Tout est exceptionnel. Le logement est incroyable, l’emplacement au cœur de médina juste parfait , et Nadia accueillante et disponible. Nous n’avons jamais mangé de petit déjeuner aussi bon et varié pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue unique face à la ville et à la mosquée espagnole. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Everything. The inside of the building is so cute and comfortable. Very homely and welcoming. We have the top room and even had our own terrace where we have a fabulous view and we were able to sit outside in the evening. Nadya who received us was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was simple but she set it up to the time we wanted. Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and warmed milk, cheese, jam, honey and different breads. . The nut butter (almond, Argan oil and honey ) was sooo yummy. Nadya even took us to the taxi station to pick up the blue taxi for the bus terminal. The photos do not do it justies, it is much better in real life than the photos. When you enter the building, there's a narrow set of stairs that leads you to two cosy sitting rooms and there were two rooms on the first floor. There's also two terraces further up where guests can have breakfast.

Not much. But you have to consider the steps leading to the hotel because cars are not accessible. And also the stairs inside the building if you do not like stairs. It was a bit warm in the room during this hot summer and the AC was a bit cold blowing directly on the headboard. We had to turn off the AC in the end.

Le petit parking a proximité est au bout d'une ruelle très étroite. L'appel a la prière a 5h du matin nous a réveillé a chaque nuit

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette magnifique maison, qui a su préserver tout le charme et l’authenticité de son histoire. Très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenue, elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le mobilier et les détails de décoration lui donnent un cachet ancien absolument charmant, tout en créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et apaisante. L’accueil de Nadyia, plein de douceur et de délicatesse, nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. Une belle adresse que nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir et que nous recommandons vivement !

Un peu difficile à trouver, dans ce dédale de rues au charme fou, mais un jeune garçon s’est gentiment proposé de nous y emmener. Je pense qu’en appelant nos hôtes, on nous aurait guidé sans problème autrement.

L emplacement est très bien au calme, la chambres est de bonne taille et agréable. et l accueil a été très bon Très bon petit déjeuner préparé avec soin

Cambiaría las bombillas de la habitación porque nos pareció que había poca luz,pero claro eso es para gustos.

La habitación era preciosa con vistas a la montaña y el desayuno nos encantó. Nadia fue muy amable la casa era agradable y familiar. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento.

L’accueil très doux de Nadia, souriante et attentionnée d’abord, puis la déco, à la fois sobre et inspirée, et, enfin, la localisation, à la fois au calme et à proximité de tous les points d’intérêts. Vraiment, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement qui est parfait pour un petit séjour a Chefchaouen.

Tout était parfait..ah oui nous n’avions pas les toilettes dans notre chambre… mais vraiment c’était juste à côté. Par contre nous avions un lavabo et une baignoire dans nôtre très jolie chambre.

Tout etait impeccable, gentillesse et discretion de l’hote proprete des lieu, la climatisation qui est un must have a Chaouen l’ete ! Et la localisation merci pour votre accueil et si Dieu le permet nous reviendrons :)

Tolle Terrassen (eine eigene und eine für alle oben). Gemütliches Zimmer. Gute Lage. Man kann auf einem bewachten Parkplatz parken und läuft dann ein paar Treppen hoch zur Unterkunft (ist dort normal). Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage!!

El desayuno es bastante completo, se toma en la terraza. Las vistas de la terraza son preciosas. La habitación es acogedora.

El baño necesita una reforma, el agua se queda estancada en el suelo, está mal nivelado. El olor a humedad es continuo.

La casa è molto carina e arredata con gusto. La terrazza suggestiva. Colazione saporita e variegata, anche se mancava il tè che ci hanno portato dopo averlo chiesto. La stanza con la vasca molto luminosa. Super fornita (asciugacapelli, borsa dell’acqua calda, bollitore, accappatoi e asciugamani, prolunghe per caricare più dispositivi)

Purtroppo nella camera con il bagno c’era un odore di muffa incredibile e non ho potuto dormirci per via dell’allergia. La ragazza che ci ha accolti era gentile e ci ha suggerito tanti posti in cui andare, ma prima di rispondere ai messaggi passava tanto tempo. Mancavano prodotti da bagno, ma ci sono stati forniti una volta fatto presente. La posizione non è esatta.. bisogna salire più su del ristorante El Cielo (trall’altro molto buono!)

