Les villas sont magnifiques, parfaitement intégrées dans la nature, avec une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe de Thaïlande. Les couchers de soleil depuis le resort sont tout simplement inoubliables. Chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour offrir une véritable parenthèse de calme, de beauté et de raffinement. Au-delà du cadre exceptionnel, c’est surtout la qualité humaine du service qui a rendu notre expérience si mémorable. L’ensemble du personnel fait preuve d’une attention remarquable, toujours avec beaucoup d’élégance, de discrétion et de gentillesse. Nous souhaitons tout particulièrement remercier Pound, qui s’est occupé de nous avec une incroyable gentillesse. Son sourire, son professionnalisme et toutes ses petites attentions ont véritablement contribué à rendre nos moments au restaurant encore plus agréables. Une mention toute particulière également à la formidable équipe de Iris Farm. La découverte de la ferme a été une expérience aussi authentique qu’enrichissante. Nous avons adoré découvrir cet univers, échanger avec l’équipe et comprendre davantage leur travail et leur passion. C’est exactement le genre d’expérience qui donne une âme supplémentaire à un séjour et qui distingue un très bel hôtel d’une destination réellement mémorable. Du petit-déjeuner aux restaurants, de notre villa aux déplacements en buggy, tout a été orchestré avec une remarquable attention aux détails. Le Conrad Koh Samui n’est pas simplement un hôtel magnifique : c’est une expérience à part entière, où le luxe se retrouve autant dans la beauté des lieux que dans la qualité du service et la chaleur des personnes qui y travaillent. The view was incredible from the property, having your own pool was great and the 2 bedroom villa was ideal for us as a family. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and accommodated all of our request gladly. Our daughter lived visiting the IRIS farm, karaoke room and cinema room.

We felt the spa was quite expensive and was nice but not anything that special. Also there isn’t anything in walking distance - prepare yourself for a resort based stay at this property.

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was memorable, and there are many things the resort does exceptionally well. The villas are stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the staff were warm, and attentive throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. A special thank you to Gift who was working on her and my birthday but still celebrated me generously.

for a resort at this price point, there were a few areas that didn't quite meet our expectations. The food options felt quite limited, and while beautifully presented, many of the dishes especially at Jahn, lacked the flavour we'd hoped for. We also found the spa treatments to be incredibly expensive, even by luxury resort standards. After staying at another five-star resort in Koh Samui, it really highlighted the difference in overall value. Comparable accommodation there included airport transfers, a daily cocktail hour, and consistently delicious, affordable dining, which made the experience feel far more generous and complete. We still enjoyed our time at Conrad and would recommend it for the spectacular villas, incredible scenery and outstanding service.

A message to everyone reading reviews before booking: Yes. This is the kind of hotel everyone dreams of staying at, and we highly recommend it. There are perhaps a couple dozen hotels in the world that will leave a lasting impression on anyone – even those who might think there's nothing special about them. And this hotel is one of them. Breathtaking views in any weather and at any time of day! There's a saying in Russian: "Nature has no bad weather." So here, it's wonderful in hot, sunny weather, rain, and thunderstorms. This is clearly due to the location and how seamlessly the hotel fits into the natural surroundings. This connection with nature allows you to recharge after living in big cities. There's no noise here; here, only sounds – the sound of the wind, the sound of water, the singing of birds. Despite the hotel's immersion in nature, you won't feel short of anything here. If you're craving delicious food on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, there are three to choose from: the Mediterranean restaurant Azure, the steakhouse Jahn, and another serving authentic Thai cuisine. Breakfasts cater to every taste. The wines and sparkling wines, in my and wife's (non-professional) opinion, are excellent. Before you even realize you're thirsty, a bucket of ice and water bottles will be right next to you. If it starts raining, you'll be offered an umbrella. Sun loungers are always cleared and ready for use, and there's always a cabana available. I got the impression that the hotel's staff number is more than the number of guests. And every employee, right down to the general manager, will strive to provide you with everything you need. The level of dedication to guest satisfaction is incredible. I forgot my hat at breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptional

