No agent was reaching me till one day prior my booking, im the one who hunt the person in charge for checkin info? Yeah, luckily i able to reached him after being passover from one person to another. The agent did not tell me the pool was under maintenance. We paid for full price thus, we should have the listed facilities and accommodations. To future customer, its a different building with the parking block. So, expect some quite a distance walking and lift exchange if you got some old folks or heavy luggage. Oh, the bathroom provided with soap and shampoo but it was diluted, meh cheapstake~

Highway too near and noisy; Long drive to car park; swimming pool under repair, wifi could not be accessed as there was no internet connection, no washing machine although enquiry before stay confirmed there is a washing machine.

the aircond was not very cold, the bathroom pipe in the master bedroom leaked, the balcony door was initial unable to close as someone had stuffed tissue in the door, but we managed to close it

很需要改变的是guard,guard很不友善，一开口就叫和骂，我们去到去泳池被骂，孩子玩游乐场又被骂？孩子穿泳衣说不是泳衣不能游，但说到还是有游了，游乐场玩转圈的一样东西，可能孩子比较快了点，远远就喊着过来骂，我说可以好好说不用骂，guard还是一直一直的在骂，我没有住过那么差的地方😡😡😡

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Is it not well maintained property. They use smart lock. Which is very difficult to enter due to low battery. We stuck outside for about 5 minutes. Already inform the staff regarding the smart lock, had notify low battery and difficulty to enter Moldy toilet wall and shower curtain Come in with leaking refrigerator.
Very poor maintained property. The pool floor and tiles broken and will causing injury to the kids legs.

Poor in cleanliness, basic toiletries, utensils. Was given a dirty hand towel for basic wiping. Poor quality of dishwashing gel, to be used for bathing, hand wash and cleaning of cups and plates. No hooks for hanging towel or clothes... A lot to be improved.

Setiap aircond dalam rumah perlu diservis sebab tidak cukup sejuk. Mungkin filter dalam aircond perlu dibersihkan atau ada masalah lain yg menyebabkan aircond tidak cukup sejuk. Dan juga paip atau saluran air dalam tandas perlu diselenggara kerana selalu tersumbat dan menyebabkan air bertakung di lantai bilik air. Selain itu, staff dan guard di kondominium ini agak strict. Kalau nak mandi kolam, kita perlu memakai swimming attire. Tidak boleh pakai tshirt dan sebagainya. Manakala kalau nak main di taman permainan, hanya kanak-kanak sahaja dibenarkan.

1 of the room is smelly and bathroom water leaks into the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The cleanliness of the unit is below average as well, as we see hair and fur on bedsheets. Bathroom floor is slippy as well, and I nearly slipped after showering even I have been walking very carefully.

The noise of highways were too loud, like you were beside the road exactly, there was a used towel in the Master room’s toilet, not cleaned up. The toilet of the master bedroom had some odor and the air con of the master bedroom is very hot, as well as the fan being broken. Design of car park was a little stupid hard for cars to turn.

其中的主人房空調好像有問題，溫度調低仍感覺很熱！近大門的那房間厠所洗手盆去水慢和有漏水問題，淋浴區的去水亦超慢，積水客易漏出！

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025Location is great, but you need transport (eg, hire car or Grab). Walking distance to many eateries, 7-11 and supermarket. Spacious and generally very clean (one bedroom, sheets hadn't been changed). Excellent value for money. Excellent security. Lovely swimming pool and games area. Excellent, efficient AC. Very adequate crockery and cutlery.
Too few towels for 8 people, four nights, especially as no extra pool towels. Fifth bedroom too small for a couple. Needs a kettle for hot water as hot water dispenser not working and microwave not adequate. Some extra hooks and towel rails would assist towel drying as would extra clothes frame.

The aircond HP is too small to cool the whole place. As it was on the top most floor, the rooms on the second floor were like sauna. The family could not get to sleep because it was just too warm despite the air conditioning, fans and one extra cooler that we moved into the master bedroom. We cancelled the next two nights’ stay as nothing could be done to rectify this issue within a day.

Reviewed May 5, 2025Everything. The house is perfectly ideal for us. 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool area and the garden are stunning!! We enjoy the most and looking forward to coming back. The owner is very cooperative in allowing us to check in earlier at 2pm. Parking lot is sooo convenient, only at 1 floor for us to park. Tv got utube, praying mats and extra futton and extra pillow. Thanks!!
If possible, the owner can provide bath math as the floor will be wet after bath. The one provided is floor math, not water absorbent. The smart lock is good, supposedly but a bit difficult to enter the house. Need to try many times to open the door.