Staff was so friendly, breakfast was great and the room was lovely, especially with the private terrace. The shared rooftop is super cute and a chill spot to relax on. Would've loved to stay longer at this place!

Très joli logement au cœur de la médina. Nous étions au 2eme étage, chambre double avec terrasse et salle de bain. La décoration est très belle et Elsa est adorable. Délicieux petit déjeuner pris sur notre terrasse.

Chefchouen ist herrlich aber es geht immer treppauf und treppab. Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber und ruhig, die Versorgung sehr herzlich. Die Dachterrassen sind wunderschön.

Vom Taxi bzw. Parkplatz ist es schon ein Stück zu laufen. Die sehr schöne Unterkunft macht das aber wieder wett.

De riad was zeer centraal gelegen en zeer netjes. Ook kon je gebruik maken van het mooie dakterras.

Je moet wel echt gezond zijn want je moet heel veel trappen op, maar dan bedoel ik vooral het dorpje en niet het riad.

Tout est parfait, beau et propre à Dar Sbaa. L’accueil est très chaleureux.

Nadiya hat uns sehr freundlich und warmherzig empfangen. Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Hatten sehr schöne Sicht über Stadt und Berge.... außerdem gab es noch eine schöne große Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Nadyia a été exceptionnelle. Elle est venue à notre rencontre à notre arrivée , s est assurée de notre bien être pendant tout le séjour, notamment en nous concoctant de délicieux plats qu'elle a pris soin d installer sur la jolie terrasse avec vue. Un vrai luxe.

Le manque d intimité entre la chambre et la salle de bain. Une porte fermée serait plus confortable

Muy encantadora la casa y sus terrazas eran preciosas. Nuestra pieza tenía una terraza privada hacia la montaña, hermosa. Además Elsa y Nadya fueron muy atentas a nuestras preguntas y necesidades.

Queda muy arriba y fue duro llegar hasta allá con nuestras maletas, pero eso lo sabíamos. (Sólo que no lo dimensionamos)

Excellent service

This dar doesn’t feel like a hotel — it feels like a home, as if you’re staying with friends. The location is perfect, the dinner was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The roof terrace is great for hanging out, having breakfast and dinner and enjoying the view. A special thank you to Nadya and Elsa for having us and making our stay so special!

Absolument tout! La petite chambre verte joliment décorée et pleine de charme avec une super terrasse privative, ce qui est rare dans la médina. L'accueil simple et la grande gentillesse de Nadija qui nous préparait de délicieux petits déjeuners ainsi qu'un mémorable tajine de poisson (le meilleur de notre séjour au Maroc). La situation idéale, au cœur de la médina mais à l'écart des rues les plus fréquentées, donc bien au calme. En un mot comme en cent, on s'y sent comme chez soi!

Rien. A ce tarif, c'est franchement imbattable.

Appartamento confortevolissimo e arredato con gusto, ottima posizione, tranquillo, bellissimo il terrazzo, perfetto per rilassarsi godendo del panorama. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

What an incredible view! The riad was huge! Very comfortable, lots of space, very friendly host. We asked for dinner for 4 and we got a delicious home cooked feast. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious. The hosts were generous and caring women. The riad is up some steps, but absolutely worth it. Id recommend this riad to anyone!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse, wo wir auch frühstücken durften! Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber! Das Frühstück war exzellent! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Our room and space was very comfortable. The terrace was a relaxing space. Breakfast was exceptional. The host, Elsa, was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Pas possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre, côté propreté il pourrait être mieux (beaucoup de poussière sur la tête de lit).

