Do not be fooled by the pictures here. The pool filtration system is completely broken, resulting in green, smelly water that guests are somehow still allowed to use. The pool floor is covered in sharp, broken tiles, management's temporary "fix" is handing water shoes to children rather than repairing the floor or closing the pool for safety. On top of that, the slide, water fountain, sauna, and other facilities were completely closed off. This is a severe health hazard and a total waste of money. The house itself is clean and good. host is responsive but not that much helpful if you ask about building facilities. I uploaded some picture of the dirty swimming pool here, but I afraid it won't show in the review.

Cleanliness was really bad. Washroom was dirty. Air-conditioning in room not cold at all. Sofa was dusty and itchy, feel like got bug. Before checkout ,before we inform the agent that we dome check out the cleaning guy try to put password to come in which is frightening. Not safe since we all female stay they. Please contact the person first whether check out edy or not before simply put password and come in.

Swimming pool because, my kids are happy to go swimming pool, but he get deep hurt in the feet , so please keep repair very fast, there are so many people playing there.

オランダ広場から遠く観光メインだとgrabを使わないといけないので、場所がやや不便

This place is only okay if you need the absolute basics and nothing more.

- *Rigid check-in*: Door code only works at exact time. I arrived 30 mins early and was locked out. Host eventually sent a temp code but it took too long. We just left and came back later. - *Not clean / missing items*: Listing says shampoo + body wash provided. There was only 1 empty shampoo bottle. Host sent refills the next day to the letterbox, but we were checking out already. Microwave was dirty and smelled bad — unusable. - *Comfort problems*: Living room AC wasn’t cold even on max. Bedroom AC was weak. Main bed was in bad condition and uncomfortable. The sofa bed in living room was actually better. Bathroom is acceptable, but towel hanger is way too high. We had to leave clothes on the toilet bowl. - *Parking*: Very dark. - *Host*: Polite but slow to respond.

Apartment semua okay tak ada apa2 masalah..selesa ada aircond bilik dan ruang tamu..ada extra tilam jugak..senang nak dpt parking senang nak checkin/out..

Yang rasa agak kecewa ..part kolam air nampak macam kotor...mozek2 dalam kolam tu banyak yang pecah² dan tajam...sampai kaki anak terluka sebab mozek tajam...kolam kanak2 pun undermaintainance...ank2 tak dapat main gelongsor kolam tu sume...harap pihak managment selesaikan masalah di bahagian kolam..

Need to pay deposit rm200. Need 48hrs for refund. Dirty unit with alot of dust everywhere. Unit also a bit smelly. After complaint to host no action at all even say sorry. Host also took alot of time to respond. Not recommended if you didnt want to spoil your holiday mood

air cond- not functionibg well expecially in the room plus leaking somemore, so the wall part under the aircond wet n a bit smelly sink- the faucet broken but still can use in bad condition toilet- smelly tv- cannot function at all coz no battery for that control shoes shelf- broken wifi- the passwrd that been provided by host not correct, so cannot connected with wifi. overall condition- too bad

Had a wonderful stay! The homestay was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for your great hospitality!

The only downside was the bathroom, which had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to a clogged drain or plumbing issue. The toilet itself is clean..

As it’s an under 10 years building, the entire area and building including the facilities are good. Parking has no issue, lots o empty space from 4th floor onwards. Salute to the security manning the entrance n exit, very helpful and friendly and wore good uniform. The lifts also fast n big only bz a bit nearing checkout hours which is understood. The toilets and bathroom clean and kitchen hv ample cutleries n eating utensils. My many stay here in Atlantis and will be check in again next 2 weeks thro my daughter. This place also not far from historical Melaka.

The day we came the swimming pool or the water was dirty and smelly. Even my 4 year old daughter complained and do not want to go in the pool, so she used d small children pool. I think it’s a matter of maintaining the pool which was not done promptly wh coincide with the long weekend n school holidays.

The parking conditions are quite difficult and lack of lighting when returning home at night.

如住宿有蚂蚁，床架很陈旧，门锁坏了，洗碗液空空如也，电视机坏的，煮水器生锈了，橱柜有灰尘，没有门的橱柜。

The air conditioner was not functioning properly and was not cool. Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided for five guests, which was insufficient. The host was not very friendly. Overall, it was not worth the price. This was my first and last stay, and I would not consider booking this place again.