As our honeymoon, it was the best experience we could ever hope for. As the arrival, we were first surprised with a breath-taking view of the resort and then warm welcome from Bill, one of our concierges. He greeted us with such sophisticated and yet utmost warm attitude (just the level one could expect from such a high-class resort), took close care of us during the whole 4-day visit. Also the entire service, the staffs provided for us, was considerate to all guests. From fine, timely cleaning to sensitive care of guest's food preferrences (for example, once I ordered ice with a beer, everytime I ordered beer, an ice cup was there, without asking). Even the buggy, which came within 5 min, every time! Most of all, I can go all night about the food, which was a top notch level. All type of cuisine, from Thai (Aow Thai) to western steak (Jahn), and wine selections were superb. Every morning, during breakfast at Aow Thai, we were greeted with delightful staffs and fine food, and of course the spectacular view!! Our new life together feels like blessed with the services of Conrad Samui. We will definitely come visit again as a more extended family and also with friends. Again, we thank the whole staff of Conrad Samui (and again thank you Bill, who made our time here most special) and will recommend to everyone around us.

Our stay at the Conrad was terrific. We enjoyed the comfort, pleasure, privacy and panoramic ocean views delivered by our stand-alone pool villas. We took strolls to the pier to watch the fish schooling, heaved our way up to the cliff top to view 360 degrees of coast and forest, and revived with dips in our pool and icy mango smoothies and splendid meals in the always-welcoming and very versatile Thai and Mediterranean restaurants. There is a pleasurable, tranquil, luxurious ambience to the Conrad Koh Samui experience. This is partly due to the design and siting of the resort and the clientele attracted, but even more, we think, due to the expertise and friendliness of the staff across the board. We would especially like to thank Mink and Meme in Reception, Wanida and Dear in Reservations, and Neen, Arty, Pam, Dew, Fluk, Joy, Mok and Toay in catering and Bank, Chris, Daniel and Marco for oversight.

The Conrad @ Koh Samui consistently knows what you need before you do — and that’s not a cliché here, it’s literal. A special mention to Bill, our assigned concierge, who was exceptional. He sent breakfast unprompted on a morning we mentioned skipping it, had buggy rides ready before we asked, and suggested activities with perfect timing. Bill operated a step ahead of us the entire stay without ever feeling intrusive. We felt genuinely taken care of. The clifftop setting facing the Five Islands is breathtaking, the villa was superb, and the grounds never felt crowded. Dining at Jahn was a highlight — when our lamb chops arrived dry, the chef proactively sent out a complimentary dessert without us saying a word. On our final morning, the team prepared a takeaway breakfast box for our early flight, again unprompted. A few honest notes: beach gets flies in the late afternoon, midday heat limits beach time, and buggy waits can stretch during peak periods. We’ll absolutely return — in cooler season, and for longer!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We already had high expectations for a Conrad as we have stayed at our fair share of them in the Asia region these last few years. Conrad Koh Samui exceeded every and any expectation we had. From the moment our transfer dropped us off from the airport until our departure from the Conrad Koh Samui, the staff were absolutely phenomenal. My man Bill throughout our entire stay took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed whenever he saw us. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa for a modest fee and it was well worth it and we would do it again no questions asked. Our villa was nothing short of amazing and our daughters never wanted to leave as it had everything we needed and more. If anything I was somewhat bummed that we scheduled out of resort excursions as it took away time from being at this resort. The food was next level, the drinks were amazing, and the service was 👌🔥🔥🔥 If we didn’t have another stay coming up at Conrad Bangkok and activities we could not cancel we would have extended our stay. We will be coming back as soon as we we can. Some things to consider: Make sure you don’t need dinner reservations. One night we went to Azure without a reservation, the second night we tried to go they said we needed one, we didn’t know this. We opted for in-villa dining and the food was great. Due to the unique location and how the resort is setup you need to be transported via golf cart everywhere on property. If you have the time, take the complimentary Iris Farm tour; we absolutely loved it. Lastly, the kids club was geared to younger kids however our 11 year old was still entertained. Most touristy spots and shopping are on the other side of the island and are 45 min to an hour away. Closest 7/11 is 10 min away (small and very limited).

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. The villas are a dream – the private infinity pools and the 180-degree view of the 'Five Islands' are breathtaking. The level of privacy is unmatched. We were especially impressed by their sustainability: 70% of the food is grown in their own garden, and you can taste the quality. The Farm Tour with Daniele was a highlight; his passion for the project is inspiring. He also brightened our mornings at breakfast with his kind soul. A huge thank you to our Concierge Nan, who coordinated our stay perfectly behind the scenes. The entire staff is 'mega friendly' and Room Service was always on point – fast and precise. For constructive feedback on a very high level: Breakfast could be a bit better organized. Empty dishes sometimes stayed on the table too long, and our espresso order was forgotten on more than one occasion, requiring 2-3 reminders. Also, pricing for extras is quite steep (300 THB for extra salami on a pizza is a lot, even for a luxury resort). However, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We would check back in tomorrow if we could! Highly recommended.