Beautiful little place to stay right in the center of Chefchauen. We had a nice balcony and a delicious breakfast served in the room.

Me gustó todo

Tout était parfait. Elsa et Nadiya sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse et d'une attention remarquables. Les petits déjeuners sont magiques , le cadre est époustouflant et nous avons trouvé tout le confort que nous souhaitions. La salle de bain est spacieuse, le chauffage et la clim sont un vrai plus. La chambre avec la terrasse privée est magnifique. Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la cascade Ras El Ma , petit îlot de fraîcheur et de tranquillité à l'entrée est de la médina. Nous avons pu compter sur Elsa pour tout, y compris pour laisser nos bagages après le checkout ce qui nous a grandement facilité les transitions. Nous les remercions chaleureusement d'avoir contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment spécial. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir l'année prochaine et leur souhaitons le meilleur.

Very good location. The apartment is big, with a very nice roof top terrace. Very delicious breakfast, helpful staff. This is the best overnight place we have had in Morocco.

Нашла в последний момент это местечко , казалось бы ничем не примечательное снаружи. Но внутри по-домашнему уютное )) организовали прекрасный ужин за дополнительную оплату. Даже в холодное время было тепло , работает кондиционер и есть обогреватели. Горячая вода и ванна. Парковались на стоянке возле отеля Parador , цена 40 дирхам сутки, платите на следующий день , как выезжаете. Но тут нас обманули, подошли люди и сказали , что им нужно подтверждение от отеля , а так как мы не могли с ними связаться , то они увязались за нами и стали помогать искать отель , потом просили за это деньги, нам пришлось оплатить 100 дирхам ! Никакого подтверждения не нужно , просто паркуетесь и всё . Будьте осторожны , в Марокко это частая история. Но к отелю это не имеет отношения , он прекрасен и люди , которые там работают тоже . Спасибо за вашу заботу.

Bathroom is damp and leaky (toilet bowl), windows hard to open/ close and not well isolated (cracks, condensation), floors extremely cold / need more rugs, a lot of things just feel shabby, although I really wanted to love it.

El desayuno fue increíble, mucho cariño y abundante. El alojamiento era muy cómodo e íntimo, todo muy ordenado en cuanto a limpieza y camas comodísimas, si vuelvo, repetiré 100%. La atencion de la casera fue inmejorable. Muy atenta y agradable. Muchas gracias por todo <3

Apartamento muito espaçoso e acolhedor, com um terraço com vista para a montanha e para a medina. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados durante toda a estadia. Localização ideal, em pleno coração da medina. Pequeno-almoço farto.

Mycket fint boende och värden tog väl hand om oss. Hade bokat fel datum men var lätt åtgärdat och vi hade en trevlig vistelse. Terrassen var privat och med magisk utsikt!

Pasamos unos días estupendos. Es una casa muy bonita con una ubicación genial. Agradecerle a Nadya que nos preparara el desayuno en la terraza con unas vistas preciosas.

El colchón de la cama matrimonial no era del todo cómodo.

Lugar lindo, fomos muito bem recebidos, instruções claras de com chegar, estacionar e passear em a Chefchaouen.

Nos gusto la ubicación y la amabilidad de la encargada. Nos llevaban un desayuno completo y podíamos hacer uso de la cocina. Linda terraza para disfrutar con buen clima.

El baño, principalmente la puerta de ingreso tipo café swing door. El duchador descolgado que hacia difícil bañarse. El colchón era blando lo que motivaba un desplazamiento hacia el centro. El ingreso desde el parking mas cercano es en subida y demanda mucho esfuerzo llevar valijas que luego hay que subir dos pisos dentro del alojamiento. Tuvimos la ayuda de la encargada que muy amable y servicial.

Nuestra estancia ha sido maravillosa. La casa preciosa, cerca de todo. El desayuno espectacular en su terraza y preparado todo con mucho mimo. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Loved the plentiful breakfast! Home made soup, olives, fruit, yogurt, eggs,…. Nadya accommodated my food allergies and made a delicious gluten free breakfast. She was amazing-helpful, friendly, kind. The dar is in a great location and quiet with beautiful views.

