Lovely decor; bright and really large rooms; Patio was very friendly and helpful. Needs comfy, good shower and has a really homely feel to it.

L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et bien situé. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont également très bons et copieux. Durant mon séjour, j'ai eu un problème de santé et le personnel a été très aidant et attentionné.

Расположение- супер. Отличный персонал, обширный традиционный марокканский завтрак. Цены тут сейчас более чем демократичные, кстати.

Единственный минус ( и тут я не уверена: возможно не до конца прочитала описание) - номер не будут убирать. В него просто не зайдут. Это просто надо иметь в виду, выбирая этот вариант.

Struttura veramente bella, personale molto accogliente. Siamo arrivati in otto verso le 21:30 e ci hanno accolto con te e cucinato un’ottima cena, stanze belle e letti comodi. Colazione abbondante. Tutto benissimo

Tutto a dir poco TOP, posizione centrale e strategica, vicinissimo alla porta blu. Riad stupendo, profumato e molto tranquillo, camere grandi e senso di regalità, con tutti i confort, perfino la terrazza da cui ammirare un bel tramonto. Questo non è nulla rispetto alla disponibilità, la gentilezza e la bontà di Mohamed, ci ha aiutato anche oltre l'orario di soggiorno ed è stato presente per un nostro bisogno. Se potessi voterei molto di più.

El Riad está perfectamente ubicado al lado de la puerta azul de la Medina. Súper céntrico y cómodo. Su anfitrión Mohamed Moho muy agradable y servicial, nos ayudó desde que el conductor nos dejó en la calle con la maletas y durante toda nuestra estancia.

Todo fue realmente agradable.

Amabilidad y atención de Mohamed en todo momento. Desayuno suficiente. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado en la habitación y nos cambió rápidamente a una muy superior. Nos consiguió un taxi privado al aeropuerto por un buen precio. Ubicación perfecta para visitar la Medina Precio increíble. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully clean and comfortable rooms and very quiet. I missed my flight so ended up arriving at 3am in the morning and this was no trouble.

El Riad es precioso, y está en muy buena ubicación. El trato del personal ha sido lo mejor de todo, nos han hecho sentir como en casa y han sido super amables y atentos con nosotros. Has superado totalmente nuestras expectativas. Sin duda 100% recomendado.

Nos trataron muy bien Hasan nos ayudo con el guía y nos dio buenos consejos para movernos por la medina . El Riad muy bonito parece que estés en un cuento. También está muy bien situado.

El riad es hermoso, el patio central con toda la arquitectura típica es impactante. Se respira calma enmedio del caos de la medina, muy silencioso. Tiene una terraza con buenas vistas para ver el atardecer. Bien situado, cercano a la puerta azul y a una de las calles principales. El personal encantador y respetuoso. El desayuno genial, recién preparado, una delicia. Nos alojamos en la suite Ibnou Khaldoune, muy bonita, grande, con dos baños (uno con bañera y el otro con ducha), todo limpio. Tiene imperfecciones por el paso del tiempo pero forman parte de su encanto. Un privilegio podernos alojar en un sitio asi y disfrutar de un espacio y una cultura tan rica. Sin duda, repetiremos si volvemos a Fez.

The architecture of the whole riad as well as literally every single detail on the rooms from the decorations to the fabrics and all was absolutely stunning. It was not only relaxing and very comfortable with ample of space but also very enchanting to stay in. The staff were friendly, the food was very good. It’s not very far from the entrance of the old medina, so it’s very convenient to explore both inside and outside there. All in all, a much recommended stay.

With that price this Riad was excellent choice. Staff was very helpful: organised taxi from and to airport, got me early breakfast etc. Location was perfect!

De badkamer, was vol met fruitvliegen niet normaal. Ontbijt stelt niks voor… alles in de micro geduwd. Wa konfituur en boter dat was het. Koffie was uit een thermoskan, geen eitjes of omelet best wel raar.