The Conrad Koh Samui looked amazing in the pictures but was even better in reality. From the moment we turned the corner to the reception, the views took our breath away. When we reached our room, we felt like we were in a paradise all of our own. The views are matched only by the warmth of the staff. We would like to say a special thanks to Minnie and Sanah whose warm smiles and friendly, welcoming demeanour made our stay so much more enjoyable. We stayed four nights and will definitely return. I would highly recommend the Conrad Koh Samui for anyone looking for ultimate relaxation in a secluded, idyllic setting.

We had an incredible stay at the resort villa. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning sunset views that made each evening unforgettable. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, striking the perfect balance of attentiveness and warmth. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly grown ingredients (from their Iris Farm) prepared with care, making every bite both delicious and impressive. The activities offered by the hotel were fun, thoughtful, and well‑organized, adding variety and enjoyment to our stay without ever feeling rushed. I particularly like their Herbal Compress Workshop and the Kumbucha Making. Overall, this resort delivered luxury with heart. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation, great food, and genuine hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui while traveling with our family. The resort is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning ocean views, spacious private villas, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service we received, especially from the manager, Khun New. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist us immediately whenever we needed help. Her genuine care and professionalism made our family feel very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to Khun New and the wonderful team for making our family trip so memorable. Stayed 3 nights in 1-bedroom villa. Very luxurious resort with both hardware (top-notch facilities) and software (excellent service, every staff we met is smiley and helpful)! Rooms are beautiful standalone units - quiet, clean and spacious, with superb view, a nice, decent sized private infinity pool and a huge round bath tub! Housekeeping team did a great job too! Many activities available within the resort - can spend most or all of your time there! Though occupancy was high that weekend, we didn't feel crowded at all. Great resort for hosting special events with family and friends, yet still provide privacy for couples. The spa is the best I have experienced - excellent facilities, stunning view, quality massage and service! Kudos to Marco and team for their exceptional service and attention to details. Special shout out to front desk staff Ian, whom we met at check-in and check-out. Thank you all, we had a wonderful and memorable vacation in Conrad Koh Samui.

The sunsets from the room were absolutely amazing - you can't get a better view. The room was spacious, modern and in an incredibly beautiful location with the sea view. We also got a free upgrade when we checked in - very appreciated! Incredibly comfortable bed/pillows. All the staff were very friendly and service minded, always with a smile. When we ordered room service they were so quick every time to deliver what we needed. The breakfast was great, a big plus that they serve champagne ;) Most of the food we ate was very good, although a bit pricey. Different types of entertainment in the evenings were appreciated - the karaoke room was so much fun!

There is not much to complain about. Only minus was the prices for food and drinks, they were higher than most other luxury hotels we have stayed at in Thailand. Especially restaurant Jahn was a little overpriced in our opinion.

Amazing place to sit back relax and enjoy your time. The staff were exceptional the rooms was amazing! and everything was up to standard. Because of the special occasion they even went over and beyond to have some extra treat for my wife and I.

Located at the very end of the Island so it's a bit inconvenient if you want to go down and travel around the island.

The view and the setting was an absolute dream. The resort was full, but you really couldn't tell, because the villas are very private. You' only see the rest of the people at breakfast.

I'm really pulling hairs here, but the location is a 45mn (sometimes one hour) drive to town and airport. That being said, if it wasn't where it is, you wouldn't get such awesome sunet.

A truly unique experience in Koh Samui. The villas are beautiful and the views are simply stunning. The staff is incredibly attentive, nice and always ready to help you. I really enjoyed my stay. Good breakfast and the restaurants quality is amazing. The premises are very big and hilly, a buggy service is at your disposal 24/7. It’s beautifully lush and green. Cannot recommend it more for a perfect tropical getaway.

It wasn’t a problem for me but you should realise that the hotel is really secluded from the nearest town. You will not walk anywhere cause there is just nothing around. You will need a car/scooter to get around if you need.

