Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The property has cancelled my booking on the spot on 1/11/2024, but after 18 days from the booking date, the property has charged me Rm1000.40 with no reason on 18/11/2024 and withoutmy knowledge. When I called, texted, and emailed the property, there's no reply at all, but they had read all my messages. I even complained this matter to booking.com customer service even they are not bothered to assist me for my refund, iys been 9 days, they keep drag & no solution. So please dont book this residence

I could not think any bad side if I really wanted to say then I would say the guard was quite strict with the food delivery process. They could allow delivery guy to send to the door step.
