Las escaleras eran horribles y era un tercero. El patio al que daba el dormitorio era absolutamente horrible, lleno de suciedad y palomas, realmente malo.

No tenia aire acondicionado , los ventiladores estaban muy sucios, por eso no los entendí. Es un poco incómodo subir las escaleras con equipaje, los escalones son inclinados y muy estrechos.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ubicazione che è ottima, a pochi passi dalla Old town. Ottimo anche il wifi internet cosa non sempre scontata. La doccia è molto ampia e comoda anche se occorrerebbe una tenda oscurante che faccia da separazione con la camera da letto o quantomeno una porta per la chiusura. La superficie quadrata dell'appartamentino consente un discreto spazio calpestabile.
Definire "Luxury" questo alloggio è davvero pretenzioso visti i diversi punti negativi che vado ad elencare; la proprietà dovrebbe seriamente approfondire il vero significato di questo termine: 1) La pulizia lascia piuttosto a desiderare, nel lavello abbiamo trovato pezzi di insalata dei clienti precedenti come da foto allegata, inoltre una federa ed un telo bagno (piuttosto minuscolo) erano stati lavati male dalla lavanderia e presentavano delle macchie di sporco (sostituiti prontamente); Mi chiedo: ma è mai possibile che chi prepara la stanza, non faccia un minimo di controllo?! 2) Il letto matrimoniale non può definirsi tale perchè troppo stretto e si stava molto scomodi. E' molto grave non indicare le misure del letto nella pagina di presentazione di booking.com, e questo compromette la serenità della propria vacanza. Inoltre il divano letto è composto da vari pezzi ad incastro, per cui ci sono dei dislivelli che non consentono una posizione ottimale per cui dormire bene è una sfida. 3) Altra grave carenza, è la totale disinformazione (certamente voluta, vista l'assenza di foto nella pagina di presentazione della struttura) circa la presenza di scale per accedere nella casa, che erano ripide e strette con scalini minuscoli (più adatti ad una ballerina che per persone più adulte); portare valigie pesanti è davvero faticoso oltre che pericoloso visto l'equilibrio precario. 4) Riguardo il check-in: trovo veramente assurdo dover pagare in anticipo le tasse turistiche per poi avere il codice per prelevare le chiavi. Qualcuno del vostro staff avrebbe potuto anche degnarsi di farsi vedere per un minimo di ospitalità che è un concetto a voi sconosciuto. 5) La serratura dell'ingresso principale (dalla strada) e della porta di ingresso dell'appartamento andrebbero lubrificate e/o cambiate in quanto sono piuttosto difettose.

Faciliteiten waren prima maar niet en luxueus. Locatie wel echt top. Parkeren kan in de buurt, iets van 25€ per dag.

Unfortunately, I missed this information, so we had to make the payment urgently while already standing at the door. I was worried that this might prevent us from checking in. The hosts responded to our messages very quickly, even though it was the weekend. The apartment was clean and had some nice thoughtful touches, such as a selection of tea and coffee, as well as cotton pads and cotton buds in the bathroom. The bed linen was clean, there were enough towels, and the shower gel and shampoo were provided in sufficient quantities for a family of four. During hot weather, you can use the fans, as there is one in each room. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the waterfront and the city centre. There are also shops and cafés nearby. If my family and I need to visit Antwerp again, we already know where we'll stay

No air conditioning, not enough towels, and the building is very old. The apartment was on the fourth floor, with very narrow, steep, and old stairs. It was also located in the attic, making it extremely hot. The temperature outside was around 40°C, and inside it felt like hell.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Close to Groenplaats. Easy to find and walk around. Shops near. Modern apartment with all that you would need inside. Comfortable bed and modern furniture. Clean, quiet when when the windows are closed. Cute boutique stores in the area and plenty of restaurants.
The staircase is a death trap. Too steep, too small. Be careful. Also no washing machine available if you wanted to do your laundry during your stay.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Ondanks dat sanitair vrij nieuw was was dit niet heel, losse douche stang, kuip ligt los. Toilet netjes maar niet meer dan dat.
Bedden vloer aankleding. Als ju jezelf nu Luxury Suites noemt mag het laminaat wel heel zijn. Bank (slaap) zonder kleedjes er over gespannen en bedden van een zekere boxspring kwaliteit niet een oud houten kasteel bed.

Очень шумно , спать с открытым окном невозможно , с одной стороны дорога , с другой голубятня, голуби так шумели, садились на окно.. Наша квартира была на 3 этаже, крутая узкая лестница без лифта, так что если кто с чемоданами, сложно поднять)

The code for the key box that was originally sent to me was incorrect, and I couldn't get a response from the host on the WhatsApp number provided, but someone from Booking.com (I think) called me within an hour with the correct code.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, and despite being on a main street, the area felt surprisingly quiet—I even slept with the windows open the first night. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe walking in the area at night. I would stay there again.
I agree with some of the other reviewers that the bed was quite firm. I even tried the sofa bed the second night, but ended up going back to the main bed. I still slept well enough, though it might not be everyone’s preference. I also didn’t expect the stairs to be so narrow and steep! Thankfully I was only on the first floor (second floor for Americans) and just had two small suitcases, but since there’s no lift and they were heavy, I had to carry them up one at a time.
