una pared del baño, cuando nos fuimos tres días después seguía ahí pese a que habían limpiado la habitación cada día.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Βρίσκεται σε τέλεια τοποθεσία κυριολεκτικά 5 βήματα από το Campo San Stefan. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και είχε αφρόλουτρο, σαμπουάν, πιστολάκι, σίδερο και σιδερώστρα! Το check in γίνεται με κωδικούς και μπαίνοντας έχει luggage storage για να αφήσεις τα πραγματά σου και πριν και μετά.
Θα ήθελα έναν καθρέφτη κοντά σε πρίζα μέσα στο δωμάτιο γιατί είχε μόνο έναν μεσα στην ντουλάπα.

Quiet room with cold Air conditioning and comfortable bed. They have expresso machine, water bottles, and little snacks that were great. It was within a ten-minute walk to St Marks Piazza. Reviewed May 29, 2026The area is nice; near all the big attractions but far enough to have slightly smaller crowds. The pre-arrival check-in process went very smoothly. The onsite cleaning staff was courteous and professional.
A few more surfaces to place things in the room would be nice, and hooks for an extra place to hang clothes. Towel hooks or a rack in the bathroom would be nice.