È a dire poco meraviglioso sembrava di essere in un Hammam appena entrati in profumo meraviglioso ed una vista spettacolare, la suite aveva un letto che era una nuvola spaziosa, la colazione buona

Essendo che le finestre delle stanze danno al centro del Riad, si sentivano parlare le cuoche della cucina e in quel bel silenzio un poco disturbavano volendo riposare

Mohamed et toute son équipe sont extrêmement courtois, aidants, accueillants. Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse, pour nous comme pour les enfants et l'équipe a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit excellent.

Le salon du riad et bien décoré

Alors la chambre qui m’a été attribué ce n’est pas la Même. J’ai réservé pour un duplex avec 2 lit sépares que j’ai paya 228$ finalement je me retrouve avec une petite veille chambre avec 2 petits lits collés en bas du lit plein de poussière qui a été nettoyé lendemain qu’on est sorti, la salle de bain quand on prend la douche comme un flag d’eau on dirait une piscine pour Bebe, je demande à booking de voire ca car je n’accepte pas payer ce montant la pour cette chambre. Ma chambre a été donné à quelqu’un d’autre. Sans parler de la 2 eme journée on est parti sans petit déjeuner car l’établissement dis que ca commence 8h00, la première journée on a insisté que ca soit a 7h15 mais l’autre journée le monsieur nous voit sortir avec nos bagages sans dire si vous voulez manger ou non. L’emplacement est correct. Mais l’établissement a pas du tout respecté les critères de la réservation. Merci de faire le suivi

La camera a piano terra,attaccata alle cucine e dove si mangia e si colazione,siamo rimasti chiusi tutto il tempo con le finestre chiuse,cosa non piacevole

No alcohol served here in case that is what you are agreed. Alcohol isn’t served everywhere in Fez, only specific establishments

Accoglienza del personale e posizione molto buone

La posizione del Riad è eccellente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Porta Blu. La stanza era molto grande e silenziosa nel piano superiore del riad. L'Host è stato molto gentile perchè il giorno dopo partivamo per una escursione molto presto e ci ha preparano una box per portarci dietro la colazione.

Boon petit déjeuner, l’hôte a avancé l’heure pour nous permettre d’être à l’heure au bus.

accueil un peu froid, chambre petite alors que des chambres au même prix et plus grande étaient libres….un « surclassement » aurait été apprécié vu l’affluence mais bon, on avait choisi la plus petite sur booking alors on a eu la plus petite et pas vraiment le temps ni l’envie de négocier, bref pas vraiment soucieux de la satisfaction du client.

The place is great, in the midst of the medina with nice rooftop view and place to relax, the breakfast was great and the room felt more like home than a hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at Yamanda the room is comfortable and location is just excellent but the best part is the stuff specially Mohamed.

It’s a very beautiful building in all senses. Its architecture and decor are very Moroccan. The room they gave us was beautiful, very comfortable, and with a ceiling that looked like a work of art.

All was perfect.

This riad is truly a gem. I found the photos to be an accurate representation of the property and even more beautiful in person. Their terrace has the best views of the city. Thank you to both Mohammeds who welcomed me to the riad and were always available to text for anything I needed. Mohammed kindly exchanged USD to dirham for me when my Discover cards were not accepted anywhere, made sure I had a to go breakfast packed for the day trip to Chefchaoen and that I had a reliable taxi to and from FES airport with a 5:30am pickup when I left. I felt their hospitality and the responsibility they have for their guests when they gave me a late breakfast upon arrival from the airport, an umbrella for the rain, welcomed us to join watching the soccer match with them and one late evening asked if I was sure where I was going since I was walking alone. I am a solo traveler but found so many new friends among the guests; I recommend you say hello to whoever you see in the mornings during breakfast. Do not hesitate to book here, book a tour of the Medina, book the day trip to chefchaoen, visit the Sbil gardens on a slower day, make sure you try the Moroccan salad at NAGMA WA TAY (best salad I have ever had ANYWHERE) (tagine and harira soup there was also good) the homemade pastillas at Riad Diwan. I loved the camel burger at Cinema Cafe and found many tourists enjoy their breakfast there—- all local to this riad! Shukran for the welcome and hospitality in Fes!

