The best thing about this hotel is its location in the center of Nizwa, with easy access to nearby attractions and services.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was noticeable noise during the night, the shower was not functioning properly and caused water to splash outside the bathroom area, the toilet seat was unstable, and the room appeared dusty. These issues affected my comfort and rest, and I decided to check out after the first night despite having booked two nights.

Hotel je umiestnený v historickom centre s výhľadom na pevnosť. Bohužiaľ, okná nie sú zvukotesné a v izbe je počuť všetko, čo sa deje na ulici a ani v noci nie je kľud. Zvonku je vidno do izby, ak nie sú zatiahnuté závesy. Parkovanie je vzdialené 200-300 m. Rozpadajúca sa stolička doplnila obrázok zmaru.

بس نسيتو سجاد الصلاه زين لو تخله ف الغرفه وبعد اتركوا شبشب حال الحمام وياريت لو تركتوا فرشاه ومعجون وغيرو الكتل مال الشاي شويه فيه صدّا ممكن من عدم الااستخدام وترك المياه داخله مما أدي الي الصدا

Hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage des Hotels gegenüber vom Nizwa Fort. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen direkten Blick auf die Festung. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Frühstück zu bestellen, das in einem Bistro wenige Meter vom Hotel serviert wird. Das war sogar während des Ramadan möglich. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant, das sich auf dem Dach des Hotels befindet.

Leider gab es im Badezimmer keinen Duschvorhang, sodass beim Duschen das gesamte Badezimmer nass wurde.

View was amazing, in the center of Nizwa Souq and the restaurants were nearby. The staff were very acomodating. Will defintely recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Nizwa. Ahmed at the reception was amazing and very resposnive.

Das Hotel war toll, sauber und dafür, dass es in der Innenstadt lag, sehr ruhig. Das Personal, besonders der Rezeptionist, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die perfekte Lage direkt vor dem Nizwa Fort gab dem Ganzen noch das I-Tüpfelchen. Wir können es für den nächsten Oman-Urlaub nur empfehlen. The hotel was great, clean, and very quiet considering it was located in the city center. The staff, especially the receptionist, were also very friendly and helpful. The perfect location right in front of Nizwa Fort added the finishing touch. We can highly recommend it for your next vacation in Oman.

The place is incredible, comfortable, clean, the room is very nice and with amazing view. Staff is friendly. Location is very good, right in front of the fort and near parking spaces, close to the souk. It is also very quiet at night, we slept very well. The rooftop restaurant is great, amazing view and very good food. Staff very friendly and nice. Price was worth it, hopefully it stays the same!

The only thing i can say, it would be nice to have a shelf or some support in the bathroom to put toiletries, bags etc

Great location next to the fort and souq. There was great communication and the room was comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on the roof serving breakfast and evening meals which were really good. It is easy to park outside the hotel or nearby. Nizwa is an interesting town for an afternoon.

Best ubication, and he views from the room and from the terrace restaurant ware very beautiful. The room was lovely well decorated and the bed not big but enough to be comfortable.

They say the bathroom is outside the room but private with bath, bidets, shower… , no pictures about the bathroom situation so I thought was on the terrace or garden or something like this. NO, the bathroom is on the aisle/corridor NO bath, no bidet and the shower without plate and door a narrow place in front of the Wc.

I had a wonderful stay. The restaurant with its roof terrace offers an incredible view over Nizwa. The staff are extremely friendly and help with any problems. Thank you very much!

This accommodation is great. In the heart of Nizwa, right next to all the main attractions. If you stay here just one night, it is perfect for you, as you can just hop out and enjoy all the beauty of the city.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, justo en frente de la fortaleza. Habitación muy limpia y con vistas. Trato agradable.

El restaurante que está en el mismo edificio que el hotel es muy caro. El establecimiento no tiene desayunos y te envían a ese restaurante cuyos precios están muy encima del rango habitual en Omán.

La camera era un po' buia e con vista muro, consiglio di scegliere (se possibile) la camera con vista.

La chambre était bien décoré, très propre avec une magnifique vue. On ne peut pas faire meilleur emplacement. Un très bon restaurant est disponible sur le toit. Le personnel était très gentil

Le bémol est l’équipement de la salle de bain notamment la douche qui est quasiment au dessus des toilettes. Juste à noter que le parking n’est pas privé à l’hôtel et se trouve à environ 300m ( mais possibilité de se garer devant pour déposer les valises)

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec une très belle vue donnant sur la place et le fort (chambre 101 je crois). La chambre avait un fort potentiel (spacieuse, lits confortable, décoration conforme aux photos). L'hôtel est très central et l'on peut se promener dans tout le centre ville à pied. L'eau de la salle de bain est bien chaude si on le souhaite. Nous avons demandé quelques petits services qui nous ont été rendus rapidement et sans problème. Cependant ne pas s'attendre à des prestations type grand hôtel. Convivial et sympa mais pas luxueux. Le restaurant en haut de l'hôtel est très agréable , très bon, lui aussi avec une très belle vue et le personnel était d'une gentillesse rare

Il n'y avait pour les 3 lits aucun éclairage de chevet (nous avons cependant pu récupérer une petite lampe). Le jet d'eau du lavabo de la salle bain était mal réglé si bien qu'il fallait faire attention de ne pas être éclaboussé. Ces petits détails faciles à régler font le confort d'un lieu et un éclairage de plafonnier moyen, une attention à la décoration peut faire toute la différence pour une bonne appréciation.