We loved our stay at the Conrad. As soon as we arrived it felt like we entered a little bit of heaven. The reception area had a beautiful view and was stately laid out. The staff were attentive straight away and helped take our bags. The rooms themselves were little private oasis with pool views that looked out to sea. The rooms were large and spacious with all the amenities you could need. The rooms were cleaned very well daily. We also visited their partner farm which was at the bottom of the hill to the hotel. Worth a visit especially with kids as you’ll get to feed the animals and see how the produce is grown. The staff at breakfast were so lovely and always so welcoming. We had our 5 month baby with us and there was no shortage of staff members who were there to provide entertainment whilst we ate which was much appreciated. A special mention for Nan who was so accommodating. She was especially kind enough to organise a personalised bear for our baby which we’ll keep as a lovely memory for years to come.

We loved our stay but only two things we would suggest. The toilets in the restaurant and pool area need baby changing facilities. You would expect this for a five star hotel. My husband had to go to the infant play area and change our daughter on the floor. The buggies which pick up guests to the breakfast restaurant or lobby can be quite dangerous when riding with a young baby. Especially if you’re riding the smaller 4 persons buggy. The hills are really steep and so when riding on the back you often lean forward which is a fall hazard considering you’re also holding on to your baby. Suggest that the hotel only ever provides the 6 ppl buggy for young families with children. We had to request this especially for our rides.

Staff and service was amazing. Probably the best view in Samui. The breakfast and food is outstanding. It’s just perfect.

Might be the most perfect hotel stay I have ever had. Most beautiful location. You don’t have to worry about being let down after seeing the photos-the villas really are that perfect even the entry level ones. I consider myself a breakfast aficionado and have eaten at several hotels on various “best breakfasts list” Conrad Koh Samui blows them out of the water. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to be so in love with a breakfast offering, but they did it. And the staff. Almost always perfect and as friendly as can possibly be. Special shout out to Taro the buggy driver (in a resort full of the nicest people he is a stat), and the serving staff at Aow Thai and Jahn. Simply amazing people-unusual enough to find one server that is of that caliber but every single person I interacted with was a 10/10

Absolutely loved our stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The location and views are unreal and make it the perfect place to fully disconnect and relax. The villas feel private and peaceful, and the whole resort has such a calm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Had my proposal here and it was magical, a big thank you to Pila and Jan for coordinating the customised setup to my needs, it exceeded my expectations. The dinner service by the beach, being served by AE was nothing short of wonderful. This is the most beautiful resort I have ever been to, and I will definitely be back. We held our wedding here at Conrad Koh Samui and all our guests had an absolute blast. The view from every villa was stunning and there were lots of activities to do at the resort. A huge thank you to our wedding coordinator Pila for an extremely smooth and successful wedding. She was attentive to all our needs and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We cannot wait to be back again for our anniversary!

We spent part of our honeymoon at Conrad Koh Samui and it felt like the ideal place for it. The privacy and the views from the villa were stunning and made it very easy to just switch off and stay in the resort the whole time. The sunsets from the private villas were incredible every evening. The Location is on the south of the island away from the hustle and bustle so it's perfect if that's what you're looking for - which we were. We spent all 5 days at the resort. The breakfast was a highlight for me and we basically stayed at 10 different hilton properties in about a month, and by far Conrad Koh Samui had the best. I quite enjoyed the coffee shop as well — it was perfect for a midday snack and they made genuinely good coffee. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay and always incredibly helpful and friendly. As a Hilton Diamond member it would have been nice to receive a room upgrade or similar recognition (though I understand the resort may have been fully booked), but overall the service quality more than made up for it. The activities offered were also good, however many were already booked out in advance so it’s definitely worth checking the schedule and reserving early. We did the white lotus tour which took us around Koh Samui and we thought the guide was quite knowledgeable. We also had an amazing steak at Jahn restaurant which was a standout dining experience. Overall a very memorable stay and easily one of our favourite Hilton properties.

Conrad Koh Samui is an outstanding resort with unique ocean view and sunsets. Like a small paradise. The service was great and service personel did their very best to make our stay as perfect as possible - and indeed they exceeded in this! Also restaurants (service & breakfasts & meals) were exellent, too. Conrad has own farm (Iris Farm) close to resort and ”from farm to table” -concept which underlines how fresh and pure food they are serving. The farm itself is also worth visiting. We really loved our stay at Conrad Koh Samui - will definetely come back!

