Friendly. Off the busy road. No interruptions. Just wonderful.

The room was super clean and the location excellent. The staff was very friendly and would use them again.

Clean, hot chocolate, electric blanket and heater, very neat and tidy.

I would love for extra milk in the fridge. Maybe 2 glass bottels. For 2 people one glass bottle isn't enough.

Breakfast was good. Self help choice was good. It was VERY cold until I requested some assistance from receptionist.

I arrived at the prearranged time and waited outside the gate for 10 minutes until the owner/manager arrived to let me in.

Amazing stay! The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The electric blanket on a cold night was lovely. Small kitchen in the room with all the bits you need (kettle, microwave, small fridge). Tea and coffee provided in the room and I loved that you are provided with a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Very friendly staff. Secure parking inside. Great southern suburbs location. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rustic Manor Guest House. The location was great — quiet, secure, and safe, which made for a very relaxing experience. Everything was clean and neat, and most things I needed were available. The house rules were clearly communicated, and all the amenities worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi and TV. Overall, everything was comfortable and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay.

There was only one small thing that I think could be improved. I stayed for two nights, and when I returned on Sunday evening after being out for the day, I noticed the room had been cleaned beautifully and everything was neat and in place. However, the milk, drinking water, and other refreshments such as coffee supplies and rusks had not been replenished. Since I wasn't aware that these would not be refilled, I hadn’t bought extra supplies in advance. It wasn't a major issue, but I would suggest that for guests staying multiple nights, these items be topped up during room servicing. It would make the stay even more convenient and prevent guests from needing to order extra items for just a short stay.

It was not the best bedding. It kept on creeping off the bed, and the towels were very thin.

Excellent stay thank you, if you need to be at the USA Embassy this is your best place to stay it is a 4min drive.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. It was close to the US Embassy and other amenities which was a plus. The room was very clean and cozy. Will definitely stay there again.

A quiet and leafy neighbourhood is the location for this lovely place. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we made use of the lounge and kitchen facilities which were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will certainly book Rustic Manor against n

A little bit difficult to find in the dark.

The shower had a big window with no blinds. The bathroom had big windows with no blinds. The warm water of the wash basin where not working and you had to boil water in the kettle. The bed was not comfortable to sleep on and the TV had no channels. You can only stream from your cell phone.

Property is beautiful on the inside, the pool looked so inviting but the weather was a bit cold for swimming. Kitchen area is large and has everything you need. The bedrooms/bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. For a shared house I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear anyone at night. 10/10 stay and it was super close to the US embassy (which is why we chose it)

Highly recommended accommodation in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighbourhood in walking distance from US Consulate.

We liked the beds, the pool ant the patio area

Communication was poor, we paid for breakfast and they didn't tell us before hand what we must do or that we must order the breakfast in the main kitchen, so we did not get the breakfast that we paid for. That was a very bad experience! The dstv and TV in the room did not work! So we just sat there!

I loved the way it’s enclosed by other properties so there is no traffic noise ….the garden is lovely as well ….

Location is perfect, beautiful and safe, Reception was so friendly and helpful.

I suggest if you want a roon with aircon ask, as not all rooms have one.

It was clean and modern,location was perfect for my needs.

It whould have been nice to have an a/c in the room with the heat wave.

Spacious unit with everything you need as selfcatering. All the extra amenities they provide makes this a very comfortable stay. Well done!

The staff helped us because we arrived late and leave very early to&from the airport and this was no problem. The communication was easy. Loved the house and the rooms! Special thanks to Caroline who came out of bed late to let us in!

I liked the omelette for breakfast and the smoothies were very good. The room was spacious and very clean. The personnel was very accommmodating and friendly. The Wifi worked well.

The door to my room are not isolated from the outside noise at all and they come out onto the lounge. I could hear everything the guests were saying and I cannot imagine someone playing billiard just outside the room.