Posizione ottima. La mia camera al secondo piano dava proprio sulla piazza con l'ingresso al forte. Cmarea molto ampia bango molto spazioso. Il risstorante sopra offre la colazione con sconto come ospite dell'Hotel.

Credo il parcheggio perchè non c'è vicino all'hotel . Ma non sono sicuro in quanto mi ci hanno accompagnato.

Facilities were poor. Lacks Maintenance. Electrics exposed. Broken tiles / missing tiles. Bathroom with yellow stuff in the corner and smelt damp too. They have Rooms with no windows so be aware. Resturant on top of level 2 so a lot of noise from tables and chairs moving.

It had the best views of the fort. The room was super clean. Enjoyed their cultural music from the room itself as everything was visible from the window. Nizwa souq and Nizwa fort at walking distance. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Posizione incredibile, ottimo wifi, ti permette di visitare il centro di nizwa senza usare auto o taxi, ottimo ristorante sul terrazzo veramente di livello.

L'acqua in bagno non è mai stata veramente calda. E la nostra camera aveva una brutta vista dalla finestra, che dava su un corridoio interno.

Excellent séjour grâce à cet établissement ! L’emplacement est parfait : tout est accessible à pied. Le restaurant Tamrah, situé juste au-dessus de l’hôtel, offre même une réduction aux clients. Le personnel est attentif et très agréable, un grand merci à Ahmed pour son accueil chaleureux et son aide précieuse. La vue sur le fort et la mosquée est absolument époustouflante.

You pay for the location and nothing else...the hotel is next to fort and if u like the hussle and bustle of that lication that may suit you. Else, its so expensive for the quality. Worst of all is that the third floor is a restaurant seperate feom the hotwl and if ur room is third floor u have to wake up at 6 with the noise of chairs and tables being scratched on the rooftop floor. This noise will be with you up to 12:30 when dinner time is over Anyways, it a hot location and if u care you have to pay for that as u are almost residing in nizwa fort itself

Zimmer war innenliegend, was nicht so prickelnd war. Zimmerservice (Betten, frische Handtücher etc) muss bestellt werden (ohne Kosten), ansonsten wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht.

Rumorosità in quanto eravamo al secondo piano e sentivamo dalle 7 del mattino alle 11 di sera lo spostamento continuo dei tavoli del ristorante di sopra. La stanza in sé era bella ma non si può avere continuamente rumori di tavoli spostati. Non vale il prezzo pagato.

La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte al Fort. Il personale molto gentile.

Il bagno è tremendo, la doccia si trova tra il wc e il lavandino senza nemmeno una tendina che possa separarli. Di conseguenza si crea un lago e si bagna pure la tazza del water. Meno importante, la finestra che dava sul fort è sporchina e andrebbe pulita per permettere di godere della bella vista. Il prezzo è alto per la stanza allo stato attuale.

La struttura andrebbe un po' rimodernizzata, soprattutto il bagno reso un po' più confortevole.

Das Zimmer war nahe am Aufzug und war dadurch etwas hellhörig

Die Lage direkt am Fort. Von einem unser Zimmer aus hatten wir einen super Blick auf das vor. (Achtung, das ist nicht von jedem Zimmer der Fall und muss separat gebucht werden).

Auf dem Dach des Hotels ist ein Restaurant, das bis 23:00 Uhr Betrieb hat. Wir wohnten im zweiten Stock und das hin und her rutschen. Der Stühle im Restaurant hat uns wach gehalten.

The location overlooking the fort and next to the souqs is really unrivaled in Nizwa (we had the room with the view on the first picture). The hotel and the room were clean, everyone very helpful and kind, the bed was comfortable, the size of the room OK for 2 persons, only the shower was a bit strange because it also flooded the toilet, but this seems to be common in Oman (we had the same thing in another hotel there). Also the restaurant on the roof top (not belonging to the hotel) with a stunning view over the old town and the fort is hard to beat, our breakfasts and dinners there with the sunset were really unforgettable. So if you prefer to stay in the - little bit busy and noisy - beating heart of the old town of Nizwa, this is the hotel to book. It is somewhat difficult to park in front of the hotel as there are very few parking spaces, but the large public parking is very close by.

Perfect location, friendly staff. They washed my shirt for free which was kind. Room was inviting and clean.

The window faced into the hotell hallway, so it was strange to not have access to fresh air/sunlight. Walls are thin. Parking in front was full, but there a big parking lot nearby which worked well.