Very quiet, which is what we wanted. Stayed four nights, which was just the right amount of time here. Villas are great. Service overall adept. F&B exceptional. Think it's widely known this isn't a beach location (most of the time it's just tide water). Spa is very beautiful but we felt rushed out-big miss here. Odd, but the towel linen quality was poor in the villa. Overall experience-good, which in this league and price range doesn't quite cut it. We prefer Vana Belle, which we returned to for a second time right after this stay, and we would hands down book again - their Grand Suites are comparable to the one-bed villas at Conrad. Of course, it's not one-for-one comparable but has an outstanding beach, spa and their personalized service is great.

We had a fantastic time at Conrad Samui after changing our mind about staying at a different resort. The hotel is as far from the heaving crowds of Chaweng and Lamai as you could want if you’re after a relaxed stay. The service, as with practically every Thai resort, was wonderful, Nok at breakfast was always a delight to see greet us each day. Food options at the breakfast buffet were plentiful and tasty but it was the Thai restaurant in the evening which was absolutely glorious. We tore ourselves away one evening to have dinner at Azure (excellent) but were straight back the next night. We booked onto the elephant sanctuary tour - do the early option - and the long tail boat tour to Pig Island. Both recommended. The real star though, was the magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. This is the kind of view that can have you staring for hours and forgetting real life exists. I would advise anyone unsure of where to stay with the five star options to book this hotel. Loved it! We stayed in Villa 309, handily placed near breakfast, sunset bar and gym.

Conrad Koh Samui completely exceeded every expectation I had. The views are breathtaking, the villas are stunning, and the privacy is unmatched, but what truly makes this resort unforgettable is the people. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Mark greeted me and went above and beyond throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made such a difference, and even after I moved to another resort, he helped arrange excursions for me and welcomed me back as if I had never left. That level of hospitality is rare. I stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and honestly, I barely wanted to leave it. I even chose in-room dining one night just to stay in and enjoy the view. Turndown service each evening included thoughtful little touches that made every night feel special. One moment that meant the world to me was when I accidentally burned a hole in a brand new dress. I had thrown it away, thinking it was ruined. The staff retrieved it, carefully repaired it with a beautiful stitched detail, and returned it to me. I will never forget that kindness. What could have been a small disaster turned into one of the most meaningful memories of my trip. Breakfast was incredible, the fresh coconuts to take back to the villa were such a treat, and the complimentary details like water, tea, coffee, mosquito spray, and poolside comforts made everything feel effortless. Buggy service was always prompt and personal, never crowded or rushed. They also offer wonderful complimentary classes, I joined the coffee brewing class and a kombucha class, and loved having those relaxing on-resort activities available. Honestly, I didn’t feel the need to leave much because everything I wanted was already there. This resort is peaceful, private, and beautifully designed, but what makes it special is the heart behind the service. Conrad Koh Samui is true quiet luxury, thoughtful, sincere, and unforgettable. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and I am so grateful to Mark and the entire team for making my stay so meaningful.

We hosted our destination wedding here and it was truly amazing! We held a 2 day event for our 50+ guests who came from all over the world including the US, Australia, and across Asia. This hotel (and venue) is world class and we found the service was impeccable. We have to thank our wedding planer Khun Pila and her team, they did an amazing job to bring our dream wedding to reality. Communication was great and I felt supported throughout the planning process. The results and experience exceeded our expectations!

The place offers 82 private and comfortable villas. I spenr only 3 nights there but I could stay for a week. I needed a beautiful getaway yo relax and that was it. The villa, the food, the service - everything was flawless. I was greated by Dear who was a delight, Ni took care of me during breakfasts (I mean, everyone was so nice and all the people made my stay so lovely). Babe, thank you for helping me with everything 🙂

Fantastic experience. Personnel was so friendly and they walked the extra mile. A shoutout to Nan, who made a birthday extra special, with her creative ideas.

Nothing that needs mentioning

If you want a luxurious property with the highest quality staff of any resort you'll ever encounter you should stay at the Conrad. The rooms and property are comparable to your normal Conrad/ Grand Hyatt/ Park Hyatt and some Waldorfs and Ritzes. But the staff is on the same level as Rosewoods and Amans. Amazing food and beverage team as well. We went when there was no rain for 4 nights and the views and scenery were spectacular. Special thanks to general manager, Marco