The stairs are in good condition but there aren’t hand rails or banisters in this traditional riad so you must be careful descending the stairs. This might be difficult for children, mobility impaired or the elderly.

L’accueil de Mohamed est vraiment au top ! Le riad est vraiment bien placé. Pour les voyageuses solo, il prend soin de s’assurer que vous êtes bien rentrées saines et sauves. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre est bien propre. Vous pouvez même avoir droit à un petit-déjeuner à emporter si vous avez une excursion très tôt le matin.

Riad bien situé dans la médina. Très beau patio mais ça s’arrête là

Le descriptif de l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. Pas de parking, pas de navette aéroport, pas de spa. Chambre duplex réservée mais l’escalier pour la chambre en duplex est cassé ! On nous propose donc de dormir dans le même lit alors que nous avons payé pour 2 lits séparés. Nous refusons. On nous propose une autre chambre, glaciale avec lit double et banquette de salon. Une fois le lit fait, il n’y a qu’une couverture posée, non bordée. Avec le froid, je suis sûre qu’elle va glisser dans la nuit, je suis inquiète ! Le lit double est plein de cheveux et taches sur le draps . Nous refusons de rester. Un autre Riad nous est proposé à quelques minutes à pied. Nous y allons à 20h au lieu d’aller tranquillement au restaurant. Le 2 eme Riad est magnifique, toujours aussi froid, nous dormirons habillées. Le propriétaire exige que nous payons un supplément car il est de gamme supérieure. Nous refusons par principe car c’est lui qui est défaillant, pas nous. Aucun geste commercial de sa part, nous nous sentons prises au piège. Au final, nous avons changé d’hôtel car le propriétaire est agressif et n’en veut qu’à notre argent. C’est une arnaque comme souvent à Fès qui n’est vraiment pas représentatif de tout le Maroc.

It's very beautiful and the location was great. Also, the the breakfast was delicious. The staff and owner were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The morning I was leaving very early they prepared a large bag of food for me to have on my long trip to the desert. Extremely generous! Also they room was chilly and they gave me a heater. Definitely recommend staying here.

Das Riad war sehr luxuriös und großzügig. Es gibt einen prachtvollen Innenhof in dem das Essen serviert wird. Unsere Suite war sehr groß mit Sitzecke, großem Bett, Schreibtisch und zwei Badezimmern. Auf dem Dach gab es eine schöne Terrasse zum Entspannen

Struttura raffinata è collocato in un luogo tranquillo adiacente alla Medina. Il personale è molto cordiale e le stanze pulitissime.

J'ai vraiment passé un agréable séjour dans ce Riad. Merci à l'équipe d'avoir été au petit soin avec moi. La suite est très spacieuse, la vue sur le toit est exceptionnelle, le petit déjeuné copieux, le décor est beau, la proximité avec le souk est idéale.

Veel overlast van restaurantgangers tot 1 uur s nachts. Niet de verantwoordelijkheid van de host, maar wel vervelend dat restaurant tot laat open is.

旧市街の中にあるので観光に最適！ ホテル経由で頼んだ街中ガイドもとてもよかった。

トイレ、バスルームが古く汚い。また、バスタオルにはノミがついていたので使えなかった…。 朝食会場のロビーは美しいが、朝食自体は美味しくなかった。

- beautiful riad in a great location in the medina - suite was an amazing space, with great decor - staff were very friendly and always available - breakfast was plentiful and tasty

- there is a roof terrace which is great but it could benefit from some soft furnishings up there to make it more comfortable

Superlieve host! Doet er alles aan om je te helpen of iets te regelen voor je. We kregen een hele goeie gids om de medina te bezoeken, alsook een doorverwijzing bij een kennis om in de Merzouga woestijn te verblijven. Het ontbijt is ontzettend uitgebreid. Lekker fris in de kamer met airco en we hadden met ons gezin van 5 alles wat we nodig hadden. In het hart van de medina gelegen, maar helemaal geen geluidshinder in de heel mooie riad. Aan te raden.

Prijs kwaliteit alles in orde.