We felt welcomed since the very beginning, the place is amazing and super well located. The room shows attention for details and it is perfect to linger you in the dreamy streets of the blue city. Perfect rooftops and terraces where to enjoy a homemade delicious breakfast and sunset. Thank you for having us 😊

La maison en general est très petite, on s'y sent serré Je ne recommande pas spécialement la chambre du 2ème étage, elle est collée à la cuisine ouverte. Quand vous sortez de la chambre vous êtes pratiquement dans la cuisine. Le jour de notre arrivée c'était grande activité de préparation du dinner ça sentait bon mais dormir dans ces odeurs ce n'était pas top.

Wunderbares Riad in bester Lage in der Altstadt von Chefchaouen. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir hatten das ganze Riad für uns und somit konnten wir auch die herrliche Dachterrasse allein genießen zum Frühstück, Chillen und zum Abendessen. Einfach nur traumhaft!

The in-house meals were exceptional and the staff were lovely. Location was ideal away from the central square.

Elsa and Nadiya were very friendly and super nice. Ms. Lily the cat kept us company when we were chill in the house. The house was so comfy and made us feel like home. We enjoyed our breakfast either on the rooftop or in the house as well. Its walkable distance to everywhere that the tourist should visit.

Not really something that we didn't like about the dar. We didn't know there has some distance to walk after we got off the taxi with heavy luggage. If you bring a heavy luggage with you, better let Elsa or Nadiya know, they will arrange the porter for you with very reasonable price. We asked for the porter when we left and he was super helpful with very good price.

Nous avons adoré séjourner à Chefchaouen entre amies chez Elsa. Nadiya nous préparait le petit déjeuner, avec une vue merveilleuse que nous n'oublierons jamais. Logement impeccable, disponibilité de notre hôte à tout moments (elle va même au-delà de nos attentes), vraiment un bijou. Parfaitement situé à Chefchaouen, notamment à coté de l'excellent restaurant "El Cielo". Nous reviendrons avec énormément de plaisir et gardons cette précieuse adresse dans nos petits papiers. Mille mercis à vous deux!

Si il faut vraiment chipoter, ce n'est pas sur le logement en soi, mais plutôt l'environnement, et c'est purement informatif, en aucun cas une critique. Pour se garer, c'est un peu compliqué à Chefchaouen. Il faut être assez à l'aise avec les manœuvres pour accéder au petit parking, puis se garer serré-serré :-D Ensuite, noter que le logement est assez près d'un minarai, et l'appel à la prière à Chefchaouen est plus long que dans d'autres villes. Personnellement ça ne me dérange absolument pas, et cela fait partie de la culture, du lieu et de son charme - mais les personnes sensibles au niveau du sommeil ne doivent pas oublier leurs boules quiès :-D

Un bellissimo appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, personale accogliente e premuroso. Avevamo la colazione inclusa veramente fantastica con specialità locali.

El alojamiento fue estupendo, nos gustó todo muchísimo. La chica que lo lleva es muy agradable y está siempre muy atenta de todo (además prepara ella el desayuno y está riquísimo, merece mucho la pena). La reserva era para 4 y lo teníamos completo para nosotras. Había dos habitaciones (una bastante más grande que la otra) cada una con su baño y un salón bastante grande con un aseo. Está dentro de la Medina de Chaouen lo que te permite ir a todos los sitios andando pero en una zona tranquila. Además ha sido súper barato, con una calidad-precio buenísima. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo si volviéramos.

Nos gustó todo mucho. Quizá lo peor es que hacía mucho calor y en una de las habitaciones se había estropeado el aire acondicionado. Pero la chica nos trajo un ventilador de pie y bueno, no estuvimos fatal. Cosas que pasan.

L'accueil et le service est très chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bon. Le logement est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
