Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Everything, cleanliness, facilities such as oven, fridge, cooking utilities and also water heater, washing machine, so many items....feels like at home away home...the staff was so nice...the swimming pool also awesome...got special areas for small children...even adults one also not very deep..in just perfect deep.....overall we have had a great and wonderful experience....my children also loved the place....nearby to all attractions including beaches....so nice and so good....

Bed stain and smells bad. No mirror in the room except in the toilet. The iron is rusting and ruin my dress. No side lamp and didn't replenish the body wash nor shampoo.

We paid high price since the unit offers playground at the kids room. My wife and cousin saw few cockroaches. The whole night was a nightmare ended up slept at living room our kids . When contacted Prop owner, they told they send cleaner to catch the cockroaches. The whole unit were dusty especially at the curtain areas. Ended up the kids couldn't utilise the room and it's a waste of money.

its too tricky as cleaning fees is not include ,they only show the cheapest they can put on web but hidden cost is higher. Its too far from everybody, and when they said sea view, yeah the building is sea view, but You only can peek a little sea view. Maybe other unit is sea view but not the unit given to me. The building is far from others, no convenient to shops and all, new building so some sort of the area not done yet.

Overall is clean and tidy. Just don’t know whether is the bed or blanket made us itchy while sleeping. And we plan to use the washing machine to wash our clothes, but found out the clothes hanging area has no sun at all, so we didnt use it.
